Bright Creators 2 - February 20

@0:11 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Welcome back, good to have you back, I hope you're feeling well. Okay.

@0:40 - Beth

Okay. but I'm happy to be here. I'm excited to see what's going on. And while I was laying down, I had pre-recorded some time ago, version of my little free

the workshop, I guess is a way to put it. I wanted to try to make it like really small.

I wanted to know like the link. I wanted to test the link. And so I did like a six-minute video just to make it really succinct because the first one was like 20 minutes and 30 minutes and then I got it back down again.

So I tested it and a lot of people loved it. Like they love the six-minute and they're like, we want more and I'm like, there's the paint.

Now I have a little free mini thing and it's just going to be more succinct than I thought it would be and then I'm working on the full version that could be paid.

@1:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Awesome. So that's the free masterclass that you're giving out.

@1:44 - Beth

Yeah, I wanted to test it and it landed really well. So I figured that's probably going to be it.

@1:50 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And then I imagine you didn't have the sale at the end yet.

@1:55 - Beth

No, not yet. So when I do launch the masterclass, I'm going to try to read. Be corded and put it to some slides and then use clips from the video and have like, talk over some of the demonstration, um, like assessing your space and looking at the sun.

So I'm just really excited to like, I feel like it landed well. Now I'm just going to take the master class, re-record it.

way I have the little sales pitch at the end and then have a full blown end-to-end training on it.

And that's what people can get, which is the library.

@2:29 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Awesome.

@2:30 - Beth

So it landed the mini version landed extremely well. So I know that's the, that's the master class for sure.

Yeah. just have to move a little longer.

@2:40 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Nice. And how did you send it out?

@2:43 - Beth

I posted it online. I just wanted to see what people would think and then I sent it to my email list to see how people responded and they're like major.

There was not a single person that had any negative view on it. Everybody was like wanting more. They wanted.

@3:00 - Caroline

more details so cool love that i love that you tested it love that there's positive feedback just kind of giving you the green light to continue on and some welcome caroline my mom ended up in the hospital with pneumonia last night oh no hope she's doing well sitting for so many blessings oh my gosh sorry guys my cat apparently wanting a lot of attention right now she's like oh how can i push all the buttons and stand in the video yeah hey guys good to see you bad i'm glad you're here glad to hear that you're a testament love yeah my mom is doing so much better thankfully like she just had no idea she had pneumonia so she was like totally fine when my

and then like two hours later my brother had to take her to the hospital. was like chilling and feeding her animals and then her husband texted my brother and was like hey I think you need to take your mom to the hospital.

She's like can't stop coughing.

@4:17 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So she thought she was just gonna keep sleeping and get over it and get over it but turns out like her oxygen level is like 70 percent and but she's they're giving her all the things and she's totally good now so yeah just crazy crazy yeah yeah wow well I'm happy to hear that she's doing better thank you yeah and Beth happy hear you're doing better as well hope you're feeling back to it awesome so let's get started with the quick ground meditation just to ground at the present moment with this call such a nice deep breath

breath in and on the out breath gently close your eyes.

@5:10 - Beth

Just listening to any sounds around you.

@5:28 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

We'll be taking in life. Feeling gravity in your body. feeling of being on a planet. Gravity. It is helping you sit down.

It's keeping you in your seat. Gentle pressure. Feel it grounding you, perhaps putting a couple of your feet on the ground, feeling that stability.

From your spine down to your toes, focusing your energy on grounding. Imagine energy coming out from the bottom of your feet down into the earth, 10 feet below your home, 20 and 100 feet below your home, grounding deep into the earth, 1,000 feet down, feel that nourishing sense.

station from Mamakaya, another Earth, taking in anything that's not serving you, allowing it just to melt away down into the Earth to be alchemized.

Continuing that energy down until you find a very large crystal cavern where you can ground your energy to beautiful crystals inside of the Earth.

Breathing in the energy and as you breathe out anything that's not serving you just grounding it down. into the core of the earth.

And allowing this to give you a sensation of being sturdy. Sitting your spine a little taller. And from this place imagining on social media, all the voices, the people who love you, the people who don't think you're doing it right, the people who agree with you, the people who don't.

And all of those voices just passing like the wind as you are grounded, sturdy into the earth. In your own energy.

And just knowing that people are always going to be judging you. That's just what people do. And that's okay, because when they judge you, that's the energy that they get to feel.

You can just allow it to flow like the wind. Perhaps even like a palm tree swaying the wind, you sway back and forth, you can see it, you can feel the energy.

That's interesting, fascinating opinions. Just feeling solid in your message, solid in your brand, solid in you, solid in the business that you've spent so much time and effort and energy.

creating a solid foundation knowing that that message is going to reach the people that it's meant to reach and maybe even along the lines someone purchases what you have and they don't like it and that's nice you just refund them and allow them to be on their way all of a sudden they become an even bigger fan of you because it was so useful blowing like the wind and all of a sudden two more orders come in because of how and now I'm managing the energy of these cords always present

You can let go of the crystal, you can let go of the earth, but just feeling that energy, always present, the energy that is just below your feet.

You can ground into the earth, feeling steady, roots like a tree. You can choose to be as steady as you'd like, as earth flows it around you, as the building, feeling that grounded center.

And now perhaps with a smile just breathing in nice and deep, let it go and take the deepest breath you've taken today and let it go.

Coming back to the present moment and slowly opening your eyes, taking in the beautiful world around you. Welcome back, welcome back.

So, since we got the two of you, you can do some deep dives into where you're currently at any areas of questions.

Um, I'm curious to hear where you guys are at. Um, curious, I saw your landing page, your master's, your class, did a great job with that.

You made it look just like that one, which is awesome.

@13:24 - Caroline

Wait, what's the last thing you said?

@13:27 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

You made it look just like the example one.

@13:29 - Caroline

Yeah, I did.

@13:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I was looking down like, wow, nice. You totally emulated that.

@13:34 - Caroline

That's great.

@13:36 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

That's great.

@13:37 - Caroline

It's like, my, my disability, what works, right? I mean, I've created so many that I was like, okay, I'm just going to use what works.

@13:42 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I totally like committed to your process this whole time. Nice. That's the way to do it. Yeah, that's the way to do it.

It's, it's when people deviate from that, that they, it starts to get a little bit convoluted. And then it's just, it starts to turn into, uh, it's just too much.

It's not totally working. Well, you haven't followed the blueprint, so you know, you don't follow blueprint. That's on you.

But yeah, it looks great, and I don't think it's going to be issue that it doesn't appear after certain amount of time.

Like the only thing that I could potentially see, which sometimes happens with me because I have mine appear after like 30 seconds, you know, Some people get confused like, wait, I thought it was free and there's a register button.

So like, do I press the register button? So even perhaps like making the video even bigger so that it takes even more space.

But it's so clear that it I feel like it should, like I'm looking at it right now. Should I put the button lower?

@14:48 - Caroline

mean, I could put the button down lower. I can't make the video bigger just because I have cards a little touchy that way.

@14:58 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Oh, really?

@14:58 - Caroline

Okay. Yeah, I try to make it bigger. Yeah. It's like at the size it can be You think putting or the only other thing I get to think is that I could put by now on the button But it's still that's so confusing.

Yeah, should I put the button down? So it's not on like the main the first Yeah, perhaps moving it off of the black so that everything in the black is like the masterclass.

Okay, I can do that That's good.

@15:22 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

and then Refresh this again And Then is it possible to add your own thumbnail To the video the top of the video.

@15:35 - Caroline

Yeah, yeah, like the overlay on the video.

@15:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, okay awesome Yeah, I would add a thumbnail that similar to mine. It says like press play.

@15:46 - Caroline

Okay So it's actually made one like that and I had it on there But then I was like, I don't know if like this then I was like maybe I'm like copying too many things But yeah, okay, cool.

@15:55 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I can do that.

@15:55 - Caroline

already need it cool. Nice.

@15:57 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It's all there to copy that way because they're gonna The call to action is just in case they see that button.

It's a very strong call to action and register now. So if you have a call to action before that, I mean, already have to watch it now.

You already have press play and tap full screen, which is great. And then just the next one is just that little arrow.

ACTION ITEM: Watch Caroline's masterclass video - WATCH

Awesome. Yeah, and this page looks really awesome. So is this the master class that you'd like me to watch?

@16:32 - Caroline

You mentioned there's some changes you might be making. Yeah, wait one second. Okay. I'm gonna go back. Apologies, that's something that Evan wasn't really seeing it was going to ring so quickly.

It is the one I want you to watch, but also I realized after I did it and used iMovie I could literally just record the whole thing on Zoom with my whole face, and then I could just insert slides using iMovie, so I don't even have to like have the slideshow going while I'm actually recording, I could just insert them in, and I feel like I'm gonna like the look of that better.

So I'm probably gonna do that tomorrow, but I literally spent a whole day like editing that one, and it's what I want.

I think I'm just not in love with like the canvas style because what I didn't realize is that it was gonna be sitting on slides for the long, and I'm still talking while it's

And I don't know if I'm being too picky at this point.

@18:05 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I mean, hard to say without watching it, but it you might be being picky at this point because like if you if the information that you share is good, people won't care if there's like a glitch or a, you know, all the little little stuff.

@18:21 - Caroline

Okay.

@18:22 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, people are remarkably forgiving if the information is good.

@18:26 - Beth

I was going to say Michael's is mostly talking head with some slides. and it works.

@18:34 - Caroline

Yeah, I just personally like I like better and that's like what I've done in the past feels more comfortable to me.

I feel like I feel so like one of the things I've I've been listened to a ton of times who says editing it, but I can tell that like because I'm not as comfortable with that format and like being a little circle down here because I can't see myself.

I was like kind of rocking back and forth as I was talking, which with The microphone made the sound go a little bit in and out.

@19:04 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Well, I can let you know if it feels off. OK, acting.

@19:08 - Caroline

OK.

@19:09 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And also, yeah, if you spend a day on it, what's what's a day, you know, if you spend the day to, like, make it feel the way you want, like, I love to, like, tweak things and make it feel really good.

And if it just takes a day, yeah, go ahead and do it. You know, if you feel really good about it, you feel even more excited to share your masterclass and it's not that little thing.

Yeah, I would definitely say just just go for it. It's when it's like every day you're finding something to do and you never release it after two weeks, then just stop and go for it.

@19:41 - Caroline

Yeah, drop it. And I'm totally fine with the one that's there. I mean, I can find so many imperfections in it, which was just having to do with like literally the editing somehow, I ended up like chopping stuff up a little too much.

So I cut up some of my words a little bit more than I thought I did. And I'm talking a little faster than I think I wish I think I.

I felt like rushed to get it in like a 20 minute time frame. so I was talking little fast.

I'd like to slow it down and maybe cut a few things down. But yeah, I'm happy to be putting that one on there.

Like I do like it. But I can't wait to watch it.

@20:16 - Beth

When people talk really slow, I'm one of those people that's like, where can I speed up? Where can I speed up?

I do like one and a half? Like, I want to hear everything, but also like my brain needs to hear faster.

@20:26 - Caroline

So I wouldn't worry about talking to us.

@20:28 - Beth

OK, bet you're fine. Yeah, maybe just take look at it.

@20:31 - Caroline

if you're like five minutes and you're like, this is like not good to maybe just let me know at all.

Otherwise, I just know that I will be doing one in the next week or two just because I want to.

But I'm still ready to put that one out there for sure.

@20:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

That's awesome. And do you have the page for this, the email signup page?

@20:54 - Caroline

Yeah, I put it before that in the telegram. That's the link before that. The thumbnail's a little Oh, right there, because I, or yeah, the like, whatever you call that, um, the preview, but I've changed a sense.

@21:07 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay, I see it here. Beautiful, beautiful love this special today. It's mass class free. So I show my financial freedom formula for you, where she's in the class.

Love that, how to unlock your financial freedom master class. Excellent. Cool. Yeah. Love it, love it. Cool. Yeah. then so is this all is this connected?

@21:41 - Caroline

I'm just going to my, yeah, and I even I finished up my, I have my email sequence. I'll finish up for when they sign in for opt in.

And then I have it also for when they purchase. I have like a five email sequence to just like kind of nurture them or along their journey.

@21:56 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So I'm so excited to have that all set up. Those are really good.

@21:59 - Caroline

Yes.

@22:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yes. You know, Carrie, love it. That's great.

@22:03 - Caroline

It's like, I love it even more now that it's done. It's so funny. It's like, yeah. But then I start getting fears last night as I was going to sleep like, oh, I need to make sure I put like the disclaimer everywhere that, you know, this is for educational purposes only.

This is not, you know, a tax or financial advice. Oh, yeah. little fear come up, but I think it was just because I hadn't checked everywhere to make sure I put it.

@22:25 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So I need to do that. Yeah. Yeah. is great experience in the era of wealth and freedom to the value.

Nice. Excellent. Cool. Yeah. I'm very excited to watch this master class. I'm sure it's wonderful. Yeah. I like your design as well for design style.

Cool.

@22:55 - Caroline

Thank you. Yeah. only thing that I know somehow in like. switching my slides and everything, I didn't get to share about the land that I got to buy during my journey.

But that will be for another masterclass. Because I have like fun pictures of it and stuff.

@23:13 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Nice. I'm sure.

@23:14 - Caroline

Yeah. Yeah.

@23:16 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

love that once you're once you're ready to share that.

@23:19 - Caroline

Yeah. And I'm now I'm excited to make content again, which is funny after working on the funnel. I'm like, Oh my gosh, I'm so excited.

Like make content and like, yeah.

@23:28 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah.

@23:29 - Caroline

We're more from Michael about the content piece of it. So I'm ready for that piece. I do have a few little bitty things I just need to like, they're just teeny, tiny details inside the course because I added some things last minute, like some awesome like bonuses just to make it like totally awesome.

Like I just had ideas as I was creating it. So I'm still just, you know, like little, like putting those in putting the downloads in.

have like two more to do. So but they're not about ready to go.

@23:58 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Ah, so good. So good. Very very excited about that. And then the next step is going to be essentially creating the videos on it, setting up the many chat.

Have you looked into many chat yet?

@24:09 - Caroline

Yeah, I've used it before. Yeah, so I'm really, yeah, where they put a link that they put out a specific keyword that said indeed.

Yeah, I kind of count everything. So, excellent.

@24:22 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Excellent. And do you have an upsell? I saw you have a bump offer.

@24:28 - Caroline

My upsell is not that's the other tiny thing. I made the upsell page last night and I just need to there's just like a little funnel thing that I need to connect it because I was just like looking at last night to make sure how to do it.

And I haven't actually done that yet. But that's two more things I need to add to the upsell course, but it's super easy.

I already have them done and everything. I just have to literally. And it's a passive income playbook.

@24:56 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

it's like how to set up three passive.

@24:59 - Caroline

It's the one that I had before. So it's just they can basically go in and it's a passive income playbook.

I teach them how to set up three really simple passive incomes they can be doing by tomorrow. And then it has a quick action guide that just takes them through step by step, how to do it in 24 hours.

So they can just have it all done. Have some quick wins.

@25:19 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Nice. That's a great upsell.

@25:22 - Caroline

Love that.

@25:24 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And for the upsell, so that's after they purchase this current offer and they get that upsell offer, similar energy there to get that purchase, making it seem like, you know, creating a deal so that they can get a specific price if they get it right then and there.

ACTION ITEM: Add video to upsell page explaining offer + urgency - WATCH

Create sense of urgency if your system allows you to create a video on that page. That's another opportunity to do the same formula where you share a little bit more about it and you share the sense of urgency and you let them know what they can get only if they get it right now.

@25:57 - Caroline

Oh, cool.

@25:59 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. then. If someone purchases this on Thrive Car, you can, I'm not sure how connected the two systems are that you have, but you can remove them from the email sequence since they've already purchased it, they no longer need that.

ACTION ITEM: Remove purchasers from email seq, add to new upsell seq - WATCH

@26:16 - Caroline

I'm gonna put that on my list real quick. Yeah, do that through secures, just.

@26:23 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah.

@26:26 - Caroline

Let's purchase. Well, thank you.

@26:33 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, and then once they purchase it, then you can add them to a new email sequence that's upselling them, that's telling them all about why it's so important to this other thing.

@26:41 - Caroline

Oh, cool, okay. And do you have, it's possible that I just haven't gotten to this part yet, but do you have a place where you share your epsil?

Pages. that you've created?

ACTION ITEM: Add upsell page examples to course materials - WATCH

@27:02 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I don't think that I have double check. I don't know if I have shared my upsell pages. But yeah, that's a great thing to include.

me write that down. The upsell pages in Kajabi are pretty simple. I kind of wish that you could be a little bit more complex with them.

But yeah, basically you're going to kind of look at it. It's a very similar formula to the sales page of just sharing why it's so important and the sense of urgency, adding a video.

If that feels good to you and you're gonna find like that there. There's a decent percent of people who opt in for that as well.

@28:06 - Caroline

Okay, well, I'm just gonna See if I give you the link to mine right now. I mean, maybe it's already good to go, but sweet Yeah, it's pretty much done.

Okay, let me just put it in. You can look at it.

ACTION ITEM: Create "one time offer" banner for upsell page - WATCH

@29:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay. Yes, that's an income play, bye. Okay, nice, yeah, so this is I'm actually going to offer nice. Yeah, that's I mean, it looks great.

So for the top of the page adding like something that like one time offer something similar to that where it has that sense of like this is something that's really special and only available right here right now.

One time really special offer. are. And then often people the upset that comes after the purchase is for a little bit more.

So you could always, depending on what, you know, you could always raise the price of this.

@30:16 - Caroline

Okay.

@30:18 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

because it seems like a pretty valuable thing to have that playbook.

@30:21 - Caroline

Okay.

@30:23 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Is this text based or is it video based?

@30:27 - Caroline

It is. It's a PDF.

@30:29 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay. Okay.

@30:31 - Caroline

I mean, you can also just fully for women that are really busy so they can really fasten around to watch a video.

But I could also add in some other, I mean, I could add in some things from my financial goddess Academy.

I'm trying to think of what might be useful day, but I could do that too.

@30:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, and if there's like the next step, so once they purchase your offer, if there's like the full course, like the complete, you know, something that's even bigger, that would be good.

or the the upsell offer?

@31:04 - Caroline

Yeah, I mean, I guess really in the end, I made this financial freedom kick start. It's pretty, it's super complete.

Like, they could go back to it so many times and like do so. And I do have Financial Goddess Academy.

But at that, like, it was really a mastermind. So it was like, I have all the recordings from it, and I could make it into just a course that's bigger.

ACTION ITEM: Create bundle for higher-priced upsell ($97) - WATCH

I guess I could do that. Maybe I'll look at it again and be like, hey, you want to take it further.

Yeah, because it would be awesome for people.

@31:45 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, yeah, that sounds, yeah. And then I can do something where they can dive deep into it because the $47 offer usually isn't like a big, you know, like a full course course course.

@31:58 - Caroline

And I'm sure.

@32:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

to where people would want that full course from you. So it's not even necessary in the beginning. Like I didn't have any upsells in the beginning.

was just $7. That's it. know, once I launched that and I started working, then I was like, okay, what can I add to this to raise the average ticket price?

@32:20 - Caroline

So what do you do for upsell for your past life as well?

@32:24 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Do you do anything for that? For the past life, the upsell is a $97 offer, which is my full package.

I just threw like all the stuff that I currently have.

@32:33 - Caroline

I just got your sole purpose core, like a bunch of master classes, courses, things like that. just put them all together.

@32:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Hmm.

@32:40 - Caroline

Maybe I should do, yeah, like I could do my luminous leadership, which just helps them become more like centered and trusting themselves.

@32:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So that could be cool. Yeah, putting together bundle, love bundles.

@32:52 - Caroline

Yeah. Yeah, I could do that with a passive income playbook. That would be cool. Yeah. Okay, awesome.

@33:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, and $97 is good, you know, it's good there. Some people go little bit higher here, like $2.47. But yeah, totally up to like, to you and how you feel about selling it at that specific price.

@33:18 - Caroline

Yeah, I'm totally okay selling things at a higher price. mean, gosh, I'm, I mean, I used to sell myself for so much.

But my whole thing that's changed so much is that I really want to keep it accessible for women because I feel like I don't even don't have, yeah, or they're not willing to spend that money on this because I don't think it's that important, which is fine.

But really, I just want to keep it super accessible so that lots of women can do it no matter what.

@33:42 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, love it.

@33:43 - Caroline

And it's just like the brand, you know, like, it's like brand is like, I don't want anyone that pays $6,000 to like get this information anymore.

@33:52 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, yeah, especially since it's, it's for people who want to make money. Yeah, so to make it accessible. And I think you've done that.

$47 offer. the reason we do the funnel is to slowly have a higher and higher and higher upsell. Like Russell Brunson was talking about how there's no limit.

You know, someone was like, well, what's your next offer? And he didn't have one until he finally added a million dollar offer.

You know, people started purchasing that. So, you know, there's a lot of people who get a lot of information from the $47 ones.

And some of those people might drop off, but there is a certain percent of people who are going to want the next thing.

And the next thing, and I'm like working one on one with you, which could be like the highest tier ticket offer.

And some people are going to want to go all the way. And so having that, just that they call the value ladder, which just keeps getting more and more valuable the higher it goes.

@34:50 - Caroline

Okay, cool. I'll put something together. Yeah, that'd be fun. Yeah, and that's for 97 and then we'll go from there.

@34:59 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, that's It sounds good. It sounds good. It's something that I've been working on as well. okay, what is like the next tiers up and then it also has to resonate with your own energy.

Like, for me, I don't really want to do a bunch of one-on-one. So what do I do with that?

know, do I create the chorus or do I do more like telegram style where it's just texting and it's not a bunch of one-on-one calls?

So yeah, I'm still figuring that out, know, on this, on this charity as well. So it's like, it's a never-ending journey.

All the different offers that you have and so, yeah, what you've created here looks really good.

@35:41 - Caroline

Well, thank you guys. Thank you both.

@35:44 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, and then in the next phase is the Bright Creators, which is phase three, which is your social media.

That is going to dive deep into the marketing, deep into what you're meant to say in your videos. You also have access to my going viral course.

which has all the tips and tricks of going viral to like just get a little bit more so the algorithm loves it and then sends it out to even more people but I in that I go over in the bright creators phase three I go over promoting your offer so how you know you can look at any of my videos at the very end of my videos I always promote one of my offers always and it's always promoting something free it's always kind of hyping it up and letting people know how they can get it that's going to be different from TikTok to Instagram on TikTok it's link in bio on Instagram it's either go to link bio and you put the information on the video in text or you say comment XYZ to get this free master class I usually transfer my videos from TikTok to Instagram and then add all on to it so I still say it's in the it's in the link in my bio and sometimes just to make it quick and easy for myself when I'm saying you can get it

in a link in my bio, I just add a text on Instagram from the Instagram reels. I just put text on the screen that says, you know, or comment masterclass and I'll send you a DM with a link.

@37:10 - Caroline

Okay, so that's kind of the easy way to do it to have it be on both platforms. Okay, definitely be posting on all platforms.

@37:18 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Can't emphasize that enough. That has shifted things significantly in my business. I've seen things like everything happens in waves.

It's like even posting all posted waves and so I can see it can come going up and down but there's this like wave of every like most of it's coming from TikTok now most of it's coming from Instagram and I'm very, very grateful that I started doing it on the platforms.

me just Instagram and TikTok. I'm not really into YouTube at the current moment but yeah definitely be posting to both.

@37:52 - Caroline

Okay, it's funny because like Instagram is yeah I'm a little bit less.

@38:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

out there on instagram even though it used to be because I started really big on the money step and then I stopped it and I'm like oh here we go again so I'm excited to get all out there again yeah yeah yeah I can start a new account and do what you were doing with the um yeah and post some of my old videos and stuff so yeah if you have like I mean if you have over a hundred videos you can set the automated system up where it just posts you know a video a day or two videos a day and just it just repeats you create a new account that just repeats your content and every time you make a new video you just add to that that repeating content so you know that's kind of fun with a new account because you can see how it grows you can see what people are interested in that you know that if you go on vacation it's always going to be posting content whether you're posting it or not yeah that's awesome I love that yeah of course who doesn't love that who doesn't love a nice automated system that makes you not

next to have recorded.

@39:04 - Beth

So question, um, have you ever heard of the creative bodega Caroline?

@39:11 - Caroline

think so.

@39:13 - Beth

It sounds cool.

@39:14 - Caroline

Her name is Emily.

@39:16 - Beth

She goes by M. She's on Instagram. She's also on TikTok, but she's more known on Instagram. Her name is M Conner.

She, handle is like the period creative bodega, like the creative bodega B O D G A. Anyway, the reason I'm bringing her up, I took one of her way back.

I took one of her like videos and setting up content and something that she does extraordinarily well. And I know for fact, this has led to like multiple six figures is the way that she is framing like how you help people self service with what you're teaching and what you're doing.

There's a lot of the same like shared energies that I can see that comes from her that you were my

and we have so much that I think the way that she sets up her Instagram reels with images, with videos, like she has a beautiful mix, your style, and your page just reminded me so much of her.

So I had to like, pull her up because I was like, she's still doing the thing. Yeah, she's still doing the thing.

And I still follow her for it. Just check her out. I think I will.

@40:22 - Caroline

Thank you so much.

@40:24 - Beth

Because she is awesome. She's an awesome person. So I think her Instagram. You spent more time in than TikTok, but I could be wrong.

It's been a while since I checked out her stuff. But the way she does her videos and the way she balances talking versus slides, it's beautiful.

It's very well done. Like, I would not even thought about how she digested until like this conversation until this course.

And now like I'm as I'm reflecting on it. like, yeah, you need to know him. You need to go check out her stuff too.

I feel like that might resonate with a lot of what you're doing. Because. it's very similar. The only difference is she does like here's how you set up your business with Canva.

Like she does a lot of Canva stuff but the way she brings it and the way that she structures her content, there's a reason why she's high performing.

@41:15 - Caroline

I love it.

@41:17 - Beth

She is. She's really good.

@41:21 - Caroline

really, really appreciate it. Yeah, I'll check her out.

@41:24 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Awesome. Yeah, I could drop that in the telegram. It's really cool.

@41:28 - Beth

I love finding people who inspire me, different creators.

@41:33 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

They call it funnel hacking where you look at their system and you add to the keywords, you see what they say, maybe you get inspiration from what they say.

You see how their system set up, how their funnel set up. I love doing that. I've done a lot of that and that's kind of bits and pieces here and there of this and that, seeing what works.

And from specifically the people who are doing really, really, really well. But yeah, it's great. I'm still doing that, still learning more about many chat.

And some people have some very complex many chat systems set up. So it's never ending game.

@42:08 - Caroline

It's never ending.

@42:11 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

There's always more, because it's infinite. It's infinite. Whatever your creative mind can think up, you can add to it.

And then your funnel can be this remarkably complex system that feels very simple to me through it. Yeah, I dream about ways that my funnels can evolve.

And yeah, really cool to get other people's systems, like fully finished systems. There was one woman who, my friend sent me her.

She's like, oh, she's really good with many chat. And so she sent me her. I tapped her, her link, and it was like $27 to buy.

I was like, oh, cool. So I purchased it. And just like along the way, I just took screenshots of every single, like she basically had her funnel set up.

And then she had an upsell and an upsell and an upsell. I was just interesting to see how people all set up their upsells.

@43:00 - Caroline

Yeah, it's funny. I've been actually doing that with a woman that just piqued my interest in the last couple, like, probably in the last month, too.

And I'm like, ooh, like, just saving all of her mini chats, mostly because of the mini chat. Like, I love the conversation that her bot has in there versus just like super basic.

just like, builds really personally, when that's a bot. So yeah, I'm going to take these.

@43:24 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

we're like asking my own. Exactly. Exactly.

@43:28 - Caroline

Change it just enough.

@43:30 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, it's a fun.

@43:31 - Caroline

I just like, I was able to share this little piece that Andre and I were on a walk today and I signed him that I feel like I'm finally like really settling into, I don't know why this wasn't there before, but it's just something I really appreciated about you, Michael, is like every time before we start, like, I just I remember that I'm a creator, like, I've always been an artist my whole life in some way, shape, form, and then I brought that into what I do.

But now I feel like just taking my time with this funnel and make making it like a creation, making it art and not like just enjoying that piece of that more than anything and knowing that I'm creating it for these women and that it's going to be amazing like experience for them.

It feels so different than other ways I've done it before because there's always like oh like you're trying to be someone else or this or that or you're trying to like really I don't even know like all the different things that people have taught me out there for social media but it didn't feel totally lying and this is both so good so I would just think I'm happy to feel so just like oh yeah I'm a creator that's not always been and this feels really good yeah and it's fun to create so thank you for that.

@44:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

You're so welcome I love that that fills my heart with joy I love hearing that and I'm really happy for you and you've done a great job creating I can't wait to start sharing it, it's be fun.

@44:51 - Caroline

Hello, it's you.

@44:54 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So Beth, how are you doing? know you mentioned a little bit about testing tests.

@45:00 - Beth

that.

@45:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So it sounds like you're kind of looking into what to create for the Master Class.

@45:07 - Beth

Yeah, so was going back and forth so much with what I should have in the Master Class and what topics and how long I'm like, you know, I've got it this week.

And then two days later, I'm like, no, that's not it. Like, I couldn't settle on a structure. And so I got to think in, and honestly, it was you, Caroline, that actually inspired it.

Because at the last time that we were here a couple of weeks ago, you're like, maybe your video like is the cell.

Maybe that is the Master Class of it. And then you have your video library. And I'm like, that's, I think that's what I needed to hear.

So I was like, okay, what if I did a shorter video, just summarizing some of the things that you would learn, just a couple of like beginner friendly topics.

So I sat down and I got to thinking about all the videos that I had created for the library.

I have a library, it's just a matter of how I structure it so that way it's easy to follow through.

I think a lot about Just for context, I think a ton about the learner journey because that's literally what I do in my day job.

I lead a team that builds technical skill and so I'm always thinking about content and strategy and like that's where I get stuck because that's literally what I do as a perfection.

So that's why my brain has been like jammed into it. So I'm like, okay, what could I fit in a five to six minute video?

What could I get across without being overly technical or dry or too difficult to actually inspire people? And so I must have done that video a dozen times, like a dozen and it took me a while.

And then finally, the day before I get sick, you can actually see like the physical difference in my appearance and in my voice as I go through because it took a couple of days to get it done.

Once I did it, I washed it through and I'm like, I think it'll work. I'm just going to try it and I just submitted it out and then I got sick and I was down and I didn't know how it was doing.

tried but like I was just not feeling good at all and then I got like slammed in my inbox and people really loved video I got emails because I sent it to TikTok and then I posted it in my newsletter just to see what people think and everybody's like hey where's more like I didn't say there was more I didn't say there was a library but everybody was wanting to know where can I get more they're like this is great we'd love to learn more how do I know how many plans I need to have and how do you do this calculation because that's the disconnect when you're starting a garden and you're planning a garden everybody focuses on the style of bed how you do your soil how to seed start and then put the plants but nobody ever shows how to calculate how many plants you need if you're going to do something like succession growing if you're going to grow your own food if you're going to do if you're going to try to sell no one ever finishes that final piece so that's kind of that's where I left like I started that and that's where I paused um so yeah

So I felt like I put the link in the chat here and I also put it I was while we were all talking I went in and I put it in the Paper plane app.

I can't think of name of it There you go. That's going I put it in there um And people really liked it.

So I know that's going to be the masterclass and what I'm going to do is I'm going to re-record it And use some of the clips to make a little bit more polished have couple like people really like the physical Inspiration with the things that I teach I can't just talk it through I have to physically show people how to do the thing even if it's writing it down on a piece of paper I have to physically do that because that could be really hard for some people Um, and then the call to action like the you're gonna go get this thing is that library and that library has now I know what topics I needed I think to next and I have a digital tool That you like I want to do the whole comment this and that way it sends you a video and then where you can

purchase the digital thing. So what it is, it's an excel sheet and it's a, I can't think of what the school now.

Notion dashboard. Jesus. It's a notion dashboard, but it's personalized. So you clone it for yourself. And what you do is you calculate how much square footage your beds are and based on your square footage of your beds, you select the plants that you want to grow and tells you how many plants you can fit in that square footage of space.

it helps you count how many plants you need, where to actually place them, what are the plant enemies, the things that they don't go near.

So it automates a lot of that. So that way, I can sell that separate and then I can also have the library.

And so I'm like, that's it. That's what I know I need to do. So I just have to now, now that I know people like it and it works and it resonates, I'm just going have that kick off into the library.

And something else that I I noticed with what I teach my audience, especially right now, with a lot of food and securities that are happening and a hilt of fear in the market, I know finances are going to be really tough.

But when I share with people how I built my business, I had this series called Doing It Scared and Unprepared because I really was scared and unprepared.

I had no freaking clue what I was doing when I started at this. That got me not only so many people following, but had the buy-in, if you will, people got to see me go from not knowing how to do to actually having a full-on business and making money at it and doing scalable designs, I still get people asking me, how can they set up?

How can they do an eco-business? And I do coach clients to set up their eco-business, to set up their farm, to set up their homestead.

I do coach them in that, so I want to make that a bigger-ticket item down the road. Now that I once I get my business like a little bit more of a going, so what I was thinking about is being a little bit more transparent with how I'm using the funds and what I made

Investing in for the business so that way when I do start hiring people and I do start scaling up like I can show Here's how I'm doing and if you want to build your business here's this information over here Here's how you set up your sofa prior to your site when you would want to do LLC versus soul Like I want to be able to give all of those details the things that I learned painfully I want to be able to help them and especially now because Farmers are the next thing is farmers are losing their farms left and right because they were so dependent on a lot of these federal Programs and those federal programs aren't there anymore So they're freaking out and a lot of them are just coming to grips with like they're gonna have to sell their farm And then I've got a lot of people that are like I'm willing to leave the tech space Let me spend all my tech money and buy that farm and how do I do that and how do I scale it?

So I'm seeing both sides of the coin So yeah, I want them I know that's the next stage once I get this masterclass and I get the library launched and I get the digital thing

Then that's the next step is building. Here's how you build your ego business because I have so many different business plans that still to this day it's funny I'm in the process of buying a house right now.

I'm in the process of buying my farm in another state knock on wood. Got pre-approvals and everything going and when I was talking to the lender I showed her about my business and I was like you know this is what I do for clients by the way and I thought she was curious as to what it was and I showed her some of the business plans she goes oh really like she was really interested and I'm like I should have had the library like yeah she was she was really excited about that but I've had realtors reach out still want the partner so I know I can all I have to do is turn it on but I know I'm not ready yet until I move once I my goal is to try to set up the paths of side the master class in the library move to the farm start using that scaling up for all the content so that way I can show people how to build their ego business and that's how I'm going to launch it like that's the

My ADHD brain, that's how I'm feeling. That's how I'm making it happen. Thank you letting me get a lot of tangents there.

@53:08 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I love it.

@53:11 - Beth

But that's, yeah.

@53:12 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

You've got all the steps up until, you know, helping tech entrepreneurs build, like, entire huge businesses. that sounds like a multi-volatile $1 Yeah.

ACTION ITEM: Watch Beth's garden planning video - WATCH

Folding from you, you know, and so that's, that sounds epic, yeah. So now it's just like getting that ground floor in.

@53:30 - Beth

Yeah.

@53:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Starting that, finishing the creation for it.

@53:34 - Beth

But go watch this in that video. Tell me what you think, because that was unscripted with the exception of the bullet points.

I knew what the topics were, but I didn't script it once. I didn't record like a thousand times. didn't write it.

I literally was like, here's the point that I want to make. Just talking to the phone and make it.

That was the first time I really did that and I liked it. Like I really liked it, but also I was not feeling good at all.

@54:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Like you can tell my energy was like, you know, sounds like a great response with if that was your energy.

ACTION ITEM: Re-record masterclass video for Kajabi site - WATCH

@54:08 - Beth

Yeah, that's great. So do know that's amazing.

@54:14 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Do you know what your next step is like what you'd like to accomplish this next week?

ACTION ITEM: Set up funnel in Kajabi pointing to existing library - WATCH

@54:20 - Beth

Yeah, I want to rerecord the masterclass video, but I want to do it in a formal, like a formal video of it.

So that way I can put that on to Pajabi site. And then on Pajabi, I also want to set up the funnel that calls to the library, which I have a library created.

ACTION ITEM: Create scaling strategy for library content - WATCH

just have to point to it at the point of the page. So I want to set up the funnel, want to finish that.

I'm going to go through and make the strategy, the scaling strategy for the library just so that way I can physically see it.

And that way I can communicate it to people so I can say, if you're brand new to gardening, you're going to start video one.

If you're familiar with gardening and you're just kind of exploring, you're going to start with this video. Some people to be able to see themselves into it and scale up.

And I have a lot of farmers that are like hobby farmers, they're like less than 20 acres, we'll just say that.

They're like, hey, I want to grow a lot of organic produce so that way I can help my community as things turn to .

How do I grow at scale when I've never done that before? And especially if you're intermixing a lot of different plants, like you'll get a garlic farmer that just grows a shitload of garlic, and that's it.

But they won't do anything else during the spring in the summer once I grow a harvest, their land is just sitting there.

So what I'm doing is I'm coming up with strategies for them to say, here's the type of trees that you have.

Here's where you plant next to it. So I did, I wanted to see how well this lands. And now I know the topics that people are interested in.

When I do a plant breakdown, it's what I've been affectionately calling it. When I do a plant breakdown, the breakdown in itself is like time, for example, like creeping time.

There's all the different kinds of varieties of time. time. But there's a lot of plant benefits that you get from the soil to the ecosystem to the pests, everything.

And also it's culinary. It's easy to preserve. You can make a lot of money doing it. It's super easy to propagate.

But it's a really great ground cover and it prevents like growing weeds. Like if you want to make sure that your garden doesn't have any weeds into it, plant a lot of time in miracle.

They're like best friends. But most people don't know that. cold stratification. It needs a winter. So you're going to do it like right now while it's still cold out.

You sprinkle those seeds everywhere. That's it. You don't have to do . Same thing with lavender. Right now while it's all snowy and cold out, put that in the soil.

You don't have to do anything else. Because the seed needs to freeze and it's going to hold that moisture.

But people don't know that. And so when they buy all these seed packets and they try to seed start and they're like, why are my plants growing?

suck at this. It's either your soil or you're not starting it off the right way. That's what I help a lot of these gardeners with and so that's my goal is I want to try to get the passive stuff out So that way I can help the people who really want to scale like that the way I'm seeing the content I'm doing the containers and the small small growing, you know people who just want to have like a few plants here and there Maybe some herbs all the way to backyard gardens to kitchen gardens to homesteads to urban Farming to big scale farming like there's the scale with it.

Yeah, and as you scale your strategies are going to change That's that was the biggest thing that I learned and I think setting up my content to my library with that in mind It's going to help a lot of people be able to see where they're at and what's feasible for them Because that's the other things a lot of people don't know.

actually possible They they have like a hundred square feet of a garden bed and they're like we need to feed a family of four and I'm like I'm not gonna work.

I'm sorry like Don't want to be the bad news, but I want people to see realistically. What's possible so that we don't get the

pressed and think that gardening sucks, because no.

@58:03 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I love what you're, yeah, your knowledge is on point, very interesting. And you have like, this is definitely a hot topic for a lot of people, especially just, you know, just the world and a lot of people want their gardens and want to expand and want to create those sustainable communities.

for you to be like that expert in the field to help guide them in that direction is brilliant. it sounds like this next week you've got, you've got your plan.

Yeah, we've got two calls left. So now is go time. I'm kind of feeling like our one on ones that you guys have might be best utilized for social media coaching.

So kind of the funnels up to like for me to go and kind of like audit the social media and just tell you what you can do for that to like amplify it even more.

Yeah, that's the next step. So as much as you can do this week, try to get it in because the final is, you know, we'll do check

as well, but it's also our final call.

@59:03 - Beth

So like celebrations and what we can do moving on.

@59:07 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So I appreciate you guys. This is a fun, a fun check-in. Love, love, love seeing where you guys are at and all the great, I know, only saddling to cause love, I know.

But it's really awesome to see where you guys are at. Really cool to see just like putting this much time and effort and energy into creating something and then seeing it open and flourish.

I appreciate you guys. I am off to the airport now. So it's sending you guys so much love and I will see you guys in one week and I want to see some awesome progress in one week.

looking forward to seeing that creation and carry congrats again on building that funnel.

@59:48 - Beth

Yeah, where you headed?

@59:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

The big island, so just little hop over.

@59:54 - Caroline

Oh nice, cool. really quick, are you still enjoying your house in your new land?

@59:58 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

it just amazing? Absolutely. thriving and loving it. Yeah, it's so good. It's just like it's a dream come true.

@1:00:06 - Caroline

Oh, that's awesome. I'm so grateful.

@1:00:09 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So happy to be Thank you. Thank you. Have a wonderful rest of day, guys.

@1:00:14 - Beth

Appreciate you guys. Have a good one. Bye. Hi to fire. Hi, girl. Thank you.
