1/2/25
AI Generated Summary
The Bright Creators meeting on January 2 kicked off the new year with a powerful sense of renewal and purpose. Michael Armstrong set the tone with an energizing meditation, guiding participants to release old patterns and embrace the fresh potential of 2025. He reminded everyone that this is not just a business course—it is a soul-aligned journey of creation, where each participant has the opportunity to project their unique gifts into the world. As the "Golden Age" begins, Michael emphasized the choice between succumbing to fear or stepping fully into one's creative power.
The session focused on check-ins and progress updates, with members sharing insights on their business development. Elizabeth detailed her breakthrough in structuring her business model, refining her customer journey, and aligning her offerings with her deep knowledge of ecosystem-based gardening. She also provided valuable insights into tech tools, sharing her experience with AI and automation to streamline workflows. John discussed his course on connecting with the "Big U," exploring different methods of spiritual alignment, and strategizing how to integrate his existing content into the Kajabi platform. KC highlighted her focus on simplifying her manifestation teachings, aiming to bridge the gap between deep spiritual principles and practical implementation.
A major theme of the discussion was using AI tools like ChatGPT for business planning, content creation, and even personal coaching. Elizabeth shared expert-level tips on how to use AI for structuring daily workflows, refining messaging, and even preparing the mind for meditation. The group explored how AI can serve as a powerful ally for creators, helping them overcome mental roadblocks and structure their business goals more effectively. This sparked enthusiasm among members, reinforcing the idea that technology, when used intentionally, can enhance both creativity and efficiency.
As the meeting wrapped up, Michael encouraged everyone to focus on taking tangible steps forward, whether it be launching a free offer, refining a product, or simply stepping into the energy of completion. The conversation also touched on success metrics, with Elizabeth seeking guidance on measuring impact beyond revenue. Michael shared his perspective that success is deeply personal and tied to both financial growth and the ability to sustain a fulfilling lifestyle. With momentum building, the session concluded with an uplifting sense of purpose and commitment to making 2025 a transformative year.

I'm trying to start down the salad. This meeting is being recorded.
@0:03 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Totally cool. Yeah. Feel free. Totally cool. Welcome, John.
@0:39 - johnmorgan
Happy New Year.
@0:43 - elizabeth
Happy New Happy New Year.
@0:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
So we'll give it just a couple minutes. if we got. There's Casey. Well, welcome, everyone. We'll get started. And so this call is going to be a catch-up call, check-ins, seeing how things are going, question, answer, just kind of feeling the pulse.
We're off a week. So the week that we were off, we'll just add that on to the end of our calls in February.
It's the new year, January 2nd, very excited about this year. Beginning of the Golden Age, as is prophesied in yogic traditions, the energy is phenomenal.
don't know if you guys have been just feeling the... Just like... shifts, shifts in the air. People can either hop on that fear train, or they can hop on the creation train, because there's going to be a lot of projections of fear into the field.
So many shifts as Elizabeth, yup. A lot of projections of fear that a lot of people are just going to fully agree with and leave and latch on to and just feel that and kind of live that, you know, if that's what you believe, then that's what it becomes.
So what's really cool about being here with you guys and being able to have brave creators go into the new year, is that this program is all about creation.
It's all about taking what you have in here, the gifts that you have, your beautiful soul that you have in here, and projecting it outward, giving it to the world.
And that gift is remarkable because that gift changes lives. know, this isn't just business course. I think it's one of the best business courses out there personally.
Nothing I know of like it that actually gives you this step by step. Usually it's just kind of like these vague concepts where you have to do it yourself.
And often try to kind of figure out, okay, how does it actually work? So it is all about creation, but it's also about your soul.
It's about your soul's purpose. It's about what you have here. know all you guys starting to get to know all you guys really well.
And I know that you have really remarkable gifts to share the world. And so in 2025, we get to share those gifts.
You guys and myself, I'm working on new stuff as well. excited. always in creation mode. I'm always expanding upon what I currently have.
So I'm super excited to be here with you guys. Very excited that the new year has begun. So let's start with just a quick drop in, quick meditation, just to ground into the present moment.
So go ahead and just feel comfy in your seat wherever you are. Adjust a little bit, gently close your eyes, take a nice deep breath in.
And just relax into this present moment. There's no expectations of you. You don't have to be anywhere in specific.
You don't have to have reached a certain level. Allow any of your self-imposed expectations just to melt away. Start to feel into the new energy, the collective new energy of this new here.
And with every breath you take, breathing in that newness. Any ways of being that you were, that weren't serving you, can just fade away.
And with every in-breath, the new you comes in. And in your mind, just think what words do you desire to add to this new you?
Perhaps you want to add flow, to be in flow even more, abundant, wealthy, creative, relaxed, stress-free. Who do you want to embody?
Maybe it's even a whole phrase, more than just a single word. Someone who wakes up every day and just loves life.
Feeling accomplished. Feeling of going to bed and feeling like I accomplished so much. It was a great day. I made so much money, I accomplished so much, perhaps you want more organization.
Any final elements you want to add to this new year for this new year, go ahead and plant those in your consciousness now.
now with all this newness, take a nice deep breath in, go round it into your soul. And with the out breath, yes, this is possible.
Yes, this is possible. Yes, I claim this. Yes, I am, yes it is, and so it is, and that rests in the peaceful energy, the peaceful flow of knowing who you are and what you want I want you to imagine yourself waking up every morning feeling recharged feeling good what do you see yourself doing in the morning perhaps adding to your morning ritual
And now with this newness, this new energy, projecting your consciousness just a couple months ahead end of February, early March, when this program is finished and you've accomplished so much, feel that complete business, that business that's bringing in revenue, that's making money, that's expanding, that's growing, feel into that.
Allow that feeling to just into your body, into your feeling mind. Now bring that energy into the present moment, into right now.
Allow that feeling of it already is. It's already complete. You already are there into this creation that you're a part of right now.
Now to ground in this energy, this completion energy, this energy of accomplishment, this energy of abundance. Take a very quick deep breath in and hold it at the top.
And just hold it there for a moment, really feeling into your body, feeling into this new energy that's within your system.
And in your own time when you're ready, just slowly release it. And just slowly blinking your eyes open when you're ready in your own time.
So I mentioned, this call is going to be a check-in call to see how you guys are doing to answer any questions, any coaching that you guys need.
I kind of also want to get a pulse on where you guys are at, know that wherever your ad is perfect.
So the business journeys, the self-development journey, I don't want you to feel the pressure of needing to create right away.
If one part of this business journey takes you the entire length of the program, and you are spending the time you feel you just spend on it, but you just feel like you need dedicate more time on a aspect of it, go for it.
You can take as long as you need, you have lifetime access to the course so you can go through it in your own time.
But you feel like you want to really push yourself and go for it and create something as we're doing it.
That would be awesome as well. know that where your ad is perfect, I don't want to feel pressure that you need to be somewhere or not.
Your soul is always guiding you. in the speed that it takes. So that said, in this portion right now, we're working on our product.
So I'm curious just to hear from you guys. I'd love to hear from each one of you where you're currently at.
What have you currently created? What you not created? Are there any things that are coming up for you that maybe have any questions that you have?
So whoever would like to start first, feel free to simply unmute yourself.
@12:34 - elizabeth
I'll go first. Awesome. Just because I've actually been itching to share and also get some perspectives. So I was just writing it out.
There are two main things that have happened over the past couple of weeks. And actually having that extra week was hugely helpful.
Because I took, I think the first lesson of like organizing your space took very literal. And I ended up like deep cleaning my house.
Which it wasn't bad to begin with but also like I've got two little kids. So Reorganizing reciduating everything like it was just like a domino effect and I think that also helped unstick my mind if that makes sense So that was big benefit But the thing that I realized is while I was cleaning while I was doing the things I Was ruminating and starting to think about that future vision of what I want to aim for What is it that five years from now that I want to be able to know that I do and to kind of work it back Like I feel like I bring those backwards I'm also neuro spicy.
that could be it too So I started with the end vision and then I kept working backwards How did I get there and then what did I do like and that process while I was cleaning actually led to what I believe the freebie is gonna be and then what the library is gonna contain and from there how I offer my design services and So I tested it out because I haven't been posting online
for a while now for a lot of reasons but I finally got a content strategy for all the different platforms got all my videos saved like I got everything pulled in so I know what I have and I figured out a path forward so that's where I'm at right now I've not created anything however I've got the script to the to the freebie I've already got I've been using Canva anyways like using Canva to create the video and have like a little thing that was going to ask you how you did that so I'm so glad that's a video that was helpful um got kajabi set up so we're ready to go now it's just a matter of clicking all the buttons and then the thing that I really wanted to share the infrastructure so I have ruminated so much in my business so hard about how I can better set up for success I have used stand store I used to use honey book I've done podia like I've looked at all of these different platforms to try to make the business works
sustainably for me without having five different platforms everywhere. I wanted one. I wanted to be super easy, super short for the customer while also being very cost effective and easier to maintain on my end.
And so working in IT, working in computers, I decided to apply my architecture experience. And so I went out and I architected my whole system of what's going to going forward, which is nice.
It saves a little bit of money, so that's good. But now I feel like I've got a lot more opportunity going for it.
So now I just have to create. I just have to get out there. So yeah, that's where I'm at.
@15:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Awesome.
@15:48 - elizabeth
Love it. And I'm happy to share any of the things that I created. Like I've gotten like I'm really good at bullet journaling.
Like if you wanted to know how to organize your notes and bullet journal, can show you that. So I have a
Bullet Journal of all of the ideas anything that I've ever done so that way I can share with you all if you want it to If it helps to include prompts like chat to be tea prompts And you're saying chat to be prompts with bullet journaling Yeah, so I I Do a lot of bullet journaling and I do a lot of like designing let me see if I can find like one of the latest pages like Just ideas for example So like I design a lot of this stuff and this is just me doodling just trying to get everything out But I actually build lot of these and one of my friends was like you need to do that for your business too I think that would be really good for like garden planning and styling and I really said not a lot of people Take notes the way that I do but the way that I do it you can actually go back and reference it So if you want to know how I do it I can share that with you because it's organized my business It's helped me organize all of my ideas my thoughts my to-dos my goals my vision like you name it It has it all worked out and then chat you people
e-promps that I use. So, spoilers and don't repeat this. So, when I work for Microsoft and I specifically work with different AI training systems, if you catch what I mean.
So, I can show you some really awesome prompting techniques. So, I wrote a lot of them down that you could use with chat GPT.
@17:18 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Oh. So, yeah. That all sounds like really awesome information. And if you ever feel called to record little video and share in our chat, know, like just make our little a little thing for the prompts as well if you have like a Google Doc with those prompts.
Yeah. Feel free to share them in our in our telegram group.
@17:36 - elizabeth
That would be really cool. Yeah. I can definitely do that.
@17:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah. Yeah. I think that sounds incredibly useful. So, a couple of things with your share. So, you mentioned different systems, all these different Zappi or all of that.
@17:49 - elizabeth
Mm-hmm.
@17:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
those things that you're now going to get rid of now that you're a Kajabi or are those things that you feel like you still need?
@17:58 - elizabeth
Some of them I feel like I still need. Most of them I don't so like stand store I don't think I'm gonna need that because I can do that with the web page or even like link We probably wanted to do it for free.
The thing that I liked about stand store is the email Email newsletter conversion rate is so extremely high. Like there's a reason I have over 40,000 subscribers on the email list It's because stand stores made it stupid easy like incredibly easy But I can do the same thing with Kajabi So I know if I were to sit down and do that with a splash page and get all the fields in there I know I can pull that off and I know I can do that So I won't need stand so that saves a thousand bucks a year, which is super helpful Wix being a website like I I was using it more for blog not physical products more digital Which I could just use through the job.
So that saves me money right there, too now I use my email newsletter. use active campaign. I was originally using MailChimp, which wasn't bad.
It's pretty good But I wanted a lot more customizing, wanted a lot more flows, a lot smarter flows, and active campaign.
And this is totally like selfless plug here. Their headquarters is in Chicago, and their secondary headquarters is like 20 minutes away from me.
So like I knew about active campaign right when they first came to Indy. learning about them, I know what they're capable of.
So I kind of cheated there, because I already knew how they worked. They do courses to a degree, not in the way Kajabi does.
Kajabi is way better with it. They do courses, but they also have what's called customer hub. Customer hub is a community platform.
It is a literal one window. You can make all the tabs. You can add all the customizations to it, and it wraps right in to active campaign.
So active campaign is at the air in Kajabi. That's all you need. I don't need anything else. And I can withstand 100 and I think I have 176,000 followers between my platforms and almost.
46,000 email list like it depends because I have two different email lists. that's front That's what I'm working with and usually softwares will charge a lot For sending out just a single email and without the campaign.
You just go you just keep sending you can do broadcast You can do weekly messages. You can do just a call and response to like that automation flow So like you can set it up a bit much different ways And it's not gonna like nickel and buy me to death and I've not had a degradation in service from them Excellent.
@20:33 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, awesome. it. I love that. got this established customer base as well that you can Immediately let them know once you have certain things you have a value That is that's incredible and in terms of view at the product.
Did you say you knew what the product was gonna be? They're gonna be building.
@20:50 - elizabeth
Yeah, so this is where I have been stuck for so long I think I've got it, but I want your perspective.
Tell me if this is crazy or if this is not not like strong enough or if I can make it stronger like I just want to know raw feedback here.
So there's a lot of gardening channels out there. I'm not your average gardening channel. My focus is to help you grow in alignment with your ecosystem.
Whether that's doing a small landscaping garden, if you're doing a kitchen garden, if you're trying to set up a pollinator habitat, or if you're doing an eco-business, whether like your cut flowers or growing herbs for apothecaries.
I literally had a customer grow wine cap mushrooms on like a tenth of an acre. That was her whole business and she had no idea how to set it up, but we wanted to do it sustainably.
So that's what I specialize in. And I don't do like, like there's two different types of agriculture. You have the monoculture, which is typically what we use to be where you have like repeated plants and repeated aesthetics.
Think about like the big farming systems and then you have polyculture. And polyculture is where you combine plants together in the same space.
they can grow together. Think like planting tulips with your hostas. I don't know if you guys have ever done that.
But you can do things like that. so that's where I come in. And I teach people how to do this.
And then I have to create designs for them that's custom to their eco-region, like where they're at. So yeah, so my freebie, I was going to have be about garden placement because 99% of my clients get it wrong.
And I wanted to show people that most of the time where you actually place your garden, whether it's on a balcony or you have a small side yard or a back yard, there's actually a better place for things.
And show them what I call solar tracking. So, sun tracking throughout four key points of the year, the two equinox and the two solstices.
You'd be surprised how much the sun moving in those four key points can actually shift how your garden behaves and the things grow and what you should plant.
And then start getting right into like your base assessment. Look at your ecology, what plants are there, what insects, what birds do you hear, and I have tools and apps that you can use that are free to look at all of this.
And so a lot of my clients when I do my one-on-ones with them, I always start them off with these steps.
And starting them off with this gets them more attuned to what's actually there and how it works, because you already have an ecosystem in your backyard.
Even if you don't have any plants, you'd be surprised that you already have things growing, you already have insects present.
And so if you have the right birds that you're attracting, they're going to manage your pests. If you have the right trees, then that solves some privacy, but maybe could also be nesting, or birds are buried through the birds that are early migrating.
You can find those common balances in between, and that's what this freebie does, as it shows you how to do that on a small scale, like a very, very small scale.
And so the way that I set it up, I have three lessons. Each lesson I go through four actual, real garden.
@24:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
designs, a pollinator garden, an herb garden, a cut flower garden, and a kitchen garden. And these lessons, are you describing your paid offer now or is it still?
@24:08 - elizabeth
Yeah, it's both. So I teach you like here's this thing, you do sun tracking and here's how you do it and here's how you apply it to these types of gardens and if you want to do water weather tracking, if you want to do rain, if you want to do snow, like you want to look at all these, that's in the paid.
So you get a little bit of taste of it in the in the freebie, but the pay goes way deeper into it.
goes into the permaculture aspect of it. And then I get into plants, how to buy plants, how to select them, where to actually plant them.
So I show you just the tidbit of like how do you find plants that you need to grow, your native plants, and your keystone plants.
Those are two very different things. So I explain what that is and then in the paid version, I tell you exactly how to design your garden using all these plants.
So this gets you started, but this gives you the answer. so I figured is rather than make this a course, make it a life
Because I will have people who have different gardening goals Some of them just want landscaping the most of them will just landscaping the other ones want to have their own Kitchener and they want to have a homestead they want to grow their own food They want an eco business, so I want to be able to serve them without nickel and diamond them to death So I feel like that was the aha for me I'm like this is what I'm gonna do, but it's been hard because they didn't know how to differentiate And how to make it clear what is it that I do that's different than the rest of the gardening stuff Well, you are the one that makes a different your energy by who you are it is you who makes a different?
@25:44 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
You could have the same exact thing as everyone else, but people who watch you people who subscribe to email us subscribe because it's you specifically so Yeah, cuz I suffer from the like I need to make this different and unique
And some we need is just to make just to make it just to make something good that is just yeah, you know, the more simple the better.
I love that you've got this this idea of you already know, I'm not your customer, you know, I've started garden and I just get like a random plant and just put them in and like whatever lives lives, you know.
So I'm not your customer. Like the skills you have to offer the insights, I know there's some people who are going to nerd out on that and absolutely love it.
Yeah, so cool. And so you know, you know, customer really well, you're already working with people, which is perfect.
And so I love that you have this idea of what is just going to give people the taste and then what is like, if you're ready to design your garden, yeah, here is the next step.
@26:47 - elizabeth
This is how you're going to design your garden.
@26:49 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
So when you create the free offer, start thinking of the free the free offer is going to be a a single video.
Because the free offer essentially is a sales pitch. Okay, you create a lot of desire in the first part of it, first three parts of it, and first three quarters of it, and you share info, you share all this great stuff, a single video, you make it easily digestible, so it's not much little things, single easily digestible video, and then at the end, it's like you essentially talk about how awesome it's going to be once they design their garden.
Here's why it's awesome, here's some really cool facts about it, and if you are ready to design your garden, here's the next step.
@27:33 - elizabeth
Awesome, I can definitely do that. I've got one more thing I don't know if it fits, and I'm just curious hear your thoughts on it.
I have what I created these garden rolls, I don't know what to call them, so I've been calling them garden rolls.
I don't know how to else to describe it. If you have a container, a pot of plant, or a garden space, you buy this garden roll, and based on your zip code, I literally, with circles on it, tell you exactly what plant and where to place it, and I
You can do it on a small scale for a single container. I can do it also really wide. Like, how would you integrate something like that?
is so different than what you normally do. But it's like a quick win for people. How would you integrate that at all?
@28:16 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Well, that could be an add-on.
@28:18 - elizabeth
it could be, like, if they purchased the course, it could be an extra add-on.
@28:22 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
If it is specific to each person, and you have to put in your work to do it. Yeah, you could add that as just another thing you upsell to them.
@28:30 - elizabeth
Perfect. Thank you. Because that's a lot of my clients loved it. And they don't want me to get rid of it.
And I've been getting more emails, wondering when I'm going to bring it back. And so I was especially with the kitchen gardens.
And a lot of people don't have a lot of space. And I'm really freakishly good at container strategies. So I can do all kinds of vertical gardening.
And so that's what I want to make it easy for people. So even if you're not doing an ego business, and you're not my normal ideal client, I still want you to be able to have solutions.
I want you to be able to do the things and know that it's actually going to work. You do it this way, it's going to work.
Like have that confidence. So that's what I'm after. So thank you. I appreciate it.
@29:09 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Excellent. Yeah, very welcome. either today or tomorrow more of the course should open up so you'll be able to access how to access the marketing materials, the free offer.
I'd definitely check those out just to get the idea of it. And yeah, that sounds great. Excellent, Elizabeth. All right, Casey, you're fine.
@29:36 - johnmorgan
Let's hear it. Shall I go next? Yeah, I've looked at your course, which I really love and find it very inspiring.
I've got a big course, which I put together on another hosting app, online course host, I think. And so one of the questions was, is it quite easy to connect it to Kajabi?
Do you know?
@30:11 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yes, you can connect it to Kajabi. There's ways to do it. So if you once you have Kajabi put everything set up, you can essentially send them a link to get the course.
You can often use command codes or special links depending on the software itself. You could also potentially upload that course that you currently have to Kajabi.
@30:35 - johnmorgan
Well, I might do it after a year, but I paid a year in advance for the other course.
@30:40 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
yeah, I might as well use it. Yeah, and what's the software?
@30:45 - johnmorgan
It's called online, online course host or something.com.
@30:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Okay. essentially what you could do is if someone purchases in Kajabi, you can have it automatically send them an email and then within that email you can say here's how to access your course and then you give them a Link to you know depending on how online course works Sometimes they have like special links that you can just use for people to register and sign up It's kind of like a secret link or if they don't have that you just give them a hundred percent off coupon code So here's where you can get it use this code and that just gets emailed to everyone who purchases your offer Okay Idea the other question, which just came to mind was No, it's gone.
@31:35 - johnmorgan
was um, I've created the High value ticket and now I've got the mini Ticket and I've got uh the free offer although I haven't done the free offer You as yet But part of the offer was also going to be a sample of my book So can you do a free video and the free book as well?
@31:58 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah You could definitely do that. I would recommend just as we go through this, do the free offer as a video, have that connect to your paid offer, and then you'd essentially create a separate one that you could send out to people that says, here's a free chapter of my book, and then I imagine that then the next upsell would be for them to purchase your book.
That would be slightly different, but that is also something you can do. I would focus on one at a time and not focus on just what the course has you create, because potentially a video of you talking about the book could sell more books than just getting the first chapter.
Who knows? It's something you can maybe test. You can try it out, but yeah, I would go through the course as it's meant to be.
@32:52 - johnmorgan
And then just the book is a separate item, if they were to have something permanent.
@32:58 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, and you can create as many of free offers as you'd like, and you can have them all linked to certain aspects of the funnel that you create.
But for the sake of usefulness and for the sake of simplicity, yeah, I would do, I would check out the free offer videos, watch all of them because they're very purposeful in how they work with the psychology of the sale.
So yeah, utilize those and then create that. And then from that, you'll get a lot of insights into how you can then create that free offer for the book and how you can create that funnel for the book as well.
@33:33 - johnmorgan
Okay, that sounds good out here. So yeah, I've looked at all the videos that you've released so far, which is good and I'm just going to implement the free video in the next three days and work out how to put it together.
But I found using GTP or whatever it's called. Yeah, it's really quite amazing. what you can find. I actually put my book into it and they summarized it even though it hasn't been published, which found a bit bizarre, but there we are.
@34:10 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It's quite remarkable in terms of book summaries. can take an entire book and then just pop it in there, you can ask questions about it, you can analyze it, you can say, you know, what would people, what else do people like?
Yeah, it's pretty incredible. I've got a lot of books from many authors that I just toss in there. And a little business says, ChatchP now allows for projects, seeking group chats, images, spreadsheets.
Nice. Yeah, super cool. Yeah, it's just getting even more interesting.
@34:40 - johnmorgan
And oh, the other thing I was going ask, editing videos. Is it, could you all be able to do that?
Or can you do that on ChatchP? Oh, yeah, ChatchP.
@34:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
So in terms of editing video, like you create video and you want to then edit it, there's different ways to edit it.
So What kind of computer do you have?
@35:03 - johnmorgan
A Mac.
@35:04 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
A Mac? So you could get iMovie, which is just a free editor. And it works well. It's basic enough.
All you need to do is cut out things. take them out and then export it. Yeah. There's a ton of free resources for editing.
Have you ever edited a video?
@35:26 - johnmorgan
Many years ago. I haven't done it recently. I was wondering if there was an AI version that could do it.
@35:33 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I'm sure there probably is some sort of AI video editor, and there will be a lot more in the future.
But when it comes to editing, I'm not sure if it's quite there just yet, because if you mess up, how does it recognize if that's mess up first one that you want to keep in there?
@35:52 - johnmorgan
Yeah.
@35:54 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
But yeah, there's some AI that like go in and remove silence if you have silence in your videos. But as for right now, I would probably edit it on your own until that AI editor comes out Which I'm sure will at some point if it gets enough data and learning resources of like how humans are editing it probably will Do it in a way that just blows our mind in the near future?
@36:16 - johnmorgan
Okay, and last question for let Casey to go I use PowerPoint and then To do my voice over is canva better than PowerPoint because I find the problem with PowerPoint Is that if I do a video over 15 minutes freeze is the whole computer and it doesn't allow it to do it Does do you have the same problem or have you had that with Canva?
@36:45 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I've not canvas pretty good. I like Canva because you can have your little circle face on it It's super simple and it's like up to date It's to me PowerPoint.
It just kind of feels kind of old school and like constant There's a lot of stuff within it. Canvas is very straightforward.
Personally, I would recommend Canva. There's a lot of different options for it, but Canva is so straightforward that I would probably recommend that.
It's also within your web browser and it's optimized for the web browser, so there's not freezing issues. You could always talk to Elizabeth and have her chat with the PowerPoint team over at Microsoft.
@37:23 - elizabeth
Don't tell me it says this, use Canva. Your freezing is not abnormal if we all run into it even at work, so yeah, no.
Powerpoint's great for creating the visualizations, the animations and the transitions between the slides, because I tested it. It doesn't work between the two, so what I did to create the transitions that I would do in Powerpoint, because I'm a big PowerPoint user and kind of have to be.
To go into Canva, which I was already using, I just transported it all over, so I got the slides, and then I went into Camtasia.
I think now it's like 160 to 180 bucks. It's a one time thing, it's a video editing tool. I was able to find the exact same transition, so then I just put those in there.
So just to test to see if I could do it. And you could add text and blogs and even make your little picture a circle, because I wanted to see how I could do it.
So that's what I did. I recorded it in Canva, I poured it out into Camtasia, and then I edited it into there.
So it worked OK, but I also, in a little lecture, you don't have to follow me. Michael has way more experience in this than I do.
@38:36 - johnmorgan
And it works on the free one, or do you have to buy Camtasia?
@38:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It works on the I have a subscription.
@38:42 - johnmorgan
OK.
@38:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, subscription, they give you little bonuses, add different templates and stuff. surprisingly, with a free one, you can export it, and you're going to go, OK, it's also very inexpensive, which is nice.
Yeah. And note that, like, Implicity is great. If you're extra, awesome. it. Add the stuff. a lot of fun.
I love to be extra when it comes to adding little things here and there if you've seen some of my master classes that I've created.
But also, it really, when it comes down to the information you share, it's most important. So simplicity is key, especially if you're out.
Oh, and then one more question for you, John. You said you have a course that you've already created.
@39:31 - johnmorgan
What is the subject matter of that course? So the overarching topic is becoming aware of the big U. And the basic premise is there's three main ways of connecting to your higher self or spiritual essence or soul, whatever you want to call it.
The first way is the human way which a lot of people show, which is mantras or meditations or tarot cards, then there's a second one which is non-earthly entities and that's psychics using channeling, basically going to spirits and then talking to you, then the third way is talking to your innate spirit, which I call the Big U and the course is designed to look at the Big U as the way that I teach, yeah, connecting with yourself and then so that's sort of explained in great detail for how you use it to your best ability to basically create and curate a life that you really want because the Big U and the human you is aligned to what they want to achieve in this lifetime because the Big U chose the human you to do its purpose so therefore
it makes sense but in the modern world we've forgotten that and it's actually taking people back to that aspect.
The mini course is then just one of the modules of that but in similar talking about the same thing but has some added extras and then the free one is just talking about what is the benefit of actually being aligned to the big view and saying that you don't have to use that version but it's a direct link and to me one of the issues that I have about the whole manifestation thing on the TikTok and everything is everyone sort of has these processors but they all work but that's because you believe in it but you don't have to do it because you create all the time so to me the easiest way is if you become
aware of the big U and you talk with it, then it does a vibration of frequency and creates what you want and it works.
So it's just a different angle and I'll go back to the question that Elizabeth had and what you stated is that how many maths teachers are there in the world, probably well over a million different types.
They're all teaching the same subject but in so you'll remember teacher at school who taught you maths or English or history and for some reason you connected with them when you remember them but there'll be other subjects somebody says oh do you remember teaching again?
I don't even know, can't even remember they existed. So a special I'm saying is it doesn't matter how many people are out there and if they're drawn to you they will be drawn to you.
@42:57 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yep, fully read that.
@43:00 - johnmorgan
So, yeah, that's a convoluted way of what I'm doing.
@43:05 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Beautiful. it. Yeah. love that you have each aspect of it. You've got a higher ticket offer, a lower ticket offer, and the concept of this free one, which you said exactly what I was going to say, which is that for that free one, it's all about letting them know why it's so important to connect with the big U.
And if you can really drive that in in this free video that you'd be creating, then it's just, it's easy.
Then they need it. They know they need it, and you can really share, you know, you can create that strong desire.
But yeah, I'm very excited for you to go through the free offer modules because it's, that's truly the magic.
It's truly the magic. If you've had any difficulty selling anything, it's because that free offer didn't have the necessary things in it to get people to take their credit card out and purchase something.
people will not just buy things if you tell them to or you just say like this is what I have and you've been following me why don't you just buy it you know like they should they should want it but it having that that free offer is an absolute game changer building the chat right go ahead I would like to ask if when I do create the free offer video would you mind having a look at it all if you can give me some feedback and then I can change it will improve it yeah totally I would love to yeah and when it when that that portion of the course opens up there are some there's outlines like all points to hit within it so you can be like okay what should I do for that point what should I say for that point you can really like map it all out and then you could record it yeah feel free to drop it in our group chat and I happily check it out awesome John appreciate you
@45:02 - KC Steinbeck
Okay, so I am, I spent a lot of time thinking about this. started the online course, love it by the way, it's just so easy to follow.
So even as someone who's designed courses before, I'm like, okay, now I know, like, this is, there's definitely different ways to go about this and how to deliver the information.
I think I have a good idea what my free offer and then building up on to our big ticket offer is going to be, it's very centric to the work I do and what I focus on with my following and with my current clients.
My biggest area of just where I'm at right now is like, I've been spending a lot of time trying to enter this new year, not in the same ways I have previously where I've like given myself a list of 100 things, like basic
be conquering Mount Everest and just like going into the urine being like, I don't know where to start. Like, I just freeze in place, not sure how to make it tangible.
Like, what's the low hanging fruit? What's the game plan? I kind of mentioned before, I'm almost half my entire astrology is all Aquarius.
So like, I don't love being told what to do, but I kind of meet like some kind of structure for like a schedule even in my day to day life.
So I'm working right now to use chat GBT actually to kind of be like a business partner with me because I do this all on my own and I'm like, not business minded at all.
I'm a creative all day. Every day if you ask me about creating videos, I can do it for you.
But if you ask me to like be a businessman and like, follow all of this regiment, I just fall apart.
if you guys have suggestions on how to kind of train it to be very practical, very helpful for putting out all the
goals, all the things I have in mind, and then creating like a calendar or like a 30, 60, 90, if you would, that would be super helpful because I kind of just open it and I just don't know what to ask it or what to tell it.
So that's kind of what I'm seeking right now because I think if I can just create something that is very fluid, like I can still kind of have autonomy and how to start my day and to be in a goodbye, but have kind of a process to approach for getting these things done that will actually help me do it because I get to it and then it just seems like I'm trying to conquer the entire world all at once and I just begin to shut down.
So I'm trying to just trust fall a little bit into the universe this year and show up, be consistent, create, have some sort of system to eventually grow, but I just need a little bit of help building that plan because that's kind of just my biggest weakness right now.
@47:57 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, awesome. And Elizabeth said I will post the prompt doc in the telegram chat. Love it, Elizabeth. I have some prompt you can absolutely use.
I have smart goal prompts along with how you can get chat GBT to prompt you back. Very cool. Also, you can use multiple AI tools to talk to one another.
That's hilarious. Love it, Elizabeth, that.
@48:20 - KC Steinbeck
Thank you. Yeah, that would help a lot.
@48:24 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Great idea that it even came to you to use AI for that. It's truly phenomenal for that. I've like a couple months ago, actually knows many months ago, before I started Round One of Bright Creators, I just sat in a jigoozy, had chat GBT on where you can chat back and forth with it, and I was just sharing all of my thoughts and ideas on what it could potentially be, and how it's going to set it up.
was just mind-dumped into chat GBT, and I was like, can you make sense of this for me? Actually, you know what I want?
Can you just share a marketing commercial? Like I'm Marketing commercial script and just speak it to me right now and I hear everything I said put it all together as if you're Hitching it to me and then it just like gave me everything and summarize it all put it together and just the marketing pitch it gave me I'm like, oh, that's actually pretty exciting.
That's pretty cool And I'm like, can we make a you know three-month plan based on that? Like what do I need to do on a daily basis and The communication now if you're paying for Chi Chi to tee the the voice that they have now is phenomenal I mean you can interrupt it.
It can do all different sorts of things So yeah, there's a lot of talk about coaching as well using chat chbts as a coach many many other aisas coaches as well and they're phenomenal coaches But there are some ways to make them even better with the prompts and I'm excited to see Elizabeth has here, but yeah Can I share just one quick tip just one quick thing because I think this is something that I actually need for your meditation videos Because I used to subscribe to your library like the moment that it came up and I have a hard time calming my brain down
@50:00 - elizabeth
And so I had it listen to your meditation video, the whole thing, and I had it break down tips for me to actually get into the right mindset, and the elevator one was the one that was the most successful for me, just so you know.
And I think it was because Chachi BT walked me through like a premeditation game. That makes sense. So like, you can actually have it do a lot more.
So the thing that I want to share, if you were to download the app, because I use it all the time, just so you know, you can reference your previous lesson to it.
But if you were to download the app, texting is too, too long for me. I hate texting. I cannot stand it.
I know it's really weird. But on your phone, if you have like a little microphone, you can just speak right into it.
And it'll just keep listening. So it's exactly what you were saying, Michael, if you can just brain dump into it, the type of voice tone, pick a creator that you're like, I love the warmth, the things that you really enjoy about them, things that you want to be able to show up within your
self to help bring your full authentic self into it and then that's going to help you define your voice and tone and how you write and how you speak and whenever you have it go forward creating scripts for you or creating goals it's already going to understand more of you.
Now ChatWt has a memory and that memory can get full really quickly so you want to make sure that it's only remembering the things that you wanted to.
if you don't want it to remember something like if you're asking it a silly question why do we park and parking lots like why do we call that right just like silly question like like my kids make me ask you have to say hey don't remember this but got a question you have to actually tell it to do things.
I want you to ping me this tomorrow to see how things are going and how we might improve. I'm trying to coach my client into XYZ give me some ideas on how I can prompt them back.
It will literally ask me happy meditated today have you had enough to drink because I don't drink enough water like it will
prompted if you tell it to do it. It's just like being told what to do. think of it that way.
But downloading it is the next by far beneficial thing you can do.
@52:13 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I love that you had it listened to one of the meditations and then had it give you an idea of what to do for it.
That's great. So, Casey, awesome. In terms of your paid offer, have you started anything on it? Do you have the idea?
said it was based on what your community would might desire. Do you want to share a little bit about what it is?
@52:39 - KC Steinbeck
Yeah, so I have an intention to kind of take this model and apply it to all the things I do, especially my readings.
And part of the reason why I'm even here is because I scaled my business so much that meeting people one on one and doing readings like I just, there is not enough time in a day anymore to do that and
videos and try to do more. So I've been trying to make things easier. I've been trying to get things to work.
The courses is like the vibe. That's where I want to go. So a lot of what I do when it comes to the law of attraction and manifestation work through webinars and coaching and everything I do.
My big why comes from the fact that the mainstream law of attraction and stuff that we see cycling through social media is very, very generic.
It's very bland. And I've always found it extremely unhelpful. I tried for like a decade to manifest. was always in debt.
nothing was working. Everyone was always telling me like this just works and you do it. And I just could not understand it.
So my why kind of began when I investigated way more behind the law of attraction. are 11 other universal laws and principles that are extremely important to understand for your universe or, you know, your whatever God, source faith.
I mean, whatever it is for you, it. And so a lot of my teaching is teaching these other principles and getting people kind of to follow along, you know, correspondence, polarity, understanding all of these traits within themselves to heal, process, discern, and actually manifest what they're seeking instead of what they have.
So for me, instead of just like, I think the big ticket is really, you know, something encompassing all 12 of these principles, not to just like slam someone with everything all at once.
And I've done webinars before where I'm like, these are the 12 things that you need to know before you can utilize this one portion of this entire concept and that kind of feels like a lot.
So the big ticket is everything all together. I'm big in like, alchemy terms, soul alchemy. So this is kind of where I want to go with that and applying all these principles.
I think if I dilute it and break it down, my free offer is most likely going to be something very similar to what I already do now with
webinars, just body, mind, spirit, manifestation stuff. three basic mental principles, or maybe even just breaking it down to one at first, and then going from there and extrapolating it.
But that's kind of where I want to go with this idea and this concept. I feel very comfortable with that, so that it's not too much altogether.
And I think for me, as someone who's already created courses in alignment with this, I can do this in a more tangible way where it's not like trying to conquer a mountain again all at once and put, you know, 10 hours worth of videos and content into a singular course, like making it a little more simplified.
@55:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Nice. Yeah, I definitely recommend starting with a simplification in the beginning. You might as well be making money on something that's easier to create that is now automated, you continue making the videos and all of sudden now you have just a new come coming in throughout the day and while you're sleeping.
And then as that's happening, then you can focus on something even bigger. And, you know, whenever you have upsells, whenever you let people like they buy something for maybe $47, if you have something that's 97 or 147 or even two, 47, like that, there's going to be a percent of people just like want to go up the entire pyramid that you have.
They just want to get off the game, want to get it all. So good to start with something, something a little smaller like mini course, group of meditations, something that's like a nice like $200 value that you can then discount to 47, that you would feel comfortable selling at that, you know.
So that's probably not going to be like a huge, huge, huge, huge course, but something that's like some solid information in there.
So really becoming solid with what that might be for you. And, you know, it's often what people are already asking.
You know, you're working with one on one client, like it sounds like you probably already have a pretty good idea of what that's going to be, or maybe you've already created it and you can just grab it, you know, like when I was deciding to create my offer, I already had the stuff, I just hadn't put it all together yet and packaged it up.
So you might already have it, you know, that's the best place to be. And then you probably have to go ahead.
@57:22 - KC Steinbeck
Oh, sorry, I was just saying, yeah, like I feel like I'm there and I know what I need to do, it's just like approaching it in a way where I have time to do it and I can get my time back so I can put even more out there.
@57:35 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, yeah. Yeah, it's an it's an interesting, it's an interesting place to be. And that just like I, it's easy to like not, you know, pull trigger and just go for it.
Took me a little bit of time, especially to create my free offer. was like, it's got to be perfect, it's got to be, you know, this or that.
And I've created multiple free offers that were all the same one, but I just like redid them. over time.
But yeah, I think whatever you create is going to be awesome. And so, and so, yeah, once you feel, once you feel ready, you know, without having to feel too ready, go ahead and go ahead and start.
Be cool if you started on this week.
@58:24 - elizabeth
Yeah, I just quick question, how do you measure success with these free offers and like the conversion rates and how do you measure that?
How do you determine what good is? Like, that's where I'm struggling. I'm just curious.
@58:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, I mean, if I wake up and I've made sales, if I have passive revenue coming in, I'm stoked.
know, if I make $1,000 a day in a consistent basis, I'm pretty stoked about that. Yeah, I don't look too much
into the conversion rates and all of that because something like that it requires so much data and also there's so many like little things that it's like you could A.B.
test you could focus on that like we're full-time job just to like tweak and try to fix all the conversion rates and everything but you know I found like if you create that free offer that really creates the desire you're good to go I can I can look into some my stats just to give to you guys just like a general potential baseline that would be helpful just because like I don't want to measure success based on the amount of dollars or just how many people what percentage of people go through I want to help like a thousand people I have it set up like by June I want to help a thousand people have their eco business going which sounds like a lot it's not too far off than what I was doing Q1 of last year like this time
@1:00:00 - elizabeth
Last year I was already on target for that. So I want to do it, but I want to do it sustainably So I'm not worried about doing it faster getting everybody all at once, but I don't know how else to measure Success.
I don't want to do corporate if that makes sense I don't want to I want to follow like I brought in numerology I've had to actually be doing my numerology by the way because I've never done it I had it analyze all of my cards I had it looked at my astrology for me and break it all down like I have special channels for all of these things to know When I should launch my freebie when I should launch my pay like what's the best one to do it with?
Because I truly just don't know when I figured well that's gonna be good But I want to know what success will look like so that way I can visualize it a little easier.
So that's what I'm curious on Thank you. Thanks Yeah, yeah, chat sheetie that the great psychic of our time Um, yeah, I've used it for all that as well.
It's it's it's remarkable.
@1:00:53 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It's interpreting dreams. name it. It's great Um and success, you know, it's it's really first. That's a personal thing It's really gonna be
like what feels good for you. For me, it was, it was the financial side of things because my whole life, I've struggled financially and I've never had money.
I've always, you know, previously just like sleeping on friends' couches and just barely, you know, having enough or living my parents' place for a while while I'm getting on my feet.
It's always been that, so for me success was really to be able to live in a place that I thought was really beautiful and to pay for all my own and to have money coming in and to do what I do and then I'm passionate about doing right now.
Like a lot of my goals are really financial based because the more I'm making, the more impact I'm making.
@1:01:37 - elizabeth
Yeah.
@1:01:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
So, and for me, it's just, it's a very easy number and there's also, you know, create a lifestyle for myself which requires a certain dollar amount to sustain.
So there's that goal as well to make sure that, you know, making enough and that's something to sustain that sort of lifestyle.
Hawaii ain't cheap.
@1:01:58 - johnmorgan
Like a dewy, Book, um, busted out of the money game. Yeah, yeah, yeah, which I find found interesting, um, and it's quite simple.
It's my book, even though I never read it. So, shows that on the same basis.
@1:02:20 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, busting, yeah, busting news from the money game. Um, terrible name, terrible cover of the book. You're like, what is that?
much like clip art they just put together. Um, and it looks like a business book, now it's like a, it's a deep, deep spiritual text.
And that same, um, I'm also right now I'm reading, um, uh, what is, what is this book called? It is, um, oh, existential kink.
If you guys have read that, it's a famous book, but it's, it's the same exact concept. Like underlining all of it, it's a different sort of theme, but the concept is exactly the same of busting news to the money game, which is essentially taking full responsibility for your life and recognizing that you are the creator of your reality.
And until we actually take responsibility for who we are and what's in our life, and we step outside of the victim mentality, we're not going to evolve, we're not going to move up that ladder.
But yeah, that book changed my life. That book, I was like deep debt when I read that book, I was like struggling.
And I, a friend recommended it, you know, then like all of a sudden, serendipitously a book comes into your life.
I read that like the Bible. I was like in it. And I was every single exercise that it had me do.
did it. And, and I talk about that a little bit in that reference video in the course. And that it literally changed my life.
And like one week, I made $10,000 busting loose from the money game. It's the name of it. Yeah. And then all that, then it gets super weird.
It's good. It gets great. And you haven't like put it all together energetically.
@1:04:03 - johnmorgan
You get 30 days free on ordered, I think, audible. it comes free. So you can see if you like it.
@1:04:12 - elizabeth
I definitely will check it out.
@1:04:13 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I love stuff like that. Yeah, and it, yeah, I don't know. Sometimes the audio books are available on Spotify.
doesn't necessarily look like this one is. But yeah, it's a great one as well. Casey, was there anything else you wanted to share?
@1:04:34 - KC Steinbeck
No, I think I'm OK for now.
@1:04:37 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Awesome. Cool. Awesome, my friends. Well, this is really fun to hear where you guys are at. Really, really awesome.
Love the energy, love the vibe. I love that you guys are all like you have these ideas. This is the perfect place to be.
So yeah, try to just really create the action to build what you need to build. And as the free.
