All right. Let's get started with a meditation. Let's draw for the present moment. So just close your eyes. Take a nice deep breath in.

Cut it out. Take another nice deep breath in and let it out. Now continue taking nice deep breaths in and out with every out breath.

Letting you Go of anything that is holding you back. Any old energies, perhaps on the outbreath, letting it out with a sigh.

There's any ways of being that have been holding you back from creating, allowing those to just melt away. Now imagine a beautiful star above you, glowing yellow and orange, absolutely stunning eye-catching, something very special about this star, and have the star slowly come.

down, closer and closer to you, until this beautiful light beaming star is right above you. You can almost feel it tickling the top of your head.

Now feeling the immense power of this star, almost feeling confident being in its presence, something majestic about it. With every in-breath you take, the light from this star enters your body, filling you with this divine confidence.

Now It's a beautiful light to just drop in through the crown of your head, into your mind, into your brain, healing any areas of not feeling good enough, not feeling ready, not feeling right, any lack of confidence, allowing that brightening things that start to burn anything away that's not serving you.

Any thought patterns that might even be from your childhood, allowing them just to burn off to be alchemized, giving your mind a sense of clarity and purpose, and feeling confidence in that clarity, that knowing, and with the knowing, opening up your third eye as well.

Cleansing your third eye, burning away anything that's blocking your third eye, that seat of intuition in your mind, that inner guidance compass, and allowing it to open and activate that third eye, even brighter, as if your third eye is shining now with this clarity and focus, attention on your future is knowing this, and with all of that, this confidence in your path.

Having this beautiful, bright, confident, powerful light continuing down from your head into your throat, clearing away anything that is no longer serving your voice, taking a nice deep breath into that light, worrying about what people think of you,

Burning that away, any timidity in your voice, burning that away, shining so much light on it that all the falsities of it are seen and cleared.

Now imagine yourself shouting on top of a roof, hiking to the top of a mountain, declaring what you desire in life, floating above space, looking at the earth, and absolutely declaring what you desire to do while your time is here on this planet, dropping back into your throat, clearing any negative entities, any negative energies, any speaks doubts, allowing all of that to melt away, so that your throat can speak.

Big truth can speak confidence and can speak honesty. When that honesty is vulnerable, you might feel a little bit wide open.

It could be little vulnerable knowing that vulnerability is your superpower. More vulnerable you are, the more you share authentically yourself, the more you're going to attract your tribe.

The people who are interested in what you have to offer. Not a false version of yourself, not what your parents want you to do, not what society thinks society wants of you.

You're not speaking for anyone, but yourself, your entry. That is what's going to be remarkably magnetic for your fans, for your followers, for your customers.

I feel almost an anger in your body, a groundedness with the ability to be able to speak confidently about what you know and what you're still learning.

It's okay to speak confidently. You have full permission to speak confidently. Even if that confidence is saying, I don't know, you can confidently say, I don't know.

That is what people want to hear. They want to hear your own inner confidence. And with that, they'll feel trust.

Now allowing this beautiful, bright, yellow, orange light to shine down from your throat, down down into your heart, clearing any doubts in your loving heart.

Any doubts that you might have about yourself, about how much you love yourself, if you love yourself, having any of those doubts just fully melt away.

And allowing your heart to shine into the rest of your body to deliver love, loving frequency to the rest of your cells.

Just visualizing your heart, beaming this beautiful, confident love outward. Beaming and beaming the outward from your heart, which goes into every part of your body, into your blood, the blood pours throughout your body, shines that confident light within each of the blood cells, into the blood cells, delivering confidence to all of the cells in your body, and within that all the atoms, everything that makes up the cells, everything that makes up your body, up into the lowest, the smallest frequency in your system, which is that pure loving existence, creating that loop pattern from your loving heart into the tiniest element that makes you up with your

which is pure loving energy knowing that you have an unlimited supply of love because that is all that it truly exists.

Now connecting that infinite love to the open throat that you have to be able to share the love that you have for your friends, for your family, for the internet, for your followers, for your videos, for everything that you share, whenever you share it, always with love, romantic love, tough love, intelligent love, all the forms, and shining that love back into your brain, maybe even saying, I love you, brain, thanks for thinking so much for me.

Now feeling these higher energy centers nice and clear, feeling the clarity and the confidence, imagine yourself sharing on social media, coming from this place, just that slight shift in your energy which can

make all the difference when it comes to virality and people seeing your videos and your medicine that you have to offer the world.

This is all you need. This is all you need but we're going to continue that light. Continue to shine down into the animal energy centers.

So we're going to go down to the solar plexus. Think of your stomach just shining this beautiful yellow orange healing powerful light into the energy center of power, into the energy center of confidence, that push for that divine masculine energy we all have within us.

The one that starts businesses that thinks of something and follows through. The one the energy of the lion embodied within that solar plexus set.

stomach, energy center, imagine it roaring with your goals, roaring with what your beliefs are, with your desire to share truth.

And now imagine yourself, maybe waking up tomorrow morning being like, I don't know if I really want to create today.

I think I just want to watch Netflix. What does that lion have to say to that? With the roar of that lion burning away any doubt, any laziness, holding you back from creating, accomplishing everything you desire to accomplish in a single day is possible for you.

And with the roar of that lion shining that bright, beautiful, powerful, confident, light outward, and every single energy center of your body.

feels that kind of gets in line because of that. It listens to that. It doesn't want to feel the wrath of that truth.

It knows that it's got to be in line. It's got to continue its truth. It's got to continue its intuition.

It's got to continue its love. Otherwise, the roar of that lion, that beautiful, powerful light energy center of confidence, power, truth within your stomach that always has that gut instinct of knowing what is right and wrong.

It can sense people the moment you meet them. Find that energy to fill every cell of your body. So every single cell of your body knows that you mean business.

You are ready to take on the world that you are ready to create a wildly successful business. so that you have money flowing every single day to you.

And tune into the inner knowing of that powerful, confident energy center. I can do it. I can do it.

Say that in your mind. If you feel any doubts come up, you know what to do. And now shining that beautiful yellow, orange, gorgeous, powerful light down into your sacral, powerful, sensual energy center of your body that deals with passion and creation.

The area that literally creates new life, that expression that chooses what you wear every day. You can play with your avatar.

can allow you to get a haircut and desire for you to look nice that wants for you to be magnetic, divine feminine energy, that beautiful magnetism that draws people to you through intrigue, through beauty, through an unknown something, I don't know what it is, there's just something about you, to you, can you imagine this creative magnetic energy center working with the powerful energy center, that divine union energy within you, and this creation energy center is where you're creating every single thing that you'll be creating.

Every video you create, every course you create, every website, every page, every email. Coming from that juicy, passionate energy center.

Tuning into the infinite possibilities of what creation can bring. From here and of your desires on how you want to create your life, what you want to do in your life, where you'd like to live, what you'd like to eat, how you'd like to design your mornings and your evenings.

All of this comes from your inner, imaginative, creative energy center. Shining this bright as you possibly can, shining that curve.

creative, magnetic, sensual, passionate energy center throughout your entire body, tuning into all of your organs, all the different parts of your body, bringing it up to your heart.

How does that feel? Bring it into your confidence, your truth, your voice. How would you share if you were sharing from a place of passion?

What does that feel like when you hear someone speaking from passion? Imagine Tony Robbins speaking on stage. You may like what he says.

You may not like what he says, but you are definitely going to be drawn to it. You're definitely going to pay attention to that stage.

One strong burst of creative energy throughout your entire system, tuning and taking a deep breath in. And with the exhale, allowing the

at light to slowly make your way down to the base of your spine. Deep orange, amber of a glow, with bright, white, yellow light shining off of that.

Resting in this energy for a moment. Now, feel nothing into your intuition. Clear intuition. any point, you can drop in meditation, you can ask yourself what you need.

You You All right, and we're back in it taking a nice deep deep deep deep breath in feeling the power of you you

And now starting from the top once more, connecting with that intuitive energy center, connecting with who you are on the deepest soul level, knowing that you do have access to that, dropping into your throat, how easy it is to be able to share who you are, what you desire, what you want people to know, your truths with the world, dropping into your heart, absolutely in love with life, in love with yourself, your life, people around you, your family, what you're creating, dropping down into this powerful energy center of keeping you in line, making sure that you do what you say you are going to do, dropping down to this passionate energy center, creative energy center, knowing exactly what you are meant to be doing, how you are meant to show up.

And with all of this, Feeling this new root chakra, safety, feeling like your entire being is taking care of you, so there is a safety there.

And with that money flows in, which takes care of your basic human needs, with that you are really taking care of yourself.

Like a mother takes care of a baby, and with this grounded feeling of being fully taken care of, allowing yourself to feel safe, safe in the present moment.

Safe in your body. Safe in the future that you are unfolding. into allowing the safe sensation to be the anchor that which keeps you grounded in and with your next in-breath you're going to breathe in as much air as you can allow the light inside of you to shine as bright as possible, take a nice deep breath in, let it out, let's do that two more times, take a nice deep breath and imagine that light growing and growing and growing within you, every energy center fully activated, continuing with another breath.

Now bringing your breath back to normal, feeling into your body, feeling into the present moment, feeling into your infinite potential.

And now in your mind saying, I not only know I can do this, but I am going to do this.

I not only know that I can do this, but I am going to do this. you will rise, and that's how only fall into the present moment.

can feeling your feel will will will feel a life. energy in, to create the best of your ability, the best of your energy, to build something fantastic, that not only changes the lives of those around you, but also changes your own life.

Now I'm just placing one hand on your heart, I'm feeling into all the love that you've given yourself, knowing that you are here for yourself, you can count on yourself.

Perhaps giving yourself your own personal message if you'd like to do that. Letting go and slowly coming back to this present moment, slowly opening your eyes, coming coming into the here and now.

Right in the middle of that meditation. All my power went out. So I actually was kicked off the zoom call So I gave you guys a little a little break to be in the energy and There's a pretty magnificent storm here in Kauai That was very much me Couldn't tell at all.

That's great didn't even notice I left storms Yeah booted off I did my internet went out so I had to connect to my Phone and then come back on the zoom call, but I love that you didn't notice.

That's great You put that in your library because I was good I needed that Yeah I'm one of those people that meditate that needs to be told what to do like a camp I can't just sit and do it because my mind will wander every which direction.

I do want to do some check ins to see where you guys are at. Also, I want to chat and have Carolyn kind of speak about some of the names name ideas and we can we can talk about that brainstorm a little bit.

And also, this is we're about halfway through, a little over halfway through bright creators. very shortly, we're going to be getting into more of the social media.

Awesome. So yeah, we'll be getting to social media pretty soon. So it's going to be we're going to focus on creation and creation in terms of video creation, content creation, becoming a content creator, which is going to be

a lot of fun. During that time, you can also continue building, but you know that will be kind of shifting a lot of energy into that.

so if you do have something finished, like a funnel, if you have your funnel finished, it just makes the social media aspects so much more fun, because then you have the opportunity to be able to make money with your social media to be able to make some passive revenue with that.

So you can kind of allow that the excitement of that, making money with social media, being this driving force to try to get as much you can done so that our next month, we can just focus on building, creating, looking at the metrics, seeing what's working, seeing what's not tweaking anything that needs to tweaked.

And if you do, you'll have a little bit of time while we're together to adjust the funnel accordingly. I had lots of insights, so I was writing and all that.

want nice questions. Must have been in your existence of events. I love your latest TikTok, saw yesterday, nice, I've gone back and forth so much and what I should create for the class, certain I'll have the answer, but then it just seems to shift.

hear that. I've created three different ones, yeah, totally hear that, it's, you know, I spent a lot of time thinking about what to create and it took me a bit of time to finally like nail it down like, what exactly is it?

But for me, it's always been the most obvious one. It's always, I'm always like trying to over complicate things, that's always what everyone always wants.

It's like the most simple one, it's the easiest one to talk about, it's, it's you, it's always simplest one.

Always the simplest one.

That is so funny that you say that because I have a topic that I, and we don't have to want to get to her topics for sure, I had a topic

like I keep I bring up very seldomly just because it slams every single time I get damn near viral videos every single time and I get an influx of people every single time but it just takes so much energy and it's so overwhelming and I don't know how to capture that much less than a master class or even anything afterwards so but I would love to be able to and we don't have to be able to say when you say it takes up so much energy and it's overwhelming what about it is that oh it's it's uh how do I explain it um plant guilds so like putting plants together that mimic the forest in a roundabout way it's not like companion planting where you put like your basil with your tomatoes it's a little bit different and what you do there's different methodologies that you use to combine the plants together you look at microclimates you look at the birds and what pest do they eat you look at the insects you look at the soil the pH like it's a whole picture

but I simplify the teachings and I'm like here's one method that you can use and here's a second one and every single time I have this oak tree I have this plant tree I have this what about Arizona can I do this here and I'm like and I just get bombarded which is good it's a good problem to have but I don't know how to balance and response and before I would just respond I'm like yeah here's what I would do here's how I would do it but that was so much and it's so draining so I'm trying to fight against it and I don't know how to like I could talk about permaculture all day I could talk about planting strategies I could teach you how to design just about anything but I want to make it so it's holistic you know what I mean so it's so it's then at the same time I get people that are like I want to have your business how do I set it up and I'm like that's not an easy answer so I don't know how to do that yeah a lot of that at least the energy like when there's an energy exchange a lot of social media if you're responding to the

comments that's just good for your brand, it's good for the algorithm. But when it comes to like having a good energy exchange, like being able to respond, like, what about this?

What about that? Sounds like something that would probably be good for a membership, where you have people they're paying you on a monthly basis, and you're able to like answer their questions, and for you, it feels juicy because you're getting paid to do it.

And that feels good. And then with the funnel in terms of like what your free master class is to whatever your paid offer is, they should in some way build upon each other.

So giveaway for free is just setting people up to purchase.

100%. I mean, I can fully relate. While we were doing our meditation, I had two orders that came in, just passive revenue.

so that's like the magic of setting it up and of getting free master class, which is essentially your advertisement for whatever you have to offer.

And there was an interesting AB test that was done by ClickFunnels where they had an offer. It was like a nice course style thing.

And it was $97. just froze for me. should make sure everything's good for you guys. It was $97 and it was also $47.

So they're AB testing at two different prices. And they were curious if, know, if they raise the price, like, double essentially, are they going to be making more money?

And they Tested it they had thousands of people come to the funnel and what they found is they made a lot more money from the forty seven dollar offer It was like three people To the one person would buy from three people to forty seven would buy to every one person for the ninety seven It's like even though it was more money people still bought the one bought a lot more Just something to think about as you guys do create this And really using your own intuition because every audience is different and some people are willing to spend more for things But forty sevens are really good low ticket price offer.

I've found I've tried all different ones Thirty seven twenty seven those sell really well, but it's just you got to sell so many of them Forty seven to me.

love it because it's like 50 bucks and every time I get 50 bucks and like Nice like that. That's that's great.

That feels good And I'm like out out to dinner $50 because I'm like cool Food is paid for so and it accumulates pretty quickly and two of them with like a hundred bucks or

Hey, hey, hey. Okay. Is that working the other day? Um, let's see. I, let's just say where I am right now is I spent all day today.

I was like, I'm going to record my masterclass and it's going to be done by the end of today.

That's not how it happened. But I did spend my whole day like creating and there's just been so much flowing in for it.

And so, So that's been really good. So I think the interesting part for me is that I took the printed out version of the master class, and I did that first with Canva.

And then it felt like it was just too much and not simple enough. And so then I went back, and now I'm watching each of Michael's master classes.

it's like simplifying it so much for me. So I'm like, I'm rewriting the scripts and the slides. So it can be really simple, really straightforward.

It really helps me to just have that full model, just watch that and be like, it just gives me better ideas, ways to make it super clear and super simple.

So I'm in that process. And as you guys saw, was going through like, oh my god. I just wanted to, because part of it is that I'm deciding to use my course that I already have, which is awakening abundance.

I kind of rearranged the whole thing in the drive parts so they can be like really sweet like four day experience for women to just like yeah have an awesome experience in those four days and they can do them like consecutively or you know whatever but within that like I was trying to like streamline like okay my videos that do really well are about claiming their power like their power their feminine power their spiritual power around money holistic money like healing the relationship with money for women is like you know so much more of a process than just like yeah just like making more money or making money work for them so there was like and then I had this like download coming about money as medicine because of my shamanic background and it was like oh like money has been my medicine like it's actually what healed me the money came and it was my teacher it was my ally so for me like that was really meaningful but I also just wanted to be really clear and like in a super clear to of

making So I fun to get John and Casey's feedback on that. And right now, I'm liking, for some reason I'm really liking sleigh away scarcity, which brings them into the awakening abundance blueprints, like in the master class.

So it's basically like, it's called sleigh away scarcity, but it takes them through my journey of like, has in such a scarcity mindset with my husband, because I was like absorbing all of this stuff around, even though we had so much money.

I was in like, scarcity mindset, and then bringing them into like, what my life was like then, and then what it was like after.

I sleigh this scarcity, and I continued to show up in this like, beautiful relationship with money versus avoiding it, or thinking it was bad and evil.

And like, those four steps are the same four steps they go through in awakening abundance. But obviously, I don't tell them how, just telling them the four steps, why they work, and then inviting them into awakening abundance.

So that's where I am right now. I mean, excellent, excellent, love it.

Yeah. And, you know, tuning into the, the name of it is, it's going to add an element of intrigue for sure.

I like this, the sleigh. It's fine. I like your, your energy around it and like, you know, that's, it sounds fun.

The energy feels good. Um, what, what I would, you know, you can just chew. You, you choose whatever feels good for you.

One thing that also works really well is testing out ideas with your, with your social media. Hey, I'm working on these three classes, uh, yeah, four classes.

Which one, which one interests you the most? And then you can just put them all as like a poll on Instagram and then they can vote for which one they are most interested in.

You can send it out to your email list and be like, Hey guys, I'm, I'm thinking about these, these different clas, you know, true, almost like as if they are.

different classes, but they don't know that. And then just reply to this email, let me know which one is most exciting to you, or you can link them to a poll that you do online free poll.

So I would probably tune into your audience and just see if they're all like 33% all basically the same or ones like 5% more, and you can just choose everyone feels good for you.

But if ones like 90% of people are all stoked on that one, then like definitely choose that one. And then you could use the titles of the other one as you can throw in as like branding for the master class.

So yeah, that's what I'd probably recommend unless you feel super strong about something.

Yeah, I guess I will try that for sure, or I will do that. mean, I've done it in the past and see what I get from that.

I'm curious since you're kind of an expert, which you're. or vibe is. I like many it's medicine because it's a little more mysterious and I feel like people that have been seeing all this stuff all the time like scarcity abundance all those things like it gets a little diluted those words.

So money is medicine is a little bit more about like intrigue like oh money is medicine like I've never thought about that before.

And it's wondering or if you had any feelings on any of the titles.

Yeah, honestly, I think they'd all do great. The blueprint one, you could then focus on like, and it's a tangible, like I'm going to give you the blueprint, and there's definitely something like, almost feels like I'm receiving a physical tangible item, which feels valuable, but the sleighaway one, that one almost feels like it's like, like I could see some higher ticket coaches, like it just feels like a, it feels like a potent powerful one that a lot of coaches might might use in a good way, like it just feels like, oh, cool.

Yeah, it's that one. She always talks about that in her social media. And just hearing you talk about it, like, this is something that at the end of all of your videos, you're going to be, and if you want to learn more about how you can clear, you know, open up your channels for abundance, you got my free sleigh, you know, say it again, sleigh away or...

Hi, I took on your ideas and changed my master class. So that's been changed and been uploaded. I used iMovie instead of Canva.

I don't know why, but I just found it a bit easier to use it if you've got an Apple Mag.

So that's been completed. and then I'm looking into creating sort of different videos for different days and so I've got one which talking about what the benefits of using the Trinity of Success, how do people use the Trinity of Success and their intuition like famous people and so I've been looking at all at least 50 different famous people and what I found out recently was that I was using PowerPoint as a presentation but they've introduced AI so if you put their name and then say have they used intuition or gut instinct for their success it creates an entire presentation for you which you can then modify and then it gives you a voiceover

so that you can recall. So I've spent the last few days doing yeah about 20 presentations so far which I'll do voiceovers and tweak it to my own way but it's really interesting because it sort of gives you evidence that everyone does it and if you want to be successful and copy them then actually just go with your gut which I find fascinating.

So that's where I am at the moment and then I was also one of the days I'm going to be talking about my book and selling my book and I was just thinking well everyone sells that book but what I'm going to do is not only sell the book but also you get an hours worth my time throwing it for half price so it's going to be 200 pounds worth but what I liked about it was that when you read a book you're going to have questions so it's always nice to

go, oh, well, I've read the book and now I get to speak to the author about what they meant.

So that's my new angle on it. So yeah, I'm pretty excited. But there's what I liked about your meditation today was there's still a doubt that I put all these videos out and nobody goes to my masterclass and buys it and everything I've been doing for the last year and a bit.

It's like, I want to give out this information to the world and nobody's interested. But I suppose we will go through these doubts.

Yep, definitely. Yeah, yeah. The doubts are definitely something that always, always creeps up them. I always think like, for whatever reason, like, oh, no one's going to get this or like, I've already talked to all the people that are interested in.

point, you know, but yeah, you just got to push to this, just got to push to those and make it happen, and the results are quite that voice very quickly.

I love your video ideas as well, to create those videos. could create a bunch of different content ideas based on all those different ideas on how famous people use intuition and things like that.

Well, I did want to create enough videos like 100 videos and then sort of automated, and I've looked at two different automations, but there's quite different.

Some have limited social media, but others are quite expensive, and I used one today, I can't remember what it was called, but it kept on saying the video needs to be changed and it just seemed a bit more hassle than I was just wondering if anyone's got a viewpoint of

I use one called one up one up app.io. And if you do want to create like a series of like 100 videos that recycle, and you can put you can create like an Instagram account and just have like a recycled one that that continuously uploads the same videos.

That's great. haven't that one does. And I use that for my test Instagram account. Just just like when I was testing out the dream business blueprint.

And it's just like it's done it's done absolutely remarkably. So I had my main account. My main account had 60,000 followers.

I started this one, you know, a few months ago. And now this one just hit 80,000 followers this week.

So in the last week or 10 days so now. I'm like, wait a minute, now my like test account has more has 20,000 more followers in my main account.

But really, it's a really, really, like, I basically, I don't I don't really do anything on this. On my secondary account, which is Michael Dautla 444.

It just, it takes about 200 videos and then every 120 days, it starts over again. And that's just based on the math of how many videos I have and I want to post like three videos a day.

it just goes through them. So good thing to do, but also I would I would probably like practice lot of videos, like practice putting it out there and like seeing what works like getting your groove and finding like how do people want to hear me talk?

What's the energy people want? What do they like hearing me talk about? So you can start like creating videos on that.

Rather than just creating like 100 videos and then putting them out there as you learn so much with with every video.

So I'd probably put in the work in the beginning, just like testing and seeing what the algorithm likes most.

I would say I'm creating again, because I know energetically I was just going for things that I thought was right.

But every single time I pulled back, every single time I was doing a test, this is what I showed, just to share.

I wanted to see how things would land. So I launched, I did a bunch of different videos, all on different topics, to see how this would resonate.

I did it across all of the platforms, and then I took them down just to see. And then I launched them again, just to test it.

And consistently, the Permaculture garden design, like if you're going to build a food forest, every single time, just slammed.

And so that's what I'm doing. I'm gonna go ahead and do the thing with us when I was writing in my book.

So I think what I'm going to do is Redo the mini workshop that I've got where it has garden planning and it has a couple topics in it But I'm going to shift it just a little and make it more actionable So that way you're completing the thing along with me and then once you have this plan You know what you want You know how you want to go get it But you don't know how to actually implement it and that's gonna call you to go ahead and buy the next Which I'm going to try to do a different library structure just so that way it is more succinct It is less of a loss.

That makes sense. It's not the right way to frame it, but it's worth their value that makes sense and Leave the subscription thing over because I have a patreon that I have a free tier on that a lot of gardeners and farmers I've been communicating because of everything that's going on and And there's a lot of like base knowledge that you can get

a lot of places like my stuff isn't your typical gardening at all. And so I've had a what's called it's a seven days to gardening and it's 100 percent but then the next seven days you will have all of your seedlings going and started and you will have a garden ready to go and you'll know exactly where you need to put them outside just within seven days and so people are like hey can you put this on Patreon can you make it free people really need to learn how to grow food in fast and quickly and how can you do this inside and so I've been making a lot of that free and open just because I know there are a lot of food and secure customers and people that are here that could benefit from it and I don't feel right charging for that.

So all the stuff that I originally had for my library I'm just pumping out one by one all free and so I'm gonna have to do a new library.

I'll say yeah yeah love it. It's back to creating but I feel like that's better it's harder. For sure just because I don't know how to balance it because I can go super deep into it, but I'm really scared I'm really scared.

I'm just gonna get that energy sucked out of me and I'm gonna get burned out again It was bad.

So I'm just really hesitant on that. So that's where that hesitation energy is coming in I'm trying not to let it but that's where it's at.

That's why today when you did that meditation and you're like Whatever's holding you back.

Yeah. So now that we are about halfway through great creators, now is the time, now is the time to evoke that divine masculine energy within that is like, all right, what do I need to do?

What do I need to create? How do I need to show up every morning? How do I, how can I be in good energy, like start to develop good energy practices, meditate in the morning, eat healthy breakfasts?

Because what I have found is that the slightest energy shift goes from making $1,000 a day to $100 or nothing.

So just like making sure that you're in good energy is so important and making sure you're getting done what you say you're gonna get done, set some goals for yourself and make it happen.

like how you will line your garden to the rhythm of your ecosystem quite literally as a clock. And when you do that, it really does maximize your growth.

it's like night and day, pun not intended, but it is like night and day to how well your plants do.

It's, I don't know how to describe it. So I have photos and I literally have photos all throughout the season to show just how much pollination and just how much growth that you get.

Like most people don't know that sage, like your common sage actually grows flowers and that's how it produces seed, but it doesn't grow flowers until like year three.
