- She has named her business “Final Journey” and plans to offer personalized coaching services to help people plan their end-of-life care, including creating a written “final journey” for each client to refer to when making decisions. She’s excited about the potential of her business but is still navigating some technical hurdles.
Discussion of Masterclass and Funnel Creation
- Michael shared updates on the funnel creation process, walking through how to set up an opt-in page and a masterclass page for selling offers. He emphasized the importance of creating urgency and value on sales pages to motivate purchases.
- James asked about pricing strategy, and Michael shared his insights on offering low-ticket items (under $100) and the benefits of a $47 price point. He also discussed using testimonials and social proof to build trust and encourage sales.
Conclusion and Next Steps
- Michael reminded everyone that they have two more meetings before the end of the program and encouraged participants to focus on finalizing their offers and making progress on their projects.
- There was some discussion about using Google Forms for surveys and contracts, with participants sharing their experiences of creating simple forms for clients to sign agreements and questionnaires.

@0:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
This meeting is being recorded. Welcome, welcome. Message. Message. Steph and I are sick with the flu, but we'll be listening.
not available to talk. Thank you. Welcome to the rain, James, season, good to see you guys. Looks like Wayne and Stephanie have the flu, so I think they will be joining, but just not speaking.
@1:23 - Lorraine
That was such a cool picture that came up with you and your wife in like some water scene or something.
I just popped up out of what's Instagram or TikTok, that's so beautiful.
@1:36 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Oh yeah, that was a video is that, that was a video I posted recently. Yeah, that was us in Kauai.
That was, it's a place called Makaleeha and we go and fill our water up there every week. Oh wow, nice.
Yeah, so the fresh spring that comes out of the mountain with just like the most pristine water you've ever tasted.
It's like maybe like a quarter mile hike, so it's not too much, but when you're carrying one of those giant five-gallon jugs of water.
@2:08 - Lorraine
I would get a wagon if you could, I don't know you can navigate the terrain.
@2:12 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
The terrain is too wild for that because like rocks and stuff, but what I did is I got one of those backpacks that people use in the army with like the huge backpacks, and I just put the five-gallon jug in that and put it in my back and it's much more doable that way.
@2:26 - Lorraine
I just tried on your head like those people.
@2:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I tried on my shoulder. Yeah, wherever I live, I always try to get a nice kind of mountain spring water.
@2:39 - Lorraine
Yeah, I'm lucky here there's somewhat of an artesian well about 30 miles away, delivers water once a week.
@2:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Oh, wow, that's awesome. Yeah. Oh, it's great.
@2:51 - Lorraine
Love that. I can't really like that.
@2:54 - James Guiry
Sparkless delivers my, sparkless delivers my water. in the desert, so I wish I could hike and get Where's that mountain now?
do you get the water at?
@3:02 - Lorraine
What's it called?
@3:04 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
In Kauai?
@3:05 - James Guiry
Yeah.
@3:06 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It's Makalea.
@3:08 - James Guiry
Makalea, that sounds pretty cool. Makalea, okay.
@3:11 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Beautiful place. Also, once you get the water, you can jump in the, jump in the river and cool down a little bit.
@3:18 - James Guiry
Awesome.
@3:22 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, when I was living in Austin, I had Mountain Valley Springwater delivered.
@3:26 - Lorraine
Oh, yeah.
@3:28 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Now, that's pretty good. They delivered in glass jars, which is really nice.
@3:33 - James Guiry
That looks like a great place, man. Kauai, I have a client that lives there. So, are you like, is it the rainiest place in the world, right?
@3:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It is, one of the mountains here is one of the most rainy places on Earth.
@3:49 - James Guiry
Wow.
@3:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, so very lush. Really beautiful. Right now, I'm in Cabo, though, so I'm not in current.
@4:01 - James Guiry
Cool.
@4:02 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Celebrate in our friends' birthday.
@4:09 - Alli Bee Yoga
I feel like you're just hopping around all over the place.
@4:13 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I know lately, it feels like each time we have these meetings, I'm somewhere like L.A. or I've been gobo.
@4:20 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah.
@4:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
After this. After this, hopefully. We'll chill just a little bit. I love traveling and it's nice to be able to do my work wherever we go.
But I also like to just ground in. I'm kind of a homebody. just want to stay home and not do anything.
@4:45 - Alli Bee Yoga
I know that feeling.
@4:54 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
All right. So hopefully my internet stays good. It's been pretty good. Every now and then the internet at the hotel just like goes out.
I don't know why, but it has been good lately. hopefully it's good for this call. All right, so this would be short call, just an hour long, maybe little bit over.
Stephanie and Nguyen, good to have you guys here. I know you guys have the flu, feel free to just listen in.
You can have your video on or off. But send you guys so much healing love. Yeah, hope you guys feel well.
The other, when I was in LA for the last trip, my wife got the flu the day after her grandfather's birthday.
so we ended up having to extend our stay a little bit. I was sleeping right next to her and I never got it.
I was like, huh, that's really interesting. She was fully sick with the flu and I was sleeping next year and never got it.
But I also slept as long as I possibly could.
@5:56 - Lorraine
I'm in systems in good shape.
@5:58 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I guess so.
@5:59 - Lorraine
guess I'm doing something right.
@6:02 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I think limiting stress is it also welcome bright creators great to have you here on this call our third to final call.
So we have this call and then two more after this one. So I'm just going to quickly go over some of the latest content that we have.
Actually, first let's do check ins and then I'll go over some of the content that's dropped. I'll show you guys what what's new and what you guys can do.
So just kind of curious how you guys are doing. Feel free to share anything that is happening with you, business, any questions, et cetera.
Wayne and Stephanie, you can just type in the chat if you'd like. So let's start with Lorraine since she was first on the call.
@6:54 - Lorraine
Well, I got, I made some progress. I got a little bit bold and. actually posted something about the heart card, just a little introductory thing, and then I did one other short video on a straw brush, whatever.
And the other thing is, I need to look back and see which ring light you got to do with your phone because I had something else was here and I got the phone on it finally, but I couldn't get the light to work, I don't anyway, I'm still working out logistics, but that felt good, like not past a hold of thing, you know.
So for me, I mean, that's baby, that's way back in the beginning, but anyhow, I was feeling good about doing that.
@7:42 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I'm singing like a fresh new energy with you, all these bold moves.
@7:46 - Lorraine
I know, it's been, you know, I've been a little bit intermittent with like feeling tired and having the energy and now I'm feeling more energy, so hopefully I'll keep going and then I need to sign up for good job because I think you
ACTION ITEM: Create 7 TikTok videos about heart cards, guide viewers to Instagram bio link for purchase - WATCH
Ted, there's going to be a way to sell the hard cards on that, too. I don't know anyway. So that's where I am.
Awesome. Yeah. I'm going take a course one of these days or something.
@8:12 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah. Yeah. right now just creating videos that guide people to the link in your bio to get your heart cards would be a phenomenal first step.
Since you already have the product, you already have way for people to purchase it, you might as well start creating content that just talks about the cards, shares a daily card and consistently bringing people in.
And yeah, I would say like do that for like a week, a video, just about the hard cards, guide people, make sure there's a call to action at the end to tap your Instagram.
And then there's a link on your Instagram. And yeah, and just kind of see how that flows.
@8:50 - Lorraine
So what do I say on the video? Go to Instagram or just go to my bio or profile.
@8:55 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah. So when you're recording a TikTok video, you can guide people, say just go to my.
@9:00 - Lorraine
Instagram and you'll find a link to purchase them. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. That's me.
@9:10 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Thank you. All right. Mr. James.
@9:19 - James Guiry
Cool. Yeah, where am I at? Um, so since our last talk, I think today, today was a good day to really get clear and I basically wrote a lot out.
ACTION ITEM: Complete 4 modules of instant past life regression program, including meditation, protector/healer connection, past life access - WATCH
I outlined it. think I sent you that outline, but then I've dived deep into it. So now it is, I've gotten past the meditation part.
So now it's the modules of like, so I'm doing this, you know, creating a safe place, connecting with a protector, healer, going into a past life.
So I'm really developing like the foundation of the program. So it becomes that, that instant past life, but it's really like a lot, like a lot of stuff where you build.
your abilities up to get to that moment. So, you know, the hook is kind of getting someone in and of like, hey, it's instant.
But then it's like, oh, wow, there's all this value. And someone could jump directly to it. If not, there's a lot of meat there.
So, and I'm like, I'm, you know, I gotta say, chat GPT is on point. I'm telling you, if you learned to like work with it and like, oh, know, learn my writing style and, you know, take my meditations and start to basically be my editor.
It's doing really well. know, you can't just, it's not gonna create stuff for you on like, if you don't have any ideas, but if you have like, say 70% of the foundation, wow, it's really cool.
So definitely using AI and keeping up with the AI technology. It's great. So I'm pretty amazed compared to how it was like today versus like three months ago.
I think this is awesome. So yeah, so that's where I'm at today and I feel great. I have created four modules in the last probably three hours, four hours, it would have taken me a week, maybe two weeks to do if I was doing this on my own without chat GPT.
So definitely, definitely really cool. But the thing is going through it and editing it, right? going through it and then like, you can't just, you can't just use this rough draft, right?
Go in there again, I'm going to use this, but I'm like, oh, is better than I might have done.
I'm like, okay, this is cool. So it's really cool. So that's where I'm at today. thanks for kind of motivating me also.
think like showing up for these, you know, these calls are really important to like have accountability. I think accountability with anything, it's like you paid for the course, sign up, show up, do the work, and you know, take a little bit longer than I thought, but I think it's making progress.
So I feel pretty good about it today. And thanks for a little nudge.
@11:55 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
know, the other day, I was like, Oh, yeah, I got to get at it.
@11:57 - James Guiry
So cool.
@11:59 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
That's right. son. Excellent, James. Yeah, really, really great to hear where you're at. And yeah, you know, it is that process of creating things.
was like, what am I creating? How can I create it with the best way to create it? Way to use that resource from chat GPT.
I love how you were saying how like the hook of bringing people in is that instant thing. But once they're in, then you give them like, okay, well, to get to the instant, here's how you this, you learn this, you practice this.
I think that's really cool for creating a solid foundation. just hearing you talk about what you're creating, I feel there's like excitement within me.
And once you have your funnel up, once it's all up and ready to go, if you start sharing about it, I think, yeah, it just feels, it feels really good.
It feels really good. So I'm excited for it. I'm personally, I can't wait to do it. think it'll lot of cool.
@12:54 - James Guiry
No, I think you'll like it. That's kind of creating for like the people that are interested, but haven't. Maybe gone through certain it's just different, right?
It's it's all the stuff. I'm doing it Just I'm now I'm I'm putting it into something that someone else can do on their own.
So Which is pretty cool, right? like you're you're like it's like if you're whatever you're doing least you're you be comfortable with it You know like kind of know what you're doing when you're doing it.
So I feel like it's flowing I don't want to get that toxic perfectionism at the same time, right? It's like I you know get get that MVP out but And then up it over time, right?
@13:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I guess that's how you have to look at it, right? So exactly. Yeah, it's never gonna be perfect. It's perfect.
always changing based on your preferences for each day But yeah, just creating it. That's it and then for the free masterclass like that's what's really gonna bring people in And yeah, starting to think about like what what could that be?
and Since you're a past life hypnotherapist that you're gonna have so much content to be able to share and that just Proving past lives exists
talked about some things that have happened, how this whole instant hypnosis came about, sharing about some of the benefits of it.
Yeah, basically everything that's in that template for the master class, and then to promote that free one is going to bring people in.
That's going to be the key.
@14:18 - James Guiry
Yeah, I think the next step is I've been doing this and now I know I need to dive into the funnels in the Kanjabi part, but I think I don't want to jump ahead to that yet until it's like I've I've built it up and it's like okay now I'm going to that stage.
So probably when we're done with this course I'll be diving into some of that stuff as well. So yeah, cool.
@14:41 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It's all in. Yeah, love it.
@14:45 - Lorraine
Is that the $20 a month GB to your three?
@14:49 - James Guiry
Yeah, it's 20 bucks a month. It's it's really good. I recommend it for sure. There's other ones out there like co-pilot.
think I think it uses chat GPT, but I haven't had any reason to. Go somewhere else, you know, and it's getting better, you know, there's a four.
There's a newer version where it gives you like, even deeper stuff. mean, you could do coding. Yeah, it's just think of it as like the smartest person in the room and it'll work for you for sure.
If you're not using it somewhat like it's other people are. That's how I look at it. like you kind of want to keep up with the technology and stuff.
So yeah.
@15:32 - Alli Bee Yoga
I just use the free one and just did a little research that make me an outline for a retreat design course that I could sell online.
And it like came up with actually a really great little course outline. So of course, I'll kind of like make it my own, but I had a handwritten one.
just wanted one online. So I created it really quick before this class. So it's very quick, very easy. I um, my updates though, I personally have been so busy that I haven't made the courses.
I have this like nifty speaker, but I just tried to like listen in for this call and I couldn't hear you with it plugged in.
So I'm not really sure what's going on, I have, I the goal is to with my actual job is to just get a couple sales in so I can focus a little bit of me time because right now it's like all work and make my sales for the month and then I can relax and do my play job.
So I have not done the courses that you built online either so I feel like I need to do that before I start to actually like make the course.
So it's nice to have like all of this for when I'm actually ready. I didn't realize I was going to be making a course like
the second and life is kind of like, but it's good to have. And I'm excited. I've got the courage so far to actually take those steps to make it more professional.
So.
ACTION ITEM: Create low-ticket offer on raising vibration, including quick techniques for immediate implementation - WATCH
@17:14 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Excellent. Awesome. Yeah. so you can start with the core. So there's multiple places to start where I guide people in the program is to create a low ticket offer because it's just the easiest way to dive into it.
It's just like four videos, you know, super quick. You could start with a full course. You can even start with just like one on one, like a one on one session with you to be like the guide.
If you need, if you need me to like help you with your retreat, you know, I'm there. So you could use the masterclass to essentially sell anything.
@17:55 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah. I think what, what's happening is I'm like overwhelmed. myself because I'm thinking about this, you know, well 15 video course when I should just like start smaller and just with something else that's like super quick and easy, that will maybe lead into something bigger, like what's overwhelming me right now.
So I think I just need to like get started. But I really, like I haven't been motivated to post online.
I haven't really wanted to be online with like everything that's happening and there's a lot of like drama on TikTok that is like really easy to get sucked into so I'm like social media is giving me anxiety so I've been a little off the grid unless I'm promoting my retreat.
@18:54 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, yeah it's super easy to get sucked into social media. Everyone I know it's a practice where they just have to quickly go over to their own page so they're not looking at any feeds because, yeah, there's lot happening in the world.
a lot of energy out there and a lot of just entertaining things pop up. So, yeah, I keep new energy clean, very important.
@19:20 - Alli Bee Yoga
If anything, I've been inspired to post positive things, be careful what you absorb, like the world needs a higher vibration from all of us right now and so I'm just kind of also trying to like post without selling anything.
Yeah, good content.
@19:42 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
That's beautiful.
@19:44 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah.
@19:46 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Love it, yeah. And for the offer that you choose to create, whether it's like full, multi-video offer.
@19:55 - Alli Bee Yoga
Maybe you should be on how to raise your vibration, like things you can just do really quickly.
@19:59 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, I mean. You could create something like that. You could create something that your audience would dig. I think for you, having a evergreen mini course that you can guide people towards would be really nice to have.
Because then whenever you're talking about this stuff, you can always just mention, oh, by the way, I have this free class you can take.
Yeah. Free class on the Raisin by Migration. You share all about it. And then at the end of that master class, they then can purchase that super discounted mini course.
@20:32 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah. They're just two separate things. They're raising their vibration and then retreat design. But I guess you need to raise your vibration in order to have the confidence to sell a retreat.
@20:44 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
And it's OK to do separate things. Like I talk about paths to lives. I've to talk about starting a business.
@20:51 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah. I guess it could also be yoga too. I'm just limiting myself for some reason.
@20:56 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Like I'm not one thing. Yeah. You're not one thing. No one's one thing. Everyone's a multi-dimensional being. And I see a lot of movie stars who become singers and business owners.
@21:08 - Alli Bee Yoga
Makeup owners.
@21:10 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Exactly. Yeah. yeah, your possibilities are basically whatever you're excited about.
@21:20 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah, whatever gives me energy.
@21:22 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Exactly.
@21:25 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah. Yeah. That and I feel like also the things that I repeat on the daily. Like when I have my discovery calls, it's basically I'm going to share all this information in theirs.
I could just be like, you can watch this.
@21:41 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah. Having some resources and the resource models that guide them to where you want people to go.
@21:47 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah.
@21:50 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah. I love the idea of like a raise your vibration thing. I think your audience would do that.
@21:55 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah. I think it's really important right now. You can shift the outcome of the world. we can just keep ourselves in a higher state of consciousness.
@22:05 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, and there's this fun areas there too of like, because there's so many practices to raise one's vibration. Yeah, whether it's a morning practice, an evening ritual, a yoga or breathwork or whatever, there's so many ways to just cleanse the energy.
@22:20 - Alli Bee Yoga
Like even teaching how to properly sage your house.
@22:26 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, exactly. Like you just have a bunch of videos, like they're like the Swiss army knife of cleaning your energy and having a good vibration.
@22:35 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah, I like that. I like that a lot. I feel like I could like go in a lot of different directions with that.
Okay, cool. Yeah. Oh, my dinner is burning. I'm gonna go grab it out of that, but I smell it.
ACTION ITEM: Complete Phase 2 module of Bright Creators course, finalize low-ticket offer details - WATCH
ACTION ITEM: Complete Phase 2 module of Bright Creators course, finalize low-ticket offer details - WATCH
@22:57 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
All right, so when and Stephanie said, we set up the structure of our Kajabi course. We are almost done with the Phase 2 module of the Bright Creators course.
Create a link tree and a YouTube created this image for our course. Also figured out what we're doing for our low ticket offer as well as our free master class.
Awesome. Still haven't quite figured out what our high ticket offers will be and haven't posted as consistently this week, but things like instill competition and other things.
We're happy with our progress. Totally hear that. Totally hear that. Let me download this image that you sent. Cool.
@23:45 - Stephanie Banner
We added the mushrooms later. They had like little, you know, it was like a forest foliage and I asked Chate Chippity, add some cute little mushrooms in that foliage for me.
To include the mushrooms. Yeah, that's beautiful.
@24:04 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I like the mushrooms. I'd like almost like a fairy tale kind of like unique kind of view. love this.
Yeah, very beautiful divine union graphic here. And that's a great thing with JAT GPT, where it can create a graphic for you and then you can have a follow-up and say, oh, can you add this?
Can you add that or change this? And usually it's pretty good with that.
@24:25 - Stephanie Banner
It's been so fun. My kids have gotten into it now and you totally open this new world for us.
Michael, teaching me how to use Chad GPT because, yeah, now my little ones are all about it. They want to see like images of themselves on an airliner, you know, dressed up as E.T.
@24:42 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Like they're going all over the place with it. So do you have them upload images of them and then say like created it?
@24:48 - Stephanie Banner
No, but I didn't know you could do that.
@24:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
What? Yeah, you can upload images. You could say create an image in the style or make this image look like a cartoon or like a Pixar movie.
@24:59 - Stephanie Banner
No way. Okay. Oh my gosh. Wow. That's going to be a whole other week of fun.
@25:07 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It's pretty remarkable. Like chat GPT, it's like the imagination and manifest.
@25:11 - Stephanie Banner
Yeah, it's been, I've been using it for everything now. Like not just this course. I mean, we used outlines up the wazoo for this, but I've been asking it like really like esoteric questions and just pragmatic questions.
Like I've been using it so much more in my daily life. It's crazy.
@25:34 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It is wild. Yeah, I do too. I use it all the time. Like you could even say, um, you know, act as a life coach.
And then if something comes up, you can just start sharing it and it will give you incredible feedback and then ask you follow up questions that you answer and it gives you no way.
@25:51 - Stephanie Banner
Yeah.
@25:52 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Oh my gosh. Yeah. There's some AIs that people have built around different therapy. be modalities like whether it's neuro-linguistic programming or any other ones where you go and you can choose whichever kind of therapist you want and it guides you very well like probably some of the best therapy I've experienced in just chatting with them.
@26:17 - Stephanie Banner
Wow, yeah I don't know if you guys on another topic but I saw the robots, the Elon Musk robots and if you listen to how they talk to you it's like has this human inflection and I'm like honestly I need my own robot just to be like my therapist and my life coach because you know what I mean like the way they talk to you you can see how they would just be your friend.
@26:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah totally non-judgmental.
@26:46 - Stephanie Banner
Yes.
@26:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah they're just like yeah they're just like it's almost like like if a dog could talk you know dogs are so sweet they just like unconditionally love you.
There's no judgment right it's just like yeah they're it's It's truly remarkable. I can't believe that we currently live in this future.
@27:04 - Stephanie Banner
It feels like it happened all at once too. Do you know what I mean? Like, it feels like this implosion of just technology and coincides with the collective awakening.
it's yeah, it's just such a time to be alive, right? Such time.
@27:21 - James Guiry
This is as good as it's going to get. This is it. It's all downhill after this two day shipping chat GPT.
@27:27 - Stephanie Banner
going to be, you know, this is this is it guys.
@27:29 - James Guiry
We got like about a month and it's going to be like Terminator.
@27:32 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I'm kidding.
@27:33 - Stephanie Banner
I'm hearing. We're not focusing on that, right? It's all good.
@27:38 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It is interesting. Yeah, it's certainly going to get more and more wild. I personally think they'll become almost psychic kind of like Minority Report.
@27:49 - James Guiry
Yeah, there you go. It'll be like, you know, it's going to know like you'll have a little implant here, maybe on your wrist and it'll be like, Hey, I noticed your heart rate's gone up.
is there something you want to talk about? And you know, based on your. Purchase histories, you know, I don't know.
It's already like it like knows you, you know, something like that So I can see that happening pretty soon.
So yeah Yeah, it created a whole workout schedule for me and added exercises for ones. I was missing and it there you go That's cool.
@28:15 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, I was like are all these exercises hitting on the muscle groups and it found like which muscle groups weren't being hit and added an extra exercise It's like the perfect better than a trainer it's remarkable remarkable So yeah, so right now Wayne and Stephanie You know that's really neat to know your high ticket offer at this point I would just focus on focus in your first your low ticket offer or just that that single thing and It's like I don't know about you guys, but I often over complicate things and in my process of doing all of this I spent a lot of time over complicating it and You know, it looked like
me sitting in bed trying to think like I already knew what I needed to create but I was trying to create something like bigger and better and different and like and always come back to just like oh just that the thing that I thought I needed to create like the most basic thing was the thing that people are already asking about or wanting or you know are you purchasing based on something else like that's what the next thing was.
So just keeping it really simple is very important at the stage. Yeah I think we're trying to overthink too far ahead and whenever we do that we start getting really confused so I think where we're headed with these two items that we want to focus on I think is the right the right start so yeah yeah exactly exactly I would just focus on like the most simplistic what what does your audience really want.
What's that one thing they want?
@30:02 - Stephanie Banner
Yeah, yeah, just delivering that for them. Yeah, that's what we figured out. We finally fine tuned it. We were making it difficult.
And I think we had to watch that module and then it like we like we had to restart everything and like get all this whole idea that we had out and like scrap it and start over and when we started over, we realized, oh, what does everybody want?
Divine Union? Okay, we're starting with that. Like, we're just going to let that be kind of the inspiration for every step we take from here on out, you know, yeah, yep.
@30:40 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Beautiful.
@30:41 - Stephanie Banner
Yeah. Love that. Yeah. So thank you.
@30:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, I'm making very excited to see it all come together. All right, Katherine, welcome. Welcome. Good to have you.
So we are doing check-ins. Let's hop over to Susan.
@31:10 - iPhone
Hello, how are you? Can you hear me?
@31:14 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yes.
@31:16 - iPhone
Okay. Let's see. Just add a curiosity. you do see kind of an animal or something behind me, let me know.
my ear hungry? We'll do. This is that hour that they get hungry. is the time the bears come out and I found this part Hopefully we don't see any wild animals chasing after you, but we will let you know.
Exactly. I just found this little spot to stop that for this call, so I'm not familiar with this area.
So let's see. As far as I have to check a lot myself. So I didn't do some, I don't know,
do what color kind of like some guides or never guides some outlines and information, but then I accidentally did the infamous mysterious I touch something and it all disappeared and I was like what did I just do like what did I just do so I love that about myself so that means it was almost there that quite the universe was like oh so close so I have to redo or maybe think on it a little more or add a little more I don't know I'm not quite sure what what the reason for the oops was but um and then as far as like the social media stuff which is interesting I'm almost it's interesting I'm going through like this because remember I never was on social media into this class so
So with that TikTok, it's almost like I feel the addictiveness to it, like the and I'm so I'm fighting with this concept of this and I'm like so I'm not quite sure how much longer I can do this just for the fact of it's kind of consuming in a weird way.
So and I'm picking up a lot of energies and trying to be positive with all of it. So but the good news is you're gonna laugh because you have like millions of followers and millions of likes so do you like like a follower is like but to me I went from 11 followers this week to like 130 something followers nice I know that sounds a little but to me it was huge that's awesome and 10x and then
And then I was like, I just want to get like three hundred likes. And now this week I'm up to four, almost 500.
And then, but, but I do have about 25,000 views maybe. But the challenge I have is I keep going into that like, what do you call it?
Where they kind of put in that zero thing again. And I'm like, I think I'm figuring out all the things, but who knows?
So I'm out of a zero again, but it doesn't motivate me to want to post when I'm in the zero zone starting all over again.
But it could be because I have like a burner phone, you know what I mean? I don't really have a plate like it thinks I live in Colorado, I think, which is better because there's more population there.
So I know that. So, um, and then I think I had to work like 10 times harder because I don't have my face and, you know, so it's like I'm going over the thing of people thinking it's like a robot or whatever it is or a bot, I don't even know.
So I have to kind of, that's like a little challenge there for that, but, um, I do find myself, I do find myself, um, I think people really want like a lot of positive, positive feedback and positive whatever.
So when I, if I respond to something, it's usually positive. So I, I do hear that people appreciate my comments or whatever and stuff.
So that's a good thing. But as far as what to do, since I'm starting back a blank slate again, because of my oopsie.
I don't know. So I could take suggestions if you have any, because I can do like 10,000 million different things.
just don't know. No, Yeah. Well, it's just creating.
@36:11 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
I just have a one that works best for you in terms of your energy. Yeah, that's good with the videos and getting the views is yeah, and it's not something that you have to create right away.
Like it's okay if each week you're not building or not creating. It has to come from a place of passion and you can allow that to come as it comes.
And once you're ready to build something to create the business, you know, it's like at this point, I probably wouldn't focus too much on the social media or getting the followers.
I would focus more on what gift do I want to share with the world? What's the offer that I'd like to share with the world?
And from there, build something. something and once you've built it and you're proud of it and it feels good, it's a new offer that you can share, then I would share that offer on social media.
@37:11 - iPhone
Yeah, it's interesting because I seem to be since I signed up for this class going through a change that I've never experienced before.
So that's where the challenge is of finding my thing because I've totally was in one spot for like a bazillion years and now I'm in the spot.
So I went from like super psychic, super super aware, super conscious to now I'm like I don't even think I can't really read anything.
So it's like I'm not used to that. So I'm having to do it like in a whole different way like I have to ask questions versus just knowing the answer and I'm like oh this is challenging because normally here do put it in
But I got a little spoiled. So now I'm like, wait, why do I have to think what to create?
This is, I'm not going backwards. Am I in Bizarro world?
@38:09 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It's all happening for a reason. And if right now it's not meant to come in fluidly, then just allow it to be, you know, just simply be.
And all these resources will still be there for you. Once an idea comes where you're like, oh, that would be a really incredible thing to share with the world.
I have the skill or I have, I know you're a wise woman, and you have a lot to it that you have to share.
Once it comes back, then it's time for you to do it. But there is no way.
@38:38 - iPhone
I'm going to be driving cross-country in a couple of weeks. So maybe I'll do that. I can even do that.
Because being a woman, driving cross-country by yourself, I have all the knick and the accent travel that route a million times to the country.
So different ways across the North, to the center and the south. So, I don't know what to say. I think I'm stopping.
Originally, I'm still sticking with the other thing, but we'll say what I add like a lot of different moving parts right now So we'll see sounds good.
I look forward to hearing. I look forward to hearing I thought I would have it I thought I would have had it for you I don't know where it went and who knows maybe it was somewhere hidden on the computer and I'll find it somewhere But I love now it's gone Thank you, I appreciate it.
@39:32 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Thank you. thank you right, there's little little cap party here for moment You guys both have black cats. It looked very similar Katherine let's pop over to you.
How are you doing sounds like you've had a fascinating week? It sounds like there's some interesting things Shifting and changing for you So many things have
@40:00 - kathryn
Changed and shipped it that right there is a painting of my mother. I put up. I used to not have any pictures or any evidence of my parents in my house.
@40:11 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Oh I've loved that Yeah, it's huge.
@40:16 - kathryn
Yeah, and I love that painting So it was actually done by her dad my grandfather.
@40:23 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Wow, that's incredible.
@40:25 - kathryn
He was an artist by profession so Yeah, so I Am still working on a course I finished the whole outline and feeling and putting it all into Kajabi and now I'm recording the videos and I worked for hours on my first video and it's 10 minutes long and then it was filmed like this and I didn't realize that when I Uploaded to to Kajabi.
ACTION ITEM: Re-record vertical video for course intro horizontally, upload to Kajabi - WATCH
It was like that. So now I'm gonna have to you know ship my phone. So I after spending a really long time on it I was like do I really want to re-record all this and turn it?
What do you think?
@41:15 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Well how's the content?
@41:19 - kathryn
I mean I like I spent hours I really like the way people watch it vertically do you think they'll still get what they need from it?
Yes but I'm gonna now film the rest of the module or lessons with it change the other way and I'm like is that unprofessional?
I'm really hoping that this particular video this particular course reaches a lot of people hopefully for a long time.
@41:55 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Well you could always release it. and after you've released it, then go back and in your own time, you could rerecord the ones that were vertical.
ACTION ITEM: Finish website build on Kajabi, including Final Journey course details and coaching services - WATCH
@42:09 - kathryn
Yeah. Yeah. So I've been working on that. I'm also almost done with a website that I've been building on Kachabi.
And I wish there was like, so I've worked with Canva a lot and I have found with Canva, there's like super easy to pull up a chat with somebody and like describe what I'm struggling with.
And I haven't found that with Kachabi, at least I don't see where it is, to just pull up like a chat with somebody.
@42:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It's on the bottom right, there's a little like chat button. However, I'm not sure if it appears when you have a trial.
@42:50 - kathryn
It could go.
@42:52 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Maybe it's only once you start paying that they have that little chat.
@42:55 - kathryn
But yeah, it's like a live, you can chat with like 24-7 with someone. Cause I just, continually hit blocks with Kajabi, where I just like, yeah, I just continually struggle with little things.
Some of it is super easy and then other times I don't find it intuitive at all.
@43:17 - James Guiry
Now let's get someone else, you know, Fiverr, you know, Upwork, it's an idea, right?
@43:25 - kathryn
To have them do what?
@43:27 - James Guiry
Just whatever you're struggling at. You mean you build a website through the platform? Like you can hire someone to work with you to like help you build it.
Yeah, yeah, I kind of don't want to spend any more money right now. I got you.
@43:46 - kathryn
So I think I'm mostly done with the website and some of the stuff that I'm struggling with. I'm like, I can just let it go for now.
Eventually I'd like to You know, add some things, but I'm trying to get my website up and get this course done and then launch.
That is my goal Because I just I want to see something happen I need like I need like a little positive thing to kind of get me I Feel like once I get a sale or get you know something.
I'll really Take off my energy and motivation will really take off. I keep telling people about my Whole idea and about this course I get a ton of positive feedback from people And I also wanted to bounce this off of you.
@44:45 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
want to call call my business final journey Cool. Yeah, and it's teaching them about like the end of life care like what to how to set it all up.
Yeah Yeah, is a beautiful name
@45:00 - kathryn
Yeah, you like it?
@45:02 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah.
@45:03 - kathryn
And one of the things I want to offer people, I want to do coaching as an addition to the courses is that if they work with me and we talk through everything, even through like, if you want, talk all the way through to your funeral plan, all of it, that I will create a final journey, like written final journey that I will send you and that you will have it.
And it's all like, it's all there. Yeah, like personalize, because I think what people, when I've worked with people who, the people that do plan out end of life care, when it gets closer to it, they panic and then they kind of, you know, put it to a side and they, and they, they take a detour.
And what I want to tell people is like, when you feel that panic, when you get scared, I want you to look at this and look at what we created and remember what
that you want and what your wishes are and what you envisioned for the end of your life.
@46:06 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Hmm, that's very beautiful.
@46:09 - Alli Bee Yoga
It's probably a really good PDF to send to like the people's kids.
@46:15 - kathryn
Absolutely. So that they can offer like lawyers and stuff like that.
@46:20 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah, for when the time comes. Yeah, that's priceless.
@46:26 - kathryn
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing that I could send multiple copies out. And this is not the legal document.
I'm going to help people do the legal documents that you need to bring to like your doctor or the hospital.
But this is just a more personalized like, you know, I don't know what to really call it. Like a journey that's going to be called your final journey.
And like remind yourself, I don't want to die in a hospital. I want to die at home. This is what I want to be surrounded by.
This is what I want to see happen. Because when the time comes, some people freak out and they panic and they
@47:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
go call 9-1-1 and they end up in the hospital and next thing you know they got tubes and all kinds of crap and and if you can't make it out like a contract yeah instead of just like a pdf like with signatures an agreement an agreement promise a written agreement yeah yeah yeah that's truly incredible I absolutely love that that's what you're focusing on um say it's so important it's often neglected like you said and what's cool is once you have your course and you have like like what an amazing resource because then you can just guide people to it and then when you have your your free master class you can kind of enlighten people in the class of like here's like all the things you need like this is this is it right here and then at the end of the free master class like if you want that guide to go through all of it with you you can get this this course that I've created and once you have that free class it's like
like, I could see you, yes, sharing on social media about it. You get a lot of interest from people who, because everyone knows someone who's in that phase or close to that phase.
And it's like, oh, that's an amazing resource. I haven't heard anyone talk about that. We need to check this out.
And then they'll go and check it out. And also I could see working with maybe hospice care people, people like say, this is what I do.
I have this whole guide, like, if you want to give it to your clients, I help with everything. Like I'd see working with a lot of people as well.
@48:30 - kathryn
Yeah, I also would, I thought about approaching all like primary care position offices and like send it to them and say, when you have older people, patients, and they have no idea about any of this.
@48:45 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Here you go. Send them my way. Yeah. Yeah. And if you have that free class, it's like, it's such an enticing.
it's not like you're like, Hey, given my product, like, this is a free class. And you go over like, do you have this yet?
Do you have this yet?
@48:58 - kathryn
Do you have this yet? Like, these are the things you'll need. need. Right.
@49:01 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
And then the course is like, how to do each thing and like, why, you know, everything that goes through that only you know.
@49:07 - kathryn
Yeah. Yeah, I'm super excited about it. I'm really happy that I chose that topic. And the more I actually met with a chaplain over the weekend and discussed it with her, we spent two hours talking about it, she loves it.
She's like, I think this is the most incredible thing. I love that you're doing this. She's, she gave, I walked through a lot of different things with her.
And she's someone, she's a great resource.
@49:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Cool. Love that. I love that you've already put it out there and you've got positive feedback from it.
@49:45 - kathryn
Like, yeah, that's big.
@49:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
That's the universe telling me that there's something here.
@49:50 - kathryn
Yeah. Yeah. So just the technology stuff. Beautiful. Reading truth. Yeah.
@50:01 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, and continue to drop up any questions you have in the chat. Google is a great resource too. A lot of things as I was learning Kajabi, just Googled, like, how do you do this?
there's some videos you can search YouTube as well. can on YouTube, like, how do you do this in Kajabi?
@50:17 - kathryn
Sometimes people can't Yeah, I'm trying that. And I'm just, sometimes I struggle to get exactly what I'm trying. You know, and some of it, I don't know how to word it.
Like, I put a, my, I got the new photos done of myself and I put my main photo on the front of my website page and I want to put text over top the photo and I cannot figure out how to do that.
it's just so frustrating. So.
@50:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah. Yeah. And for things like that, like maybe even just like trying to put the text, you know, above it for now until.
Yeah. on how to do that. And there's ways to, you can, like, it's almost like the hacks we move, you can move the text like a negative.
to padding. So it starts to go over something. But yeah, would just do like whatever is easiest so that it's so it flows smoothly.
And then once you've got it all done, then you can slowly go back and refine it and get like the design tweaks that you want.
@51:16 - kathryn
Yeah. And like James, your point, like eventually it would be great if I have somebody to help me redesign things in a more professional way.
But I'm just trying to get something could be first.
@51:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Exactly. all people want is a resource that has your information on it that is good enough to where it feels good.
@51:38 - kathryn
Yeah. like one of the things I plan to do on my website is I want to tab that and I'm starting to do this where I'm collecting what I'm referring to is beautiful death stories.
And I'm asking people like, tell me about how, you know, your father died. And I remember you said something about it.
And would you mind submitting a story about how it went? And then there's going to be a tab where people like
to read different stories about people's deaths who went that it went really well and it was really spiritual or meaningful or you know not in a hospital yeah um yeah to give people that template of what is possible what is possible or envision something other than you know spending your days and treatment and yeah yeah incredible i can almost like a podcast interview people about these incredible death stories yeah maybe i'll get there someday i have all kinds of visions of talking about this hey i sent you a link it's on ron doss obviously ron doss month but he talked about um death and dying he was all about like how to help people transition um he helped timothy leery passed away um and like he did tim decided how he was going to die wasn't going to be
@53:00 - James Guiry
like he was he was choosing to die. It's really good. I recommend something that could be helpful as well for you.
@53:07 - kathryn
Did you just put it in the chat? In this chat? Yeah. And can you put it in the other one?
Because once we shut this down, I always lose things.
@53:16 - James Guiry
Yeah, I gotcha.
@53:17 - kathryn
gotcha. That's awesome, James. I'd love to see that. I'm also really curious about this concept of just choosing to die mentally, like making that decision in your head and then just dying.
Because I know it's possible because we see that all the time where people wait for something or, you know, yeah.
@53:41 - James Guiry
And that would be like, well, this is like more of like assisted, assisted death, right? Some states have that.
Like if you're terminal or something like that, obviously there's different viewpoints on that. But that's how like if you're terminal cancer, do you wait and get through it?
do you say I'm moving on? That's kind of one of those. Yeah, so. I'll send you guys. Yeah, but it's not it's just about his like his thoughts on death It's good.
mean you're obviously in that working in that field, right people are thinking about that I think about my death.
It's a good good to think about. So yeah Yep, and you're and you're working with attorneys and stuff like like like getting trust done and like power of attorneys and all that stuff I'm not doing I'm not doing anything with attorneys.
@54:28 - kathryn
You don't actually need that for Power of attorney or living well, you don't need I don't want to get into that's the legal stuff.
It's not my interest.
@54:41 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
We got you Well, Catherine really awesome what you're doing. I'm I'm excited to see it. It's cool to see the clarity and I look forward to Hearing how it goes So before we end the call I'm just gonna go over some of the stuff that's come out this week
as this call is going to be a little bit shorter than most. I want to just share about the latest, because it's going to bring it all together.
SCREEN SHARING: Michael started screen sharing - WATCH
Let me share my screen real quick. Okay. Awesome. what's dropping this week or what dropped this week is funnel creation.
So creating the master class. know not a lot of you are already here, but this is just what to look forward to.
Create the funnel. So this is where you're going to. start collecting email addresses from people, you're going to start building your email list, you can start your email marketing and start selling.
So this is the beginning of you selling what you have to offer. So there's a couple of videos and they guide you to create your opt-in page, which is this page where you enter your name and email.
And I give you a bunch of different resources on that. Nice stuff and a lot of what you can just copy and paste because a lot of what you do works really well.
So feel free to just utilize that. And once people enter their email address, it's going to go to a master class page.
So I have created a template, let me see if I have it right here. I've created a template of the master class page.
And this is something that I've downloaded and uploaded to one of the lessons where you can just upload it and it gives you the full template.
So you can just plug and play what you have in there. So you don't have to create the whole page.
This page is very magical in that when it first loads, it is only the class. There's nothing down here.
You don't see any of that. And all they have, the only option they have is to watch it. So you want them to watch that free class that you have because that is your sales video.
And after a minute, all the other content appears, so just below the magic class is the ability to just quickly purchase it, they're ready to go for it, just purchase what you have.
And testimonials, very first thing right there, very important to have testimonials from people, and then various graphics. this is the template and you can change it with everything you have.
I've also given you a link to mine. So you can see how I've filled all of this out. And kind of the excitement that I brew for people, the product image, and then the value they're getting.
and how much you get it for. So right here, the value that they're getting and how much they get it for.
So this can be, whether it's high ticket offer or a low ticket offer. For low ticket offers, this works really well where it's $200 on your website.
But if they watch all of the stuff, they can get it for $47. If you leave this page, this deal is done forever.
You wanna create that urgency. So this is, this here is in the latest and once right here.
@58:34 - kathryn
How do you come up with that value of $3,000?
@58:38 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
So a typical pass-life regressions anywhere from like $200 $500. So I average about $300 per pass-life regression. You get 11 of them.
So 11 pass-life progressions for $300 would be about $3,000. For your content, you know, like if you have a video that is simulated,
relating like a consultation, you could say, okay, well, how much is a consultation, how much value is that if they're going to do one with you?
And yeah, you can create the value that you have there just based on what is in it. And then I do describe this in the video.
So it's not just some random number, I do describe like how much a session is and why it's worth that much within the video.
@59:25 - James Guiry
Do you ever get analytics on who buys right away versus who watches the whole video?
@59:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, it's about 70% of the people buy immediately. So yeah, and then the rest of them buy once they get the email, they watch the email at some point later.
So the majority of people just do it right away.
@59:46 - James Guiry
Cool. I like that after a minute.
@59:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
It's like, all right, by now. Yeah. Yeah. in the in the video, I get over how to set all that up so that it's a yeah.
@59:59 - James Guiry
Do you know what do you think?
@1:00:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
do you know when they buy like and is it in the first minute the first two minutes do you sense like most purchases are done for you it's like usually people purchase once they finish the video okay all right but oh you said you said 70% are purchasing it right away yeah like 70% will purchase it when they're on this page like they just entered their email address they go to the master class they watch the master class immediately and then they purchase just it once they finish the master class okay they're watching them they're watching the full math and not saying they're just not buying it before they watch the master class okay I got you yeah they watch the full thing okay cool and and then there's 30% who purchase it once they get the email later they don't watch it right away right yeah so if you guys if you once you start creating all this if you don't yet have these testimonials I recommend just reaching out to people
the testimonials can be about the product that you have, you can give it away for free to some people and be like, I love a testimonial, or you can get testimonials from people that you've already worked with.
The testimonials could also be about you. So I could say, Oh, this person's absolutely incredible. I loved working with them.
This person has helped me with this, this, and this. So it doesn't necessarily have to be about this specific thing, but just getting some social proof that you're legit, that you that you are good at what you do.
And yeah, a lot of these testimonials, like people posted while they were on TikTok live with me, and this is what they said, or they sent me an email app for the fact, or there were comments in the Zoom events that I did.
So yeah, wrote all those down. If you ever get testimonials from people, create a Google document, put all the testimonials in that Google document, because those are absolute gold.
Some people won't purchase until they hear from other people that purchased it. And once you tap that buy button, it's then going to go to a page for them to purchase it.
So yeah, as Katherine was saying, like the energy of finally getting someone to purchase something is a very good feeling.
And it's very motivating and I can totally relate with like the unknown of like, is it going to work?
Is it not going to work? And like, I've been there and it's, you know, it's not easy, like when you're building, because like, yeah, there's just that feeling of like, what if what the people don't want it?
But just know that if people are saying like, Oh, that's a cool idea. That's awesome. Like we would need that.
We'd like that. Like if people are giving you some validation that it is a good idea, just know that people are going to purchase it.
And when you set up the page like this, like the reason I have this big value and the reason why it says if you leave this page, the deal is done forever is because it creates that urgency.
creates that sense of needing to get it right now. So much people, it's so easy for them to be like, oh yeah, that's a pretty, that's a pretty cool deal.
Like, if it didn't, any of this, it just said it's $47. They go like, oh, okay. I wonder if I could find it on YouTube or, you know, maybe I'll do it.
And they start scrolling onto the talk. And the next thing you know, they've completely forgot about it. But adding all of this makes it the psychology just enough where it's like, okay, they then make that purchase.
So everything in here is important. So definitely, you know, even if like in the, in the template, even if it's just, you sell for $200 in your website, but they can get it for $47 or, you know, it's $1,000 in your website and they can get it for $247, on what your offer is.
Having that huge discount that makes all the difference.
@1:03:50 - James Guiry
And what do you think on price, you know, between $47 and $247, obviously you stuck at $47. You're kind of looking for
for volume, right? of like, hey, it's a purchase, but it's not too low, not too high. It's just, yeah, I'll do it versus in the 200, right?
@1:04:09 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, and dealing with low ticket offers, low ticket would be anything under $100. I have tried like 97 and I've tried 47.
it's like if two people buy at 47, it's essentially like one person buying at And if more, like let's say you get three people at 47 and just one person at 97, even though it's a higher price, you're not making as much.
So the $47 price, I've just found to be like a sweet spot where it's just enough where it's like, it's not 50 bucks, it's not over, it's like just enough where it feels like a purchase that someone can do spontaneously.
And I've tried a bunch, I've done a lot of TikTok lives where I'm selling on TikTok lives. I've tried 47, 67, 97, And also 27,
seven and when it's too low you have to sell too many of them but when it's like right there 47 or something about it where you sell a couple of them you've already made like 100 bucks essentially so it adds up quickly there but if you're if your thing is much bigger and you have like a much higher ticket offer then if people perceive the value to be up there then yeah you could go you could go higher for sure but you on this page you want to discount it yeah I mean when Russell Brunson the guy who started ClickFunnels when he talks about it he says that your value should be 10x what you're offering so you know if it's if it's $100 it should be a $1,000 value or $47 it should be a $470 value so yeah that's you know that's his but I found this this to work well this 4x 4x the value but cool you know and you actually have it
@1:06:00 - Alli Bee Yoga
For $200 on your website.
@1:06:02 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, make sure that you actually do have it so that you're not just saying that. I do have it for $200.
If you went to my website, Tom, I offers, you can purchase it for $200.
@1:06:12 - Alli Bee Yoga
That's anybody bought it like that.
@1:06:15 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, people have bought it for $200. Yeah.
@1:06:22 - kathryn
Is there a way on Kajabi to do contracts that you have people sign electronically?
@1:06:33 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
You could you could you could create like a form that you could have text up here and then underneath.
It says if you agree, fill out your name and press submit. And if they do that, that kind of would like count as a contract.
But in terms of like actual contract contract, not really.
@1:06:56 - James Guiry
Yeah, I do.
@1:06:56 - Alli Bee Yoga
It will forms for like my retreats or like my guests. to sign a contract and at the top of the Google form, I say this Google form acts as a binding contract.
@1:07:07 - kathryn
You do.
@1:07:09 - Alli Bee Yoga
actually write out their name rather than like click yes or no button.
@1:07:14 - kathryn
Yeah, I just feel like anytime you're working with anything in health care, you have to have some kind of liability.
@1:07:21 - Alli Bee Yoga
Yeah. I would, I would lease the liability if anything.
@1:07:25 - kathryn
Yeah, I'm assuming for your retreats, you probably do too.
@1:07:29 - Alli Bee Yoga
Because I don't, I don't actually have insurance, probably should, but I have this as my release of liability. If anything happens, I'm not responsible.
@1:07:40 - kathryn
Second, I think.
@1:07:43 - Alli Bee Yoga
But it's also like a good ground rule for me to like explain to my clients, like it's a healing retreat.
It's not a party retreat. We have to respect everybody's boundaries. so you can also have like really important information that's just like good that you don't necessary.
ACTION ITEM: Create Google Form for client questionnaire on coaching service expectations - WATCH
Sarah, they want to have to tell people, but they have to read it and sign their name in order to complete.
ACTION ITEM: Research and set up liability insurance for end-of-life care coaching services - WATCH
@1:08:06 - kathryn
So yeah, and I also was curious, Michael, if I'm Kajabi, like, I want to be able to send out some, like a questionnaire about what people want from coaching services, like, and can you create those kind of surveys or.
@1:08:28 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Or surveys as well, I would also use Google Forms. It's just a very, a really simple free option. So I've also used Google Forms for the contracts that I use.
And it's great with surveys, too, because it's, it's quick and easy and it's free. And then it gives you a little link and you can just drop that link in the emails that you send people.
@1:08:53 - kathryn
Okay. Okay.
@1:08:55 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, lots of options, especially even contracts. There's also websites that are making. specifically for signing contracts online and there's a lot that you can find for free.
@1:09:05 - kathryn
Okay.
@1:09:06 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, I like Google Forms, it's just quick and easy.
@1:09:16 - Alli Bee Yoga
And also most people can understand like your terminology rather than like a contract's terminology.
@1:09:24 - kathryn
What do you mean by that?
@1:09:26 - Alli Bee Yoga
Like sometimes contracts can be confusing the way they word it all. Whereas at Google Forms we can just be as clear as possible.
@1:09:36 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Also chat GPT, great for contracts form like really good for that as well.
@1:09:43 - kathryn
Oh right, yeah.
@1:09:45 - James Guiry
Or just take it off.
@1:09:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
go ahead. Yeah, just like say create create a contract around XYZ. It's got millions of templates from around the internet, puts it all together or find someone else's and just edit it.
@1:10:00 - kathryn
So it's your of course. Wait, who does the contracts? Oh, chat GPT. Oh, right. Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to have to get insurance.
@1:10:11 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah. And then like Ali said, if you want to make it even more like user friendly, you can say, okay, make this shorter and clearer.
@1:10:21 - kathryn
You know, it's not just a big old thing.
@1:10:24 - James Guiry
Or it's like, you know, you've read your terms and conditions and then click, like you never get a terms and conditions, you never read it.
It's pages, but just click here. If you've understood you read terms and conditions, 99% of people are like, click done.
Right. kind of one of those.
@1:10:43 - kathryn
Right.
@1:10:44 - James Guiry
meat of it's behind the scenes. then some of it's like up front, like, so it's not confusing.
@1:10:50 - kathryn
Yeah. Okay. Cool.
@1:10:55 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Awesome. So we've got two weeks left. So try. We got two meetings after this, see what you can do in two weeks, and you know, really start to put that in, and that way you can get as far as you can, and any questions dropped in the telegram group, really, really great hearing the updates from you guys, where you're at.
You know, even if you're still thinking about what your offer is or how that works, you know, one step closer to it is a huge step forward.
@1:11:37 - James Guiry
And Michael on this, so this will be available for a period of time, right, years or a couple years, or it'll be available.
@1:11:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
course. You have lifetime access to it, so it never is going to expire.
@1:11:51 - James Guiry
I'm like 95, I'm like going on, yeah, are you gonna do classes, so you're gonna do classes after this.
Or are they gonna and be like their own. So like that class has access to their information. And then like future, like are you gonna have access, like different classes that will have different access to their own specific training, or how does work over time?
Because you're gonna develop this and get better. Like what do you think about that?
@1:12:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
So the bright creators, it'll be just a single course. So if I add new classes to it, you guys will get all the updates that I add.
@1:12:29 - James Guiry
Awesome, cool, perfect.
@1:12:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, and I'll definitely be adding to it. like if people have questions about doing certain things, I'll be adding videos.
So yeah, it'll be a living course so you guys will have access to forever.
@1:12:46 - James Guiry
And then will you, are you gonna do some kind of community with this as it grows, like school or something where it's like a bright creators community where people can work with each other?
@1:12:58 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])
Yeah, that is the plan to create. some form of membership where it's yeah, more of a community vibe, more of like these sorts of calls where we can work together on and answer any questions.
Cool. Continue on.
@1:13:12 - James Guiry
Awesome. All right. Awesome.
@1:13:19 - Alli Bee Yoga
And then I can plan a retreat for your community. Yeah, I mean, but your creations to work find like really epic visually pleasing places to like record your your videos.
Yeah, a lot of fun.
@1:13:42 - James Guiry
I think you guys better, dude. Thank you guys.
@1:13:50 - Lorraine
See you.
