Meeting 5

9/2/24

Meeting Summary (AI Generated)

Introduction & General Check-In

  • Michael Armstrong began the meeting by welcoming everyone and acknowledging the holiday spirit, noting how as entrepreneurs, they have the freedom to set their own schedules. He mentioned taking time off with friends and emphasized the importance of relaxation for entrepreneurs.
  • Participants (including the Willis’, Katheryn, Mary, and Lorraine) shared how they were feeling through a single word in the chat. Responses varied from excitement to exhaustion, with some participants working late or feeling the effects of sleepless nights.

Reflection on Magnetic Expression Module

  • Michael discussed the fourth and final week of the Magnetic Expression module, reflecting on the journey so far. He observed the range of emotions and expectations within the group, noting some successes and areas where improvement was needed. He emphasized the importance of consistency in content creation and staying patient despite any initial expectations.

Social Media Deep Dives

  • Michael offered to dive into the social media accounts of participants who were interested. Several members, including Katheryn and the Willis’, expressed interest in receiving feedback on their content.
  • Kathryn's Social Media:
    • Michael reviewed Katheryn's TikTok and Instagram, noting the differences in engagement across platforms. He highlighted the importance of hooks in videos and suggested focusing on bold, intriguing statements to capture attention.
    • He also advised Katheryn to shift from using "I" statements to "you" statements to engage viewers more directly.
    • Michael suggested that Katheryn experiment with creating content that feels more personal and relatable, possibly by filming in a cozy or natural setting with text on the screen.
  • Willis’ Social Media:
    • The Willis' TikTok had several videos with high engagement. Michael encouraged them to replicate the content that performed well, maintaining the same hooks and slightly altering the presentation to keep it fresh.
    • He suggested that they explore short-form content with trending audio and text on screen, especially for Instagram, where their engagement was lower.
    • Michael emphasized the importance of intentional content creation, drawing from their most successful video where they were casually discussing divine union over champagne. He advised them to create more intentional, purpose-driven videos with the same vibe.

Content Strategy Discussion

  • Katheryn's Challenges:
    • Katheryn discussed her struggle with focusing on a niche, mentioning topics like end-of-life planning, health and wellness, and parenting. Michael encouraged her to tune into what nourishes her and consider how being of service could align with her passion.
    • Michael also suggested that Katheryn experiment with different hooks and possibly create a mini-course on a topic she is knowledgeable about, such as end-of-life planning, to test the waters.
  • Mary's Content & Book Project:
    • Mary shared her plans to rework content from her book, originally inspired by "Desperate Housewives," into separate PDFs on topics like end-of-life planning, goal setting, and homemaking tips.
    • Michael supported this idea and encouraged her to start creating content around these themes to draw interest. He also advised her to update her social media profiles to reflect her new focus and attract the right audience.

Final Thoughts & Closing

  • Michael wrapped up the meeting by thanking everyone for their participation and feedback. He wished them a happy Labor Day and encouraged them to continue experimenting with their content and refining their strategies.

This meeting focused heavily on content strategy, particularly on refining hooks, being consistent, and creating intentional content that resonates with the audience. Each participant received personalized advice tailored to their current challenges and goals.

@0:29 - the Willis’

Good to see you guys. You're welcome.

@0:32 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Welcome.

@0:33 - the Willis’

We should say hello, hot to you.

@0:37 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, beautiful day here in Kauai. The weather has been definitely getting warmer, but I'm from LA, so it's like very confusing to me.

It's hot, like I'm sweating, but it's not really actually that hot.

@0:49 - the Willis’

I'm like, what is going on?

@0:50 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Right. We're like in LA, if it's hot, it's hot. Like it's just simply hot. Yes. And yeah, very, very interesting.

Very into the first like. heat wave I've experienced out here in the super humid climate.

@1:07 - the Willis’

Makes you want to go back. We'll be back. I want to go back.

@1:12 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

We plan.

@1:13 - the Willis’

Yeah. Our plan and goal is we're going to spend a month there next the summer.

@1:17 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yes. Spend a month this summer.

@1:19 - the Willis’

Nice. Just create from there. So we'll have to hit you up.

@1:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. Definitely do. Yeah. We spent a month here and then we ended up moving here.

@1:26 - the Willis’

So look out. Our kids would love that.

@1:36 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Welcome Catherine. Welcome Mary. Welcome Lorraine. Got people slowly trickling in. It's a Labor Day. Happy Labor Day everyone. I was chatting with my friends.

lot of the friends I have on this island are all entrepreneurs. as well. They all have their own businesses, a lot of more coaches.

And we're talking about how back in the day, you know, in school and even in normal work, you get Labor Day off and it's like this vacation and it's very exciting because you have off.

But now that we're entrepreneurs, we get to set our own schedules. so we're like, actually, sometimes it's kind of fun to like take a day off or like have that vacation or celebrate that thing.

So what a group of us ended doing was having, we took Friday off. So Friday, Saturday, Sunday, we just had a great time visiting all around on the island, to the beach.

And yeah, just gave ourselves that time to relax. It's very important as entrepreneurs. Awesome. So let's get started. going to do just like really quick check-ins.

Just drop in a single word in the chat, how you are doing today. How you're doing today, how you're feeling.

We got our AI note taker here as well. All right, so we got some excitement, Mary, great, love it, Mary.

Excited to get my button gear, nice little rain, love that, no sleep last night, worked at the hospital, I'm to stay awake though.

No sleep last night, so you're at the hospital working late. Welcome Susan, good to have you here. I'm excited for today's call.

We're today, my kids can't have all night. I hear that. I can't relate with that yet, but I hear that, glad to have you here.

I'll try to, I'll try to. wake y'all up. All right. So I'm going to get into it today. Fourth week, we're entering fourth week, final week of the magnetic expression, it's been quite a journey.

How has it been? Has it has it been what you guys expected? I've I've felt into the collective here, I've felt all different ranges of emotions.

Lots of different expectations, lots of different like wanting this, but then seeing this and having that, but not feeling that.

I've seen, you know, seen consistency. I have not seen I've seen the full spectrum of it. And in this call after after I chat a little bit, I will be doing some just like going into your socials, and doing some deep dives and really looking into your stuff and giving you my thoughts, my suggestions.

have been kind of peeking around at your guy's stuff throughout this week, which has been a lot of fun.

And I do have some thoughts. So I'm excited to do that. Who would like that? If you would like me to do little deep dive into your socials, just drop it in the chat if you are interested in that so I can see who might want it while we're here on this call.

And if you are watching the replay, this will be definitely very beneficial for you to watch some of these deep dives going into the content.

Catherine says yes. The willess says us. Awesome. Sure. don't have much awesome Lorraine. Wait Lorraine, you posted something huh?

No? But I can check out your social and what is there?

@5:46 - Lorraine

It's just the name.

@5:49 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay. Well, it's a place to start. I am very excited for your first video and I like, I know it can be a little bit much to post the first

Upon perfection, all of that, I've seen a lot of perfectionism in the group, and I can 100% relate with that, but sometimes we just gotta, we just gotta do it.

So first four weeks, first four weeks putting ourselves out there. It's one of the most frightening things we do as a human.

It's very vulnerable. There's a lot involved in it. There is that desire for perfection, that desire to be like, that desire of what are people gonna think of me.

And I've seen it all here. And I've seen some really incredible stuff. And also I've been learning with you guys as you've been doing it.

I'm like, okay, I'm sharing this. This is what we need to essentially show up as. But then I'm seeing how everyone's showing up and I'm like, okay, here's what would help most.

So essentially the culmination of everything I've seen this last four weeks. the last three weeks, essentially, I put into this four week, a week for content, which is really like diving into the content, going over what in the videos that I've created, why I structure them, why I structure it, and also how other people do it.

And I started to notice patterns within that. And as I've been going into people's content, I've just seen, okay, here's different areas where people can shift slightly.

It's important to have someone go in there and just like guide ever so gently. Who here's just Chopin, who here's felt like a little bit like impatient, like I want my stuff to hit a little bit quicker.

Yeah, I know that, Catherine, I know that. Yeah, so, yeah, this is this is something that it's, as, as it's,

a creator, it is experimentation. It is putting ourselves out there and figuring out what works. Being in a container like this is to have that guidance to take what might take a longer time and shrink it down.

But it is also very, very important to listen to the feedback and then to implement that feedback and to keep up that consistency, that feeling of disappointment, that feeling of impatience can sometimes hold us back and feel like, well, what I'm doing is not working.

So maybe I need to stop and try something new or just stop and kind of analysis paralysis. That was my journey before 2020, which was like, I didn't know what was what how to do.

I didn't know what was working until all of a sudden it started working. And then once you realize what works, like I've seen a few of your guys' videos where they

If some of them have been successful, but I haven't seen it follow up to that success, even if there's a little bump of success to hone in on that which is working, utilizing the collective consciousness.

is. I've talked about experimentation lot, putting a lot out there, experimenting, trying a lot of different things, but also if you see any little jump more than anything else, it's important to essentially do the exact same thing you did in that, but how can I make this maybe little bit better?

How can I make this more exciting? How can I, or maybe make the hook more exciting? The rest of your video doesn't need to be exciting, doesn't need to continue to almost capture the adolescent mind of the human, that's like the monkey mind.

Once you capture that, you still need to keep people's interest, but you can explain things for us. why YouTube videos work.

People watch 20, 30 minute long YouTube videos, you know how many people here have watched like a spiritual teacher or a teacher or someone, even watching other content, it's a super long

form content. You know, like, you watch it because there's some reason it could be the thumbnail. It could be their their hook.

It could be what the title was. But there's something that got you, like, oh, there's going to be something interesting in it for me.

If we can capture their attention in that hook and like have them feel like there's going to be something in this that is going to be valuable for me, then we can explain it and you can explain it in a YouTube style way.

That's like 10 minutes long. can explain it in a TikTok style way. It's still pretty quick. But when I share my content, it's like I'll hook people real quick in the beginning.

And after that, I'm just explaining things. I'm just, you know, they're already there. And that is what is really, really, really important to focus on.

So yeah, a lot of, I'm excited to dive deep into the content so I can just kind of share some guidance on this call.

And yeah, dropping the chat, how do you guys feel in terms of the effort that you're putting in? How are you feeling effort-wise?

consistent content, really putting it in there. a scale of one to 10. 10 being like, I have killed every single day.

It's been incredible. my consensus content towards not yet fully putting it all in. Mary says, I think I'm changing my plan, so I feel like I should spend a lot of time on mine, but you checked out my page, you would totally love any feedback.

So changing your plan in terms of what your focus is, I find them repetitive, putting in the effort consistent, daily post, nice Catherine.

Yeah, you have been quite consistent. We're an eight pretty consistent, not 100%. Yeah, I saw your guys content definitely consistent.

I'm excited to dive into your content as well. I'm wondering if you guys learned. Awesome, well, Love it. Yeah.

So, you know, there's lot of people who are here on this call, lot of people are not here on this call and who are watching the replay.

And the consistency is key. The consistency is key to consistently put the content out. And to not let that perfectionist mind step in the way, to not let the feeling of, hmm, what if it's not good?

What if I'm creating something that is going to be embarrassing, know, to actually put in that work to put it out there?

And if you are going to hide content or delete content, do it after a week. Don't do it too quick because the algorithm can pick it up after a few days.

I've been working on a book that covers a lot of these topics and I Really feel passionate about finishing the book and starting to promote it nice and letting it be my offer awesome I can also break it up into specific themes for PDF to offer bundles in topic awesome, Mary.

Yeah I'm working on a book. So you're writing a book very cool. Yeah, you can you can use a lot of that content to create content Books are one of the greatest things to create content from I Think once I get one or two out it will start Reeling easier I'm starting to look at other successful creators trying to see the similarities Excellent Catherine that is very very good very very good Yeah, so that's one of the things that I want to offer to you guys as well is Find people who are doing what you are doing find people who are in your niche If you haven't yet use that search and search for your niche and gone through a bunch of the videos

highly highly recommend it, because essentially by searching that topic, like, let's say you're searching a relationship of coaching, or, you know, death doula or whatever it might be, you will find content that is viral.

The search results will show you all the content that's most popular. So you can go through it and you can literally see what is popular, how they share about it, it's immensely valuable.

And then with social media right now, it's all about creating inspired content. So if someone has an amazing hook, you can reuse a hook that's very, very similar, and then just make it your own.

So if someone says like, you know, the twin flame relationship is, is very toxic. Here's why. Yeah, you can say the twin flame relationship is very toxic.

Here's why and give your examples of why you can try different different. They're called trends where people take the same exact content, release it, do their own little flair to it, make it their own, and that's why trends go viral because they start with someone who went viral and people replicate what that was.

So that is super, super, super important, especially if you guys are just getting into your niche. If this is new to you, you have to do the research in your niche because all niches are different and some niches are more of that slower content, some niches are more of that viral, that trendy kind of content, the mean content, some niches text on the screen is what works for them.

And in this week's videos, I do go over a lot of that, I go over my videos, just breaking them down.

And as I was breaking them, like, well, I didn't even realize how similar all of my videos are. Like, I have a very similar formula.

I do always branch off and, you know, test different things. for the most part, when I'm looking at my viral content, like, it's pretty similar.

And then when I went into other people's viral content, started breaking those down, they had a very similar one.

They had very similar structure as well. Yeah, love it. Awesome. All right, so let's dive in. I'll just go in order of when you guys said yes.

So first up is squirrel who keeps chewing on the cabin, kept me up. Very love it. So Catherine, let's hop into Catherine.

And as I'm going over your stuff, feel free if you want to unmute yourself. Ask any questions. to feel free to chime in as well.

OK. And Catherine, I have your I have your TikTok, but I haven't I haven't seen your Instagram. Is it the same handle?

ACTION ITEM: Post video with better hooks focusing on intrigue and bold statements, and shift some 'I' to 'you' to speak to the viewer - WATCH

Nurse underscore Catherine seven.

@17:27 - Kathryn

same same name.

@17:29 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

OK.

@17:46 - Kathryn

I feel like I'm struggling with exactly where I want to go. I just I think I have too many different ideas and I don't.

I'm overwhelmed with trying to figure out what it is I want to do versus. What do I think is most interesting to others or needed or has the most potential?

@18:08 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, and when you say what you want to do, like the direction you want to talk about, the videos you want to create, the niche?

@18:16 - Kathryn

Yep, and the offers and I have way too many ideas. Yeah, I know I'm having a hard time focusing in.

@18:27 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And what are your potential ones?

@18:31 - Kathryn

Um, I thought like we talked about how I want to talk about dying end of life planning that that topic.

And I think that's what I want to do, but I posted one video and it did very badly. But I think I need to give it another try, but I haven't.

And then more health and wellness because I'm passionate about that. And then I kind of dabbled into parenting for a second and I got a little bit of a response and then I'm like, Oh, no, that's like completely.

@19:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

different.

@19:01 - Kathryn

I'm just jumping around. Um, and then I looked at one super viral nurse, um, creator and she really focuses more on talking to other nurses, which wasn't really something I thought about.

@19:14 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And then I thought, Oh, well, maybe I'd like that.

@19:16 - Kathryn

And I'm like, Oh my gosh, I have way too many, way too many, you know, areas.

@19:23 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. Well, that is a good problem to have, to have too many possible interests is it is good. I know it can be confusing at the beginning, especially like what, you know, what is my thing?

@19:33 - Kathryn

What are people interested in? Yeah. And then I could get more into like Medicare and Medicaid. I know a lot about those two things.

And I think a lot of people would love to hear that information, but it's not that interesting to me.

But it's something that might really get a lot of hits.

@19:49 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

You know, I don't know. Yeah. Yeah. And so as we get into the business side of things, is there something like a, let's say you're going to create create like business

mini course to give people a lot of information that you have to help them or educate them. Is there anything that stands out to you that would feel kind of exciting to teach about?

@20:12 - Kathryn

Yeah, I, you know, like thought about end-of-life planning and walking through people, walking, like having a course on advanced directives and other topics that you should really plan for, um, options for how to, um, live at the end of your life.

There's a lot of confusion and lack of education on that. But I, like, it's something that I think is a need, but it's not always that exciting to me.

You know, does that make sense?

@20:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. Yeah, and the excitement is that like, the passion's not there or just to talk with people about that isn't as exciting.

if you were to help people, let's say you people, people were paying you and you were helping them plan the end of life for a family member.

Would that be something that you could see yourself potentially doing if you're getting paid for it?

@21:14 - Kathryn

Yes, but it's not a happier topic. It's not like a bubbly thing, which there's a part of me that wants to be more less serious more bubbly because I've done serious for so long and so I kind of get I like it's a passion of mine because I think it's a huge problem area in our society that I want to address, but is it fun?

Not really. mean, people don't really want to, people aren't going to get excited about talking about that.

@21:46 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, yeah, I guess at that point it'd be tuning into being of service.

@21:51 - Kathryn

So, like for myself, I get energized, there's something that nourishes me to be of service to people and to help people.

@22:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. So, and as a nurse, potentially you might have that as well, but like if you were to help people and like what you did, like you felt how relieved they were and to give them direction is that something that would light you up.

@22:14 - Kathryn

Yeah, I think it would. Yep.

@22:18 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. So perhaps tuning into the element of being of service. When it comes to when it comes to business.

Yeah. At the end of the day, it's like, what nourishes you? know, like when you're falling asleep, like if you helped bunch of people and you're just like, ah, that feels great.

Like I help people. Awesome. know, or you did something where you were just having fun all day and that felt nourishing.

@22:45 - Kathryn

Tuning into that, you don't need an answer right now, but yeah, like you have to be nourished as well.

Yeah.

@22:54 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah.

@22:54 - Kathryn

And I've been doing that my entire career and have gotten a lot of sense. satisfaction out of that. I've helped a lot of people.

@23:03 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. There's a story that wants something that's a little less heavy, a little bit carefree. I hear that. Yeah.

it's like, I can relate. the subject matter I talk about is death. people are because I talk about that.

People are always coming to me with like, my loved ones, sick, my father just died, my mother's died, like all like, my best friend just committed to like all these things that are pretty intense.

But I don't know, just because it's like a subject that I really enjoy talking about, I like to be able to be there.

And I don't answer everyone's like, some people just like, you know, load stuff on me. I'm like, unless there's like an actual question there, I'm not really gonna go into it.

But yeah, getting some of that like, there's something in me that just like, I feel really content in life when I can help people feel better about life.

@23:59 - Kathryn

Yeah, we're done. Yeah, yeah, your videos though have likeness to them and it's they are uplifting because they're giving like the side that Like doesn't just end and it's so I find them ugly Nice.

@24:17 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah Yeah, I because it's like in my heart. I feel like death isn't actually a bad thing Like what's what the worst thing about death is the fact that people are really sad who are left behind and Right and often that's because they don't really realize what's going on.

Like if we realize what death truly was It's like oh, I'm going on a vacation.

@24:36 - Kathryn

I'll see you in a little bit. Right, right? Yeah So I try to like instill the truth that I see it into the videos that I create Yeah Yeah, so I I just I would love to get into it, but have it be not quite as depressing But like I was talking to my coworkers that I work in the hospital.

did hospice care for while and they They were we were having a deep conversation about this and they were telling me about when people are just about to transition to death that they say the room gets crowded.

@25:10 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

The people who are dying or saying that?

@25:12 - Kathryn

No, these hospice nurses were telling me that like the time leading right up to the actual death that they feel the room gets crowded.

They're like people arrive not physical people.

@25:27 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's fascinating. way you just said that, that, that felt like interesting, like that is like, felt like a video idea itself.

Um, but yeah, 100%. I mean, there are spirits all around. We've got spirit guides. got family members who are coming to visit.

And also sometimes when people are like in the midst of passing, they'll talk to people who are in the room or actually even there.

@25:51 - Kathryn

Yes. say that too. And I go, you mean the ones who are under all the drugs are like, no, they'll have no drugs on board and they will start talking to the people who have arrived.

@26:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. I have. I had a friend who was passing who was in his late 20s. And yeah, toward the end, he started just talking to family members who had already passed, as if they were in the hallway right there.

Like, yeah, I think it was like, we're slowly, it's like you slowly open up the veil of this reality.

Right. that's also great content. So as we do get into the business side of things, it's like you could create a mini course, just to just to try it out.

Like you wouldn't have to dedicate a ton of energy. You could maybe spend a week on creating a core in a few days, creating a course that's not a huge thing, but like a mini course.

And then you could create content around all the ideas that you had in that, and you could then guide people to that, which I'll show you the whole process to do all of that.

But the cool thing about that is you'll have it forever. And even if at some point you decide, you know what, I actually want to start talking about this other thing.

At any point, you could still make video about that process, whatever it might be, and you can still guide people to that specific funnel.

because everything that you talk about is all like, you know, nursing, it's also death, it's all still in the same umbrella.

So you could have multiple offers, and even then you can see which offer is getting the most traction and put more energy behind that.

So similarly, I talk a lot about past lives, but because of that, I also talk about soul purpose.

@27:38 - Kathryn

So even though soul purpose and past lives are two completely different things, they're kind of under this umbrella where I can have a course on soul purpose, which I do, and have a course on past lives, which I do.

@27:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, that makes sense. then I'm now getting into like, how can we express our soul in a way online, know, because I really want to help people do that.

So like how can And how can one open up their sole purpose to a greater, wider audience? Because the more conscious creators out there, I think the better the world's going to be.

that's, it's still under this interesting umbrella. And I see something very similar like that for you. Awesome. so let's hop in.

That's hop in. But the fact that you've been a nurse for this long, like you already have the credentials, you have the credibility.

And so it's almost like you're allowed like you, you've done it. You know, like people will listen to you because you have that.

So that obviously you know that. But I say that just to, to let you know that like that is, that's incredible.

It's, it's a good thing that you have. And to have that credibility. It's what, it's what drives people from like, I'm not going to listen to her.

Like, yeah, I'll listen to her. Oh, she's, if they're talking about your videos to a friend like, oh, she's a nurse.

She, you know, she's been a nurse for x amount of years. is what she said.

@29:01 - Kathryn

Yeah.

SCREEN SHARING: Michael started screen sharing - WATCH

@29:02 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Alright, so let me share my screen here. Okay, so we got your TikTok, and we got your Instagram. Awesome.

So just scrolling down for the videos here. Okay, so you haven't hit that thousand mark. yet on TikTok, which is okay.

And then Instagram. Yeah, I have some things to say about Instagram as well, because I've seen a lot of people have not as much success on Instagram.

I also have not had as much success on Instagram. But the income that's coming in from TikTok and Instagram, even though TikTok is much more viral, is almost equal.

So Instagram is just easier to generate income on. So it's almost like each of you is worth more. That is something to keep in mind as well.

@30:40 - Kathryn

I think I told you I have 10 followers on Instagram, and they're only people I know, whereas most of the people that are following me on TikTok, I don't know.

@30:49 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I don't know what... Yeah, I mean, it makes sense because a lot of your content on Instagram, but has like 33 max views that's not being seen by a lot of people.

So you're not going to get lot of for followers, with views like that. Definitely check out the Instagram video this week, because there's other kinds of content that can be created on Instagram that's slightly different than the, I'm gonna share a video on TikTok where it's me just sharing and talking, but it's no talking.

There's a song behind it and there's some text on the screen. So that's very, very popular on Instagram right now.

And again, with that, and I go over it in the video, but you can search for your niche, you can find some videos, there's trends, there's memes that are working, and just copy the meme, know, copy it, like take the meme template exactly as it is, just like how it's phrased, like the template of how it's phrased, and then make it your own around you, what you wanna share.

And as much similarity as you can, like the same. song, the same style. And a lot of it is like someone who's like, it's just them staring into a lake for like six seconds.

And there's a video, the audio plan. And then there's text in the screen. People are reading the text. Now the interesting thing about that is if a video is six seconds, but it takes 12 seconds to read the text on the screen, people have already watched your video twice.

So you've already got two views per person who goes to you. And then the algorithm goes, oh, there's a very they keep watching this.

This must be something that's super important. And that helps the algorithm. So definitely try some of that Instagram style content.

So let me hop back over here. So I'm just going to watch. So let's just check your views here.

Okay, so this one at 24. So like here, 24 views to 294 views. So obviously like try less of these ones that are 24, whatever reason it just didn't hit.

then this nurse one did more. So this one, and then this this one, I remember seeing this one, 291 and 294.

And then this one's got 539. So yeah, right now I'm just kind of looking at which ones of yours are doing a little bit better.

This one's got 700.

@33:26 - Kathryn

Obviously, the ones that begin like these could get more views this week. Yeah, I think that one that got 700 dysiliaries is literally just that.

There's nothing else to it.

@33:36 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, yeah, which is yeah, it's really funny, but it's like people love to read text on a screen. And if let's say you were in it and you just set up your camera while you were in front of like a some beautiful nature around where you live, or maybe you're just sitting in like a cozy chair with like a nice little scene behind you.

And then on the screen was just some text and it's what text do you write? Just look at what the trends are and see how people said what they said.

Like on TikTok for a while there was a trend with the text on the screen that was essentially saying like if you're here right now it's because the algorithm brought you here.

Because you're here you must be interested in and then you just list all the things that you share about and it's like and people are like thinking like oh the algorithm did bring me here I don't know why the algorithm just showed me this random video maybe I should read all this text and I can share that trend with you guys maybe I'll share it the chat because it's a fun one to do and when I've done it like I was one of the first trends I did and it worked I sent so much people they tried it and it worked so that could be one to try as well but copy the text like copy the style of text and just make it your own but yeah that is that is interesting

somewhere, you talk about what you have to offer, you can still guide people towards what you have. It doesn't take a lot of views to have people interested in what the next thing you have is.

It can be like, I've seen some that had maybe a thousand views. Instagram, I got a lot of thousand views, but I get a lot of people who are interested in what I have.

So if you guys are getting in the like year thousands or over thousand, two, thousand, that's awesome. Then it's about consistency, because you do that over consistent period time, and you have something you got people towards to purchase, then it becomes a lot of fun, you know, because all of a sudden those views become very, very valuable.

Cool. So I'm going to just open one of your videos here, and then right here, experience nurse here to spill the tea.

Love it. Awesome. Yeah. then once you have your Offer you can start to you can shift that around for your offer, but that's great.

You got the Experience nurse there. You can even say experience nurse of X amount of years, you know to add even more credibility I want to challenge you to do seven.

Okay, so first things first That I'm going to start it with this if it's a video start it with the speaking right away I want you to do seven days straight of meditation.

If you watch previous videos of mine another thing is What I found to work really well is To not give away the purpose of the video just yet.

So in the beginning you want to You want to tease something. So for example this you're talking about meditation.

So I might like for that I might like find like is there it I would search google for it is a Harvard study on meditation

And, you know, like, according to Harvard, uh, meditating made, made you live 10 years longer. You know, if there's some like fascinating facts up like that, I would start it with that hook.

And then to start a meditation challenge, that would be towards the middle of it, where you're actually sharing what it is.

And I've actually done that before.

@38:20 - Kathryn

Yeah, I thought in your last week's video, as you said, to start with a hook and that was one of them.

Like a challenge.

@38:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I mean, for every video, start with a hook. For every video, start with hook. But then what is the hook?

Like, what does it even mean to be a hook? like, what, what does that, what does that look like?

What is a hook? What's a successful hook? What hook works? And, um, the hook is something that just brings as much intrigue and interest.

So if you can create intrigue and people are still, there's still something mysterious about it, they will stick around.

because they want to know like, what the heck is that? Or like, even something like this one practice that I do every single day completely change my life.

You haven't said anything about meditation, you haven't said anything about meditation challenge, but there's this intrigue of, wait, what is she gonna say?

What is she gonna talk about? What changed her life to get them to wash the rest? So let's start it, start over.

I wanna challenge you to do seven days straight of meditation. If you watched previous videos of mine, I talked about how meditation...

And by the way, love your energy and this feels good. The patient has changed my life and how I think it's one of the best ways to help you make changes and habits.

And the more you can control your mind and you're thinking, the more you can control the things that you're doing.

See that, that's a pretty cool hook right there. You see how like the more you control what you're thinking, the more you can control the things you don't know exactly what you said, but like that is a bold statement.

It's an intriguing statement. I find often people hooks like in the middle of it right there. But that's good.

That's a good hook. And yeah, your energy is awesome. It feels light. feels fun. then the music also dig the music, but just maybe lower it just a little bit.

@40:29 - Kathryn

Okay, I'm turning the volume way down. I'm almost at the end of it.

@40:33 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I know some saw like this, this one, it has like a little bit like a drum beat. I usually stay away from ones that have like beats in them, like especially like the kind of beats because it just like I keep hearing it.

That's why I do a lot of piano stuff, a lot of classical stuff. I think for this, even like a five 28 Hertz like doing like a searching for like meditation music could be kind of nice because that's.

Pretty chill. But yeah, sometimes like, especially when it's got that beat, you got to turn it pretty far down.

Yeah. Wait, I want to see this hook again. I really like that right there. And does that make sense when I describe?

Yeah. Okay. Pull the things that you're doing. So the more you control your mind and you're thinking, the more you can control the things that you're doing.

Yeah, awesome hook. And then of course, you don't want to do it multiple times. So there was no pauses, no thinking of the next word.

And the more you did it, the more you did. So it's just like real smooth and also that confidence, the energy and that eye contact.

It's just like, whoa, she just told me something powerful.

@41:48 - Kathryn

Okay, what is she going to say for the rest of this video? Yeah, I'm trying, I'm, you've mentioned that before and I'm trying not to get too perfection as sick as I can just really say.

@42:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

spiral and just like oh my god I've just done this like 20 times and now I'm I just got to do it right and not like obsessed over it being perfect so yeah yeah I mean good enough is perfect you know like good enough is good um there's never going to be perfect because there's always all of a sudden then it yeah I'll do it until like oh yeah that's pretty good and I'll move on yeah I've gotten better already from like the first time I tried record it was ridiculous how I just completely froze and I'm like but the whole time so I think the more I do is either I'm getting 100 percent yeah exactly and for the the hooks or intros um it's like it's not necessarily even making it like perfect it's more making it so that you don't have certain things like don't have pauses don't have like the low energy or anything like that like once it reaches like the threshold of like

Like, you know, a little above average, then it's good, then it's like, okay, it's fine. don't have to continue working on it unless in your mind you're like, wait, I can do it.

I can make that even like, I have an idea for what the energy could be like or something like that.

And then when I say that, do you see what I mean watching it back, those slight pauses? Yep. Okay.

So, I hope that you will join me in this and I have some tips on how to start. What I did to encourage myself to do a daily one thing I talk about in the videos this week is these movement words of movement words or movement phrases guide people towards what you're talking about and essentially it's you holding their hand and guiding them along this journey of like, you don't have to think about anything.

I am going to make this so straightforward for you that You just feel like you can fully surrender to this video fully relax and to watch this video and The way I would describe that is you know when people are doing like hour-long presentations And they haven't described like how long the presentation is going to be they haven't described the points They're going to they haven't described what they're going to talk about and you're like hmm But then someone that you're like almost feels like you like feel a resistance to listen But if someone goes, you know welcome this presentation We're going to talk about how you can do this this and this so here's the first step and they get into it Like oh cool in my mind.

I that's like mental framework So the movement phrases help hold people's hand and guide them into the next so for example what you could do here is You say I have some tips and how to say you could say and here's some tips Here's some tips that I've learned on Dada so that like okay, and here is it shows them.

I'm about to present to you What it is and it also? It's like you're being of service to them like you're giving to them.

So like for example in my videos I'll be like, you know, there's research on what happens after you die.

Yep We actually figured out all these all these studies done like seven thousand studies done and then I go and here is what they found here's what they discovered So that like here's what they discovered it guides them out of the hook and the intro into into The explanation of it and it it separates them.

There's something about that that just like feels really nice Cool What I did to encourage myself to do it daily because it's incredibly hard to sit down and quiet your mind and Not do anything and not be distracted by our phones and social media and TV and everything that we're distracted by

So I bought this cute little eraser board thing at our direct store. So this also could be a good hook here because you're holding so like I bought this cheap little bit of the art store and this has changed my life you know without just without saying what you're doing what it's for just creating the intrigue of like this magical thing changed my life and then getting into it that could be another really awesome hook for you and also when you create videos on like a meditation challenge like this you can make three or four videos trying all these different things like oh you watch a video through you're like maybe that'd be a good hook and you can try it that hook it's like yeah if you have an idea first like I know you did the the death video and I gave you some suggestions on that some look coaching around it which I recommend implementing some of that but also

try trying to bunch like you know I have seen some people in this try something and it didn't work and then okay let's let's move on but just because one thing didn't work doesn't mean it can't work and sometimes it does take a few different even with this one video you can see like okay maybe if you try that hook or you started with that like you have so much good stuff in this video that you I wrote daily meditation seven day challenge and I created these little boxes and I literally put this right in front of my bed so that when I woke up it was in my face and I could not avoid it and then I got a little satisfaction out of checking off each day and then over here sometimes I would write my name love it well first of all is an awesome idea love that it's kind of like the the Seinfeld I'm not sure if familiar Seinfeld where he like has like check boxes and every time he'd write a joke he'd say check it off and you like full check box around his room

And it became famous. So one thing I also recommend is shifting some of the eyes to use so that you're speaking to them.

So even though this is your for accurate, here's what I do. And here's how it's going to help you.

Every day, you check this off, and you do this. So you're stepping into teacher mode. I know myself little congratulation notes like you did it.

So I encourage everyone to try this and put in the comments if you're going to do it and tell me how it goes and follow them like for more.

Have a great day. Awesome. Yeah. So those are my thoughts and suggestions on that. And we'll do one. Did you have anything?

heard something. OK. Let's hop over to maybe this one because it got to. do it.

@49:02 - Kathryn

I think that one's boring.

@49:05 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

But this this one, which would you like me to look at this this one?

@49:09 - Kathryn

I don't know. I'm surprised that this one in my late by my late 30s didn't get very many views.

So I was like trying to figure out what where where what happened with that.

@49:20 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So I'd actually like to back that one. Yeah, so for this, yeah, you explained that a really incredible journey that you want on and like actually really interesting information.

It doesn't really have a hook. So the hook right now is by my late thirties and that's your first three seconds.

So that's not going to capture attention in the first three seconds.

@50:30 - Kathryn

And then I said, I mean, yeah, and what I, this, when I made this, it posted before I was done and I wanted to put a different title on it, like something that would like my transformation or this was a transformation or something, but, and then I went to edit it later and it wouldn't let me.

@50:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So, yeah, it doesn't let you edit after the fact, actually already posted it, yeah. So yeah. Definitely add a hook and then the second thing also it's still like we're still not that it's this I suffered from it's like it's still a hook and then this is what you suffered from but it's still not hooking us in this is just what you've suffered from so it's still not creating the intrigue of desiring to watch the full thing.

So like there are multiple things you could potentially do for this the concept of all of the text that you're going to have in your video is on the screen always.

I would probably recommend like I would take all of what you said in here distill it down to like a paragraph of text and have it that like Instagram style they do also do on TikTok where it's just you in the background, maybe like holding your cup.

of coffee and like staring and it's five, six seconds long and then you have a very like quiet video playing in the background.

You can find some people who are already doing this and use the the music they're using and in that talk about your journey right here.

So as people see you sip in your tea they go oh in my journey I you know you started with the hook which is like um well what would you hope be it it's uh you it sounds like you're living almost more healthy life now than you were back in the day right right yeah so so that would be the hook so it's like um in some way mentioning like how your life is so much better now than it was you suffer from this here's what you did and so that's kind of the structure of that paragraph and I would just see how that that does and if you watch my Instagram video this week I go

that in a little more detail and give examples of that so you can check that out. Awesome we'll do one more quick one and then we'll shift to our next.

I absolutely love this. We must be the quarterback of our health. This was in response to a video I posted a few days ago saying your doctor is not the boss of you and this was a response I got and I absolutely love it.

It's the best metaphor and it's just rich with symbolism. I could just go on and on like take charge be the boss know the place call the shots roll the passes let's get a touchdown and you can't do it alone right you can't score the touchdowns alone you need your teammates and your coaches and the assistant coaches and the trainers and then the people cheering you on and it all comes together to get the first down so you can get the touchdowns and you can take over your own health.

I love the playfulness of it, I love the energy and for this, yeah, again, that starting with that hook and the thing and I probably wouldn't do those things that you have in the beginning, try to have your hooks be something that you say that creates intrigue, the energy you bring right here where you're like, build the place, call the shots, roll the path, that, love that energy and it's like, like, yes, we must be the quarterback of our health, you've got to do this, you've got to do you've got to do this and bring it into them right in the beginning.

I could see it, yeah, I could see that, but like, I had almost like, there's like a simplification to it, so.

I love this. We must be the quarterback of, yeah. And this as well, if you could shift it to them, to you, but it's like, I mean, essentially saying like, yeah, we gotta like take control of our health, you know, and like, if you could bring us some kind of, like, like, your wisdom, like, as a nurse, you know, like, you can say like, yeah, we have to, because I've seen the other side, you know, and it's like, whoa, wait, what?

And then you can share something that's like, I think you brought great energy. I think just like the hook could have been better, more, yeah, guess it's synced, and it kind of feels like this potentially could be the hook where it's like, yes, like,

Like, if you want to live a long life, you must take the, as a nurse, I've seen this, like I've seen the, so go and get it, you know, it's kind of like a, like a row up kind of post.

But yeah, that's my suggestions for this post.

@56:16 - Kathryn

Okay. So I'm going to need to work more in my hooks, seems like.

@56:23 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. Yeah, yeah. And, and focus on, yeah, those bold statements, they create intrigue, watch the videos I posted this week, because I go over a lot of those multiple different ones.

Do a search for your niche and see what their hooks are, and you know, look for the ones that have like 20,000, 100,000 million in view, like look at those ones and see, see how they talked about it and try to like borrow some of what they do, right?

@56:51 - Kathryn

Okay.

@56:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Thank you. Yeah. Great work.

@56:55 - Kathryn

Love it. Love the consistency. Yeah.

@56:57 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Thanks. Yeah. When I saw your page, I got Super excited because I just I love that you're trying all these different things.

love that you're really just like putting yourself out Then you're just going for it So I hope that helps Okay, so let us hop over All right, so the willis is Are you guys there Yes, sorry, we're here to unmute ourselves, we're right here.

@57:39 - the Willis’

Okay, sorry about that you guys All right, so let's hop a little bit. Yeah, thank you I'm nervous It's

SCREEN SHARING: Michael started screen sharing - WATCH

takes a lot of courage to sit there, Catherine, and take that feedback. So, good job. Now I'm really impressed that you're always so positive and uplifting in your conversation back to people.

ACTION ITEM: Create new video with same hook as 4K view video and more personal energy holding the camera and speaking directly to the viewer - WATCH

So, thank you for that. Yeah, it's just a good exchange.

SCREEN SHARING: Michael started screen sharing - WATCH

@58:17 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, good vibes. Yeah, it does take a lot of courage to be on the receiving end of feedback, and this is a safe space.

Everything is for your greatest good, I just want you guys to succeed. So, it's all even if it feels like it's harsher.

feels like it's... I'm going in. Sometimes we have to hear truthfully what could be even better.

@58:45 - the Willis’

Honesty is the best thing. We're here for it.

@58:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Be brutally honest. We can take it. Beautiful.

@58:52 - the Willis’

Beautiful. love it. appreciate that permission slip. I'm bringing it.

@58:57 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

All right. open these up here. So you guys too, it looks like your Instagram is not popping as much as your TikTok is, but I have seen that there is some popping off in your TikTok, I mean, you know, 1500 views, you got this 4K here, 4K, 21K, awesome, a bunch of 3Ks, very cool.

So this is, this would be good for when the business begins, especially that you have some videos that are popping off, 80K, 16K, very awesome.

And remember, any of the ones that are popping off like that, just fully replicate the video, replicate it, same hooks, say the same exact thing as I begin, and just like change it up just a tiny bit.

@1:00:00 - the Willis’

Okay.

@1:00:01 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And then here for Instagram as well. So my suggestion also would be search Instagram for your niche. What would you say your niche is?

@1:00:13 - the Willis’

Is it relationship coaching? is relationship coaching for sure.

@1:00:17 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. And maybe kind of like a spiritual side of it with like the divine union.

@1:00:23 - the Willis’

Yes. Divine union. Divine union relationship. Couple of coaching. We also talk about dating though. We kind of cater to single masculine and feminine energies that want to heal and call in divine union.

So how to prepare for that. How to do the heal, how to traverse the healing journey I guess you could say.

@1:00:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Excellent. Love it. Yeah. beneficial. Very awesome. And it's always good to have a couple that's a good template for that.

Um, so yeah, in the search on Instagram on TikTok, especially Instagram, there's a bunch of things you can try, but.

My guess is you're going to find, especially right now, for whatever reason it's trending, is very short videos that have a song in the background, and you can use the songs that you find in the videos, and then text on the screen.

Whatever they have, you can kind of replicate and make it your own, or you can just fully make it your own with that.

And as I mentioned with Katherine, six second video takes 12 seconds to read the text. The algorithm sees people watching multiple times, and then starts to send it out to more people.

And the next thing you know, you can have a viral video where it's just a single paragraph of text, but that paragraph of text gets so many views that as you guide people to the caption and into your business, you're getting people flowing into your business through a video where it's like, you weren't even sitting there talking for a minute and really coaching people.

It's just a very simple meme style video.

@1:01:54 - the Willis’

Right.

@1:01:56 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So like, just know that even though you're not speaking a lot, it's still will immensely value when it comes to business, immensely valuable.

So I would try the Instagram, especially since right now, you know, it looks like we're struggling 150, 180 system got 600.

So you could always, yeah, try more of that. Um, but yeah, I mean, even now it's like, you're, it's not necessarily like struggling, you're just trying.

@1:02:28 - the Willis’

Right.

@1:02:29 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It's like, if there's nothing wrong with not getting the views right now, because once you find the thing that works for you, then it works.

So right now you really are just like putting the time, the effort you're trying, you're doing these things to find what does work.

And just out of let's check out this. This one did leaps and bounds better than the other ones here.

@1:02:49 - the Willis’

So let's just check it out.

@1:02:53 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

We'll be doing the most. For a healthy man in his masculine should be doing the most for you, and you're going to feel.

so calm as he does, and it's consistent. A man who's love bombing you, can't keep the mask up for long, six months tops, and you're gonna feel agitated and you're gonna start to see like little cracks.

Yeah, I would even jump in and say, it's not gonna take six months. think it's gonna take a couple months.

I don't think a person who's not being authentic and being real and truly in love with a person. Yeah, so this one's got a great hook.

Love the hook, and so when you guys create content, do you record and just like talk for a while and then take the clips of that?

Or are you making each video as its own individual thing?

@1:03:47 - the Willis’

We're going live a couple times a week and then we make clips off the live.

@1:03:53 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay, but we wanna start recording videos like we did our most viral video with 80,000.

@1:04:00 - the Willis’

us sitting down with champagne and a charcuterie board and talking about how it feels to be in divine union in your body.

that's gotten the most. So we feel like after our meeting with you today, we need, yeah, it's part one.

After the meeting with you today, we just need to do that. Like we just need to replicate that and have an intentional video, not just a conversation.

Right.

@1:04:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah.

@1:04:23 - the Willis’

More purpose driven. Exactly.

@1:04:26 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It's it's it's pretty rare that I find content that is like a you know, podcast of long form podcast content and they take little clips of it.

Unless that podcast is like a huge podcast and people are really interested in the guest. It I haven't really seen that kind of content just take off.

Because there's just a feeling like I kind of feel that it was a maybe a part of something bigger.

But yeah, let's talk.

@1:04:56 - the Willis’

I mean, even like the vibe of this is kind of fun. You got like the wine glass there and the filter.

Honestly, yeah, don't judge it by she put a filter on and we got on so many comments about the On my account the first time today because of the filters like there were so 500,000 So many troll comments about his eyeliner, but we were like bring it because it was totally viral It has like a million views now on my personal account.

@1:05:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So That's great. That's I yeah, got this you got an all you got the eyeliner all of them love it That's funny.

was I was I was looking I'm like, hi.

@1:05:32 - the Willis’

He's looking like really pretty in this one I appreciate that. I'm mad enough to say Definitely a filter.

@1:05:40 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. Love it. Love it.

@1:05:41 - the Willis’

Okay, so let's watch it.

@1:05:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Let's see it How you're gonna feel when the person that you're with brings out your divine Or your divine masculine nice love love the the hook in that this is how you're gonna feel It it creates intrigue it doesn't tell them and

It's essentially it makes it so that they need to listen to the rest if they want to know what it's like in that and then This is how you're gonna feel of course that you're with Of course the filters great love the filter and I contact also important so If you when you start the video make sure you look at the camera, you know It's like we're making sure we're like our thumb is on the record And also we look good and then then shift your eyes back up to the camera Your divine feminine or your divine masculine I'll start first and then we'll move to the divine masculine and how he feels when he's in a relationship with a divine feminine When you're in your divine femininity because your partner is in his masculine nice love it Yeah, so this is kind of long-form content that you guys have here Long-form content with a good Hook in the beginning like you are explaining something over an extended period of time with a multiple part video With that hook

So, you know, was it the eyeliner? Was it the glass? Like, what exactly was it? This video did better than the other parts, which also are kind of similar to that.

So I would... This is how you're going to feel when the person that you're with brings out your divine...

I would create another video with that exact same hook that you used. Try maybe the exact same one. And then holding the camera, both of you, like even adding a more personal element.

I mean, you could have the camera set down. There's something personal about holding it, but almost bringing that personal energy, even more personal energy where it's like eye contact.

It's like very like direct. Like, this is how, like, this not where it gets like cheesy or you're like, you know, but like where it's like, this is how you're going to feel when your partner brings out divine feminine in you or by masking on you.

And you could recreate, you know, you could say the same exact thing. Like, I say a lot. My video is the same exact stuff, but it goes viral and a complete different audience sees it because it's on their for you page And there's billions of people who are on tiktok and instagram Yeah, I Have I've done that before where something that my viral to go viral again because yeah, I just talked about the exact same thing You could try it.

Yeah, almost exactly the same way. Maybe you guys are both holding wine glasses or something that you can make it casual there was I was doing a search for a relationship coaching and There was one where was a couple like snuggling bed Mm-hmm, and there's something kind of like cute about the snuggling bed and this one had the text on the screen But you could also do that where you're speaking and it's just like There's something intriguing about seeing a couple in bed snuggling, you know, right?

So let's find your other one that hit off here The car is always a goodbye, but it's like Such a casual, like, I love love the car.

The man, Charlene, is divine masculine, is confident, and extremely obsessed with you. Boom, great hook. So I would create love that you're like, yes, right there.

Like, yes, um, I would create some content. I'm saying right there.

@1:09:20 - the Willis’

No Islander.

@1:09:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I know how this go viral without the island. Um, so that was a great hook. It was powerful. Like, people love that directness.

They love that power. They love when it's like confidently telling them what this bold point is. And let's just listen to it.

Or is that man, Charlene is divine masculine, is confident and extremely obsessed with you. Nice. Um, Yeah. So I would try it.

I would try that hook again and maybe, um, maybe like your whole, your holding it. And, um, you know, you're talking to the camera, like, maybe.

like she's behind you or something and you say and you say you know what do you think about that babe and she like says something she like comments on it you can make it kind of like feels like it's super casual maybe you guys have it set up but great hook you can try multiple things with that you can expand upon it you can give all different all different kinds of facts all different kinds of stuff after that that hook you gave there if he's not obsessed with you he's not the right guy for you that means you are a placeholder in his mindset and to go into a placeholder is a placeholder is a woman in a man's life that he is getting certain things from whether it be intimacy or companionship but she's not the one that he wants to spend his life with nice love the information that you are sharing here the placeholder is also interesting like to me I felt in a level of intrigue when he said placeholder

Because it's like, yeah, it almost feels like an insult, wait, I don't want be a placeholder, you know, so you could, you know, you know, are you a placeholder in your relationship?

@1:11:10 - the Willis’

like that.

@1:11:12 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. You know, like, obviously, like talking about this person's like, is this your twin flame or a soulmate? Um, talking about twin flames, talking about soulmates, always like an interesting topic.

@1:11:28 - the Willis’

I personally don't do too much in the twin flame department just because that weird documentary. We don't know anything about it.

don't know either.

@1:11:34 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

We just know we don't want to be twin flame universe. That's what we know. you definitely want to stay as far away from that.

@1:11:41 - the Willis’

And the word, the phrase to inflame is kind of ruined because of that. That's why we're strictly soulmate and my person.

Yeah.

@1:11:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, yeah, totally. Yeah, maybe you just totally ignore that. But you could even be like twin flame or something like no, we don't do any that.

Like, we are just, we're just like, bring it down to Earth. Like, we are just, it's divine union where it's all about the love.

not about all the other stuff that people get stuck in. People are always like, am I this, am I that?

know, like, like, I want to be your twin flame, because so when people want to be each other's twin flame and all that, maybe you could bring it in and just like ground people back on Earth.

Um, loving, you're getting a lot of content. You're getting a lot comments here. This is definitely, uh, things to check out.

So like, okay, commented on this one. I love this man for you and you for him, you guys got a truly special couple.

mean, that's, that's pretty, that's pretty awesome to hear. Right. That's pretty great. um, that could, you can even reply to a video as a video with that one.

Because, um, it's talking about it's, it's, it's like, vilifying your relationship, essentially. yeah, you can. use that and be like, yeah, I do have a very special man.

Like, we have a connection that, and you could like just drop some kind of code that's deep on like what it means to like truly love or something.

But yeah, great, great. Cause that, that essentially like, this is what people want when they purchase what they're going to purchase from you.

they want that man, that special man.

@1:13:25 - the Willis’

And it's like, how do I get that?

@1:13:26 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It also has 17 likes that comment.

@1:13:29 - the Willis’

So you know that there's something there. Yeah.

@1:13:34 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Cool. Yeah, so lots of comments. Really awesome. Nothing less than upset. Nothing less than obsessed. Great. Patrick. Of course, Patrick Bateman highly disagrees.

Right.

@1:13:48 - the Willis’

Classic Patrick Bateman.

@1:13:50 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

the time.

@1:13:50 - the Willis’

That's where he come from. We're like the trolls are just proving our point.

@1:13:55 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Great. Thanks for being here.

@1:13:58 - the Willis’

100%.

@1:13:58 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. And it's cool. You guys got a lot of love in the comments. OK, awesome. let's go. Let's try one that's like 4K.

So 4K still is great. Like 4K is awesome because that's like 4,000 people who are seeing what you have to offer.

And a huge number, even if it's not. men do this, babe? Why do men love mom? Why do they come out the gate?

Why do men love mom? Love that. Come out the gate, guns ablaze, and doing everything perfect, and then pull their energy back and cause so much trauma to women and confusion.

Because in the beginning, a man is chasing, right? So a man has to come out of the gate aggressive.

He's got to come out and get her interest. Because if I come out nonchalant and not putting any assets.

the wisdom. And that question seemed to, mean, 4K is pretty good, I think. that you could still use like love bomb.

It's just like one of those, it's viral. It's like it does capture attention. People love to talk about it.

So you could use that hook potentially even shifting it up just ever so slightly. Why do men do this, babe?

Why do men love bomb? Why do they come out the gate? And then this, you could even have like the relatable way of speaking, which is like, maybe you're holding the camera and you go like, why do men love bomb?

And then you kind of like speak it as if you're talking to like your girlfriends on the app. And then you can kind of like open it up and you can get, you know, answer, like there's a bunch of things you can try.

I think like holding it in a way that feels even more personal could be could be beneficial.

@1:16:00 - the Willis’

makes sense. So could I do it like where I'm sitting like at the desk and a chair with my feet up on the desk with my glasses on?

It looks like I'm working and I'm like why do men love bomb? And then I would like turn the camera to him sitting across on the couch and he could look up from a book or something and be like well men love bomb because like are you talking about that?

@1:16:19 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Like.

@1:16:20 - the Willis’

Exactly.

@1:16:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay. Yeah. Exactly. Like something like that could be kind of cool or like he's across the kitchen and then you asking him that question has him walk over to the camera and give the answer so that he's can still be heard with the audio.

I like that. And then you know speaking in a way that that feels authentic and it feels like it is still just like off the cuff kind of kind of or you could just do it off the cuff and like have him answer you know like and not have him know and you're gonna do it.

@1:16:48 - the Willis’

Wait what? We've done that before.

@1:16:50 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

We've actually done that In the beginning when we were first dating he was like wait what and now he's so used to it he could just be like on like I'll be like babe why does why do men do this?

And I like turn the camera and he's like, well, I'll tell you why. Nice. Yeah. Yeah. think that could be good.

What's cool is you guys, you guys have lot of traction here and you can go into the traction. So and when you go into the traction, reply to one of those comments in the video with the traction and then create another video that's very similar, similar hook, all that.

It sounds good.

@1:17:28 - the Willis’

It's a man is very interested in you and he is set on you on dating you and on making you his woman.

@1:17:37 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

You will not have any doubts. Zero. And if you do have doubts and I personally would keep it moving.

He needs to know that you're the prize. You're the prize. That you that he is chasing you that you're not chasing him.

He's chasing you. I'm saying men are purpose driven me want to feel love it. Yeah, I think that I can see why that one that

One's got the 4k. When we first started to do it, it's a man like. I don't know, maybe like you rubbing his arm as well.

That also added like a vibe to it. Like starting off, it's like this interesting kind of like, kind of like intimate energy.

And I think that the hook can be even more like bold and to the camera. So what would a bold hook right there?

If a man is very interested in you and he is set on you, on dating you, and on making you.

Yeah, it looks like maybe you're looking at the, maybe it might be alive. You might be reading someone's question alive, perhaps.

yeah. So because this did get a decent amount, you could recreate it. And saying like at the camera, like, if a guy is interested in you, he's got like really speaking to the person about that.

@1:18:59 - the Willis’

So taking the content. from the live in a separate video based on the video instead of actually reposting portions of the live.

Yeah. He's saying like, yeah, make a bunch of like, it looks like you guys did post a lot of content in the live.

@1:19:15 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And you saw from all that content on the live, this is the one that people are most interested in.

So then you could keep it all. You could still keep it all up just for the content, but you could double down on that idea, that concept, that the hook and all that.

@1:19:29 - the Willis’

Hmm.

@1:19:30 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Right. Okay. Yeah, essentially just seeing what works and doubling down on it, inspiring and initiating handling and divine relationships.

Love it. Awesome. And do you guys have an idea of what sort of offers you'd like to create?

@1:19:53 - the Willis’

Well, we thought about doing like a course on calling in divine union, and we wanted to have a a portion for the masculine, a portion for the feminine, and then get into like smart dating to call in your soulmate and how you'll recognize when it's your soulmate.

So the first part of it would be the healing, right? And then the middle would be the smart dating, and then the latter would be recognizing soulmate union when it comes in, like, or doing pragmatic things.

Like I totally called, I've literally manifested him. Like I did certain things. I think she weighed my room. I did a lot of meditations and visualizations to call him, and I cleaned out the nightstand next to my bed to make room for him.

Like these pragmatic steps that you can take to make space for and call in your soulmate.

@1:20:44 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So that sounds like three different things we could do separately, but that's kind of where we want to go.

@1:20:51 - the Willis’

Yeah, creating a course, yeah.

@1:20:53 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, nice. Yeah. So then thinking about your, the demographic of it, so it'd be someone who doesn't yet have their person.

Or you could also create the content around the person that the couple who wants to go even deeper says that the calling in and there's The infinite.

Yeah, which I'm sure both wouldn't are very beneficial Awesome, well, yeah, great work guys awesome create the content. You have a great energy together It just feels yeah feels very solid and feels like like When you both speak you have the wisdom and you speak from a place that just feels like you know what you're talking about Which is which is really nice.

@1:21:31 - the Willis’

Thank you.

@1:21:32 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Thank you. Appreciate that. Yeah, it's a great work All right, so Cool, yeah, let's let's head we have a little bit of time left so let's head over to Mary I know you're shifting things up You

ACTION ITEM: Extract content from book to create PDF offers on end-of-life planning, goal setting, and homemaking tips, and create social media content around these topics - WATCH

But we can just hop over.

@1:22:01 - Mary Grace

Yeah, my page is a real mishmash of things. It doesn't have a cohesive element to it. And there's only one post on my Instagram because I used to have a separate account there, and I scrubbed all that content last year, I guess.

SCREEN SHARING: Michael started screen sharing - WATCH

@1:22:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

OK. Yeah, we got seven minutes left. Let's dive in. OK. OK. Awesome. So, yeah, for your profile, once you've have

You know, who you want to present yourself to the world, you can put that in the description right here.

You can keep your sun, moon, rising if you want, but just have essentially, once people arrive, have them know like what they're going to get by being here with you.

@1:23:19 - Mary Grace

I used to buy a ton of crystals, so that was really everybody in the crystal room would be like, what are your signs, so I just fit on there.

@1:23:27 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Nice, yeah. Alright, so we got, this one's got 800, that one's, 700, 600, 800, okay, and the fun filters here.

Okay, so let's hop over to...

@1:23:55 - Mary Grace

One that has the most views is 12,000, and it was a review with some shoes I bought from somebody off TikTok.

Nice.

@1:24:06 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So maybe you're maybe you'll become the shoe woman. All right. So let's just are some of these have you made some of these recently?

This one I remember seeing this one.

@1:24:19 - Mary Grace

Yeah, I just did that when I think last week and then the one with the AI image was last week.

@1:24:28 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Nice.

@1:24:29 - Mary Grace

OK, and then most of these other ones were before I signed up for the class.

@1:24:35 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

OK, cool. So let's check out the image. Yeah, so I guess it all depends on like what you want to be sharing about, like what exactly you'd like to be sharing about.

But this one all about essentially astrology, like what the, for this current season of astrology and what can help people, if you were to make this one in kind of more of a viral way, I probably wouldn't do this where it flashes a bunch of different texts on the screen.

Some of those could do well, but typically I haven't seen this style of content do really, really well, maybe have like a voiceover.

But for this, like the hook, if it was just text, I would say probably. I'll be the hook would be like bigger, bolder, and shorter.

So this is what are some of the goals for focused and detail-oriented energy of Virgo season? So yeah, for that, it's like up in the front center right here, maybe like, what do you need to know for Virgo season?

That then captures the attention and then, you know, you can share about all these. But even this, like, as I was mentioning with some of other people, where you have a bunch of text on the screen and maybe it's an AI or maybe it's you or maybe it's nature, it doesn't necessarily have to be like always yourself.

Like, I have seen this work for people when they use AI or they use nature shots. But I would put, you could try putting all of the text on the screen with the top of the text,

essentially the hook, which is the very first thing that people read, which is like, here's what you need to know for Virgo season.

And then, yeah, and then sharing it all within that block of text. And you got some, yeah, you got some fans here.

Love it. Yeah, so does that make sense?

@1:27:29 - Mary Grace

Yes. Okay, yeah. That was honestly one just to post something because it was like, I was about to go to bed.

And that was the day you sent out a thing in the in the telegram that was like, have you posted today?

@1:27:44 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I was like, no.

@1:27:45 - Mary Grace

so I just like, I did that. You made it.

@1:27:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

That was just to get something out there. Nice, nice. Awesome. I love, I love the experimentation. And that's the over this one.

Everything works out for me. Everything. Do you? everything works out for me everything that I'm wanting everywhere I go things are lining up for me I love how the ideas flow to me.

I love how in the right place at the right time I like how easy it is to cue myself up to infinite intelligence I like this world in which I live and all of the opportunities that present themselves to me on my path of no Resistance at precise timing and most of all I like my ability to be there to receive them I'm not a little Abraham Hicks is always good And for the after this I see you're still kind of like figuring out what it is that you're sharing and talking about yeah And so yeah, it's it's kind of like filler content really because it's yeah part of it also is because That's the kind of stuff.

@1:28:46 - Mary Grace

I've been hosting over the last like year or two that I've been on there and so Sometimes like some somebody I know will send me a DM or something as I'll post something like this one chick She really likes for me to post up

She likes to try to guess what that what I'm using for the collider's coke filter and the the Abraham hick stuff in the past like it's always just been hit or mitz like Sometimes it really takes off it does.

I mean for my content.

@1:29:15 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It takes off and does really well But most of the time it stays like in that lower range Yeah, yeah And so now it's as as we kind of shift focus into business It's like, okay, well, what?

If I'm going to be calling people in and I'm going to be sharing about something What do I want to start sharing about that's going to be in alignment with what I want to?

sell and You did mention your book. Yeah, and what is what's the?

@1:29:49 - Mary Grace

subject matter of your book I Know you're gonna ask this Okay, it's actually hide in to the series, Desperate Housewives, which I remember that show, but so I was doing like a cookbook segment like throughout it where it's vegetarian and vegan of the same recipe, but then also homemaking tips and life like setting goals and things like that and decluttering and then also the end of life planning because there's so many dead people in the show and so many funerals, and so when I was when I was working on it this week I realized like I can remove all of the Desperate Housewives content and then make PDF files of homemaking or end of life planning and then make those like under ten dollars each and offer a bundle if somebody wanted like homemaking and end of life or if somebody wanted like even just the recipes or something and they could like mix and match, but it's it's really a talk.

and with this.

@1:31:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So the book is okay. So you already have the book and it's you just remove certain things of it and kind of rework it.

@1:31:10 - Mary Grace

Yeah, that's what I want a it's the book itself is going to be a physical book to sell. But then I think that I can extract like because there's going to be a lot of like end-of-life planning and talked about death cleaning and talking about advanced directives and all that sort of stuff but then also other things separately about goal planning and how to follow through with what you're doing and how to break things down if you feel overwhelmed so that it becomes a manageable because I feel like it'll tap into people who feel desperate and overwhelmed and and so I think I can remove all of the references to the show and just extract that stuff.

And then have separate PDFs that I can offer people as like the low price. mean, the book wouldn't be expensive either but it wouldn't be geared towards people Like it wouldn't it would allow other people who don't care about the show To still benefit from the content that helps people with their lives.

@1:32:19 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, beautiful That's awesome. and reworking contents great Like the my main selling thing that I have right now is content that was reworked from live events That I then turned into this and I was like, what can I create a product?

I'm like, wait, I already have a product I just haven't put it together in way that yeah, I have yet.

So it did work. So yeah So that's awesome. And then for that just creating some content around The subject matter of that to get people kind of interested in yeah in that right now Yeah, awesome.

Yeah, it sounds like you are kind of like figuring out and weaving around and working it through so yeah Yeah, I love it.

I would just experiment with uh concludes this call. appreciate you guys being here and I hope you have a wonderful Labor Day.

I hope you have a lot of fun. Sending y'all so much love and I will see you in one week!

Adios!
