This meeting is being recorded. Welcome Lorraine.

@0:36 - Lorraine

Thank you. In a busy day. have to blank out to eat something.

@0:41 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I mean, I'll be. I'm always more than welcome to do it.

@0:48 - Lorraine

However you'd like. Thank you. Appreciate this.

@0:56 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Welcome, Allie B. Great. Xavier and welcome iPhone feel free to switch up your name so we know who you are.

@1:07 - Alli Bee Yoga

Thank you. Hi Michael.

@1:10 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Hi, how was your week?

@1:13 - Alli Bee Yoga

It was really good. I've been really busy helping host. I just accidentally posted something I didn't put anything in the comments.

I just had a really inspiring post to talk about my retreat coming up in December. So it doesn't have any hashtags.

doesn't have any comments. It doesn't have anything. just kind of like my phone is about to die. So kind of like glitched through it all.

So I'm hoping that maybe this like actually finds the right track because I heard like sometimes like no hashtags can help bring in authentic people who are just meant to see your page.

@1:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah.

@1:52 - Alli Bee Yoga

Is this on TikTok or Instagram? TikTok. I've been trying to do like a thing with TikTok. I'm trying photos with TikTok because my one photo about like 5000.

and views. It was a couple photos and I had never done photos on TikTok. I've been doing a lot of talking but I like TikTok because TikTok is like my space to talk and Instagrams like the showing real photos.

It's interesting trying to figure out what people like but I'm using TikTok to kind of market my retreats and people finding their light and that's what my retreats are all about and so I'm just like getting really clear with my message and I think that's been really important for me and so like it's kind of also turned into like selling the retreat to other hosts.

I do like tours of the property and stuff all my TikTok but it's been really helpful for me to also sell to my host because I'm like look at my TikTok you can get a tour.

@2:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah and when you say selling to your hosts who are the hosts?

@2:54 - Alli Bee Yoga

I'm trying to get you to do it with your lady. Oh like other people I'm basically helping leaders become leaders and share their gifts with the world but retreats and especially in El Salvador are super hot hit right now El Salvador is a trendy country people want to see it and doing it in a group setting is a little more exciting and feels better for the nervous system for some but yeah it's a beautiful property it's very photogenic very Instagram TikTok worthy so I'm trying to also maximize being a part of the team and trying to sell it and make money in multiple ways from TikTok not just for my retreats not just helping people find their life but also helping to sell and make commission self-jinning nice so the retreat center would then give you commission of whoever you bring in yeah I get more of a commission if self-chance like if I brought it in it didn't come from their smart leads or from their website page

Let's talk about things so, so, so important and just post it all the time.

@4:06 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Nice. And I know an Instagram.

@4:07 - Alli Bee Yoga

Well, we go. Post them for good.

@4:13 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Exactly. Yeah, I was just posting something as well right up to this call. I love it. But yeah, I know on TikTok, they used to not let you edit anything after the fact.

And now you can actually edit your description after the fact, which is nice.

@4:29 - Alli Bee Yoga

So you can't because I don't think I've been able to edit the description at all. Or the cover photo, the cover photo, like, so I'm like, like, why?

I want to like be able to post a picture and have that be the cover photo. But like, you can't on Instagram, but you can't.

@4:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

you can't, you can't do that yet on TikTok. But, you know, sometimes those weird cover photos are the ones that get the attention and then people come on hopping on in.

@5:00 - Lorraine

Either way, I got a violation for trying to edit a post after seven days and said you couldn't edit a post.

@5:07 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I wonder if that was maybe like an error message and not the violations.

@5:13 - Lorraine

I know you went in and it said that your account was in good standing. I know. don't know where my feeling is.

@5:20 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

If it said something about not being able to edit it later, it might have just been like like a stern message, but not necessarily like a community violation where you like did something wrong.

@5:30 - Lorraine

It was the bad letter to set that up.

@5:33 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, it was probably just a like an error that they made look a little bit too attention grabbing.

@5:39 - Lorraine

Okay.

@5:40 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Thanks. Yeah, I think I think you're good.

@5:44 - Lorraine

Yeah, I need to get brave enough to post again. You got this.

@5:51 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Welcome, Annabelle. And welcome, Susan as well.

@5:58 - Alli Bee Yoga

And if it's any. Oh, for you. I try to post and then forget about it. Take away the perfectionism.

Like, I just posted something and like, I didn't mean to, but it's there. I was like, well, I guess that's what was supposed to be out for the world.

So sometimes going back and trying to audit something that's already out there.

@6:22 - Lorraine

Thank you.

@6:24 - Alli Bee Yoga

Just wing it. Yeah, just like, let it go because like, people are always going to have opinions. And you got to also like, let that, like, let the, I don't give a about it.

Try to have that attitude of like, I'm just going to be my authentic self. Let your true self shine.

And then you'll find that right tribe. So don't try to be anything else but yourself.

@6:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I have a big skin especially beginning. Yeah, I posted plenty of weird stuff in the beginning. Sometimes you just got to get a little weird and have fun and try things and, you know, and then you're trying.

@7:00 - Alli Bee Yoga

can also see you grow in the process too.

@7:05 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Awesome. Cool. So let's just ground in real quick. Just do a quick grounding exercise. So if you're here now or watching the replay later, just close your eyes dropping into that present moment, put your feet on the floor, grounding in you.

Take a nice deep breath in. Let it out with a smile. Another nice deep breath in. Let it out with a sigh.

Now just feel your body. Feel what it feels like to be alive to have sensation. What senses do you recognize right now?

You're hearing the sound waves from my voice hitting your ear. Maybe you feel your skin. Potentially a temperature on your skin.

skin, you feel a vibration of your own body, beating of your heart, being alive in your human being, really appreciating your body in this moment.

The body that you've had since it was a little tiny baby and now you've evolved into a beautiful being.

If your own life, you can do what you want. And you, the awareness that's hearing this, is your soul.

The one that recognizes, oh yeah, I am alive. That's your soul. Your soul is infinite, unlike your body. Your soul is infinite.

And so through this awareness, you can recognize the infinite possibilities that you have. You can create more time in the day if you need more time.

You can tune into what people might find most interesting and share from that place. Recognize the infinite possibilities in front of you.

Now, wherever you're at in this journey of creation, journey of business, see it and just feel it. Feel where you're at right now.

Take a nice deep breath in for this moment. Maybe feel good with where you're at. Maybe feel like you have more to do or you want to be even further.

But just recognize that you are exactly where you're meant to be in this moment. Any feelings that come up are all there to guide

Angio towards what you're meant to do. So if we allow these feelings to guide us, that's when we're allowing our soul to speak to us.

Now I want you to envision in a month and a half from now, where you'll be, where would you like to be?

Maybe you've released a product, you've finalized your funnel, you've completed automation, you have something where if you share, you know that people are going to go into your soul system and they'll be guided to be given what you have to offer.

How does that feel? feel knowing the completion of that? Now, imagine all these souls around the world who all really strong a desire what you have.

They need what you have. going to help them so much in life, and they're all willing and ready to purchase it, ready to have that beautiful energy exchange, and all they need is for you to show up to share yourself, to share your vision, to share your imagination, to share your knowledge, and to guide people where to go, to guide them into your funnel, into the link so they can learn all about your offer and to be able to purchase it.

And just take a quick moment to speak to these souls, perhaps offering some appreciation. creation, for them being out there for some recognition that they exist, perhaps letting them know that you desire to help them, and you can't wait for them to experience what you have, hope it helps them in their life.

Sending them some gratitude and coming back to this moment, taking a nice deep breath you. Very slowly blinking your eyes open.

And coming back to this present moment, welcome bright creators. So brief overview of where we're currently at in this program.

So you may still be working on social media, I hope that you are. I know some of you have taken a break from social media to focus more on the creation of your product, which is totally fine.

In fact, I've found that when I take breaks from social media and I come back, sometimes that's when things start hitting.

I've taken like three month breaks and come back and then everything just took off. So really awesome. I also feel like there's always new energy when we take a step away for a moment.

So just know that it is okay if you're not like grinding away at the social media. At this point in the business.

So right now we have everything available to start creating your first offer. This first offer, which is going to

be a low ticket offer. Something that you can create, easy to create. Of course, if you want to go all out, you can certainly create your high ticket offer.

But I recommend just starting small with something you can easily create. One thing that I wanted to mention, which is an incredible resource, is chat GPT, which for AI, is clawed.

There's all different kinds of AIs out there right now. And it's truly remarkable. And it's just the beginning of what its capabilities are at.

But those who do use it in a proper way are going to have success become be much more useful than for those who don't.

Because imagine having a genius next to you and you can ask the genius anything about you yourself, about what you want, etc.

So I found that it's an incredible inspiration. So as Do you are creating this? Oh, go ahead, Ali.

@15:03 - Alli Bee Yoga

How much is the chat?

@15:06 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

GPC, the pro version is $20 a month.

@15:09 - Alli Bee Yoga

And is that the one that is like, right? word ready in the comments and it'll just automatically send that is different.

@15:18 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

That's many chats, so that's more in the automation realm.

@15:22 - Alli Bee Yoga

Do you recommend that? Or is that kind of like?

@15:25 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I once we complete what we have, then I'm going to start getting into many chat because I definitely highly recommend any chat to great way automate the system.

@15:34 - Alli Bee Yoga

Okay. And then the AI chat, it's just like it writes everything out for you, like you're programming and what's.

@15:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, exactly. Yeah, it can do, it can do everything. It's kind of like attached to the human imagination in that right now it's got all of the human knowledge that's on the internet and it's learned how to, it's learned what language is.

So when we speak to it, in whatever language we want, it goes through its database and can string things together that don't actually yet exist.

So it really truly is an imagination platform. And the reason why I recommend at this point is you might be thinking about like, what is my low ticket offer?

what do I want to create? What would be good to create? Some prompts that you can add are like, let's say you are a relationship coach, you can say, what are the top 10 things that people need to learn in relationships.

You can say something like, I'm making a low ticket offer, it's around maybe this much, and it's going to be smaller.

And I want to create something based on my niche, and you can share what your niche is you can go as deep into as you want.

Give me, you know, five, 10 suggestions on what I could do. And it's going to just spit out a bunch of really interesting things that are all based on what popular books, popular subjects, people who have written on this subject.

um, I'll know about it. And once you have something, you can say, okay, well, could you put together an outline of a great mini course in this?

And then it will instantly just give you an entire mini course. And what you can do is you can, you can take this and be like, Oh, that's great.

Or I'm gonna use that. And you can make it your own. Or you can take, let's say you've already started creating your course, you can take the outline of your course that you already have.

You can copy the whole thing. Even if is not finished, you can copy the whole thing. You can paste it in something like chat GPT.

And then you can say, uh, is there anything I'm missing? Or is there anything I can expand upon even further?

And it will take what you currently have, and it will open it up even deeper.

@17:45 - Nikki Lang

So. Well, I want to hear that. I missed the first part. Hi, everyone. So I'm like, what are you copying out of your course?

@17:52 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Is it like the transcript? Or what do you copy? So right now we're chatting about AI and utilizing AI to help you create.

@18:00 - Nikki Lang

create your course to create the outline to expand upon any subjects that you don't know.

@18:04 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And one thing that's really incredible with AI is its ability to let you know what you're missing. So if you have your outline of your course, you've already written an outline, you can just copy, you can paste your entire outline, and you can just drop in and be like, is there anything I'm missing?

And it will recognize what you're talking about, it'll know full niche based on all human knowledge, and it will share, Oh, why don't you try this and that.

@18:28 - Nikki Lang

Yeah, very cool.

@18:30 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, so at any point in the process, when you're totally finished with it, you can copy and paste it and ask it questions, and then just tune into your own excitement and your own skill set in this, and you can utilize that to drop it in it.

But it's great from very beginning of just ideating, figuring out what you could create up until the last moment of, is there anything that I'm missing in this?

@18:54 - kathryn

Hey, Michael, I've been playing, I've been using chat GPT for a long time, but I don't have the version?

Is it like way better? Like, does it make better suggestions? Is it more thorough? Like, do you know?

@19:08 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, yeah, it is it is a bit more thorough. The pro version is their latest version, so it's going to be more intelligent.

The latest version also browses the internet, so it can find the latest information if there is some new information and it will bring you information based on what is browsed.

The paid version also allows you to generate images, so it's just little more intelligent. They're updating it every few months and yeah, it's it's phenomenal.

@19:37 - Alli Bee Yoga

Do you have the like chat GPT that you recommend, like in the library link that you sent us, or is there a referral for like all the links that you recommend?

@19:49 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Um, you can just go to chatgbt.com. Okay, and then and then the other one that you wanted us

@20:00 - Alli Bee Yoga

Oh, Kajabi. Yeah.

@20:05 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, that's in the setting up Kajabi.

@20:09 - Alli Bee Yoga

Okay. Is that part that like leans for these devices recommend somewhere that I can like go to later on?

@20:16 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, anywhere where I talk about it in the lessons, I'll include it in the bottom as well.

@20:23 - Alli Bee Yoga

Okay.

@20:24 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And maybe I'll make like a links. Yeah, I can I can add some links as well in the on the side of the course too.

@20:31 - Alli Bee Yoga

Yeah. Okay.

@20:33 - Lorraine

I had a question about the Kajabi said there's like a 30 day trial. Is that during the time of the course it's extended or if you wait and do it a little later?

@20:44 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

If you're not. That 30 day trial starts once you once you sign up. So once you register for Kajabi, that's when the that's when the 30 days starts.

If you tap that link and also one thing to note with that is As I mentioned in the lesson on it, if once the third is over, it'll just bill you for the 199 option.

But at any point before that ends, you can go into your billing and change it to a $69 option, which probably is going to be good for most people because it gives you the product, gives you basically everything.

And then once you start to use it and actually bring people in, that's when you can upgrade if you need to.

@21:33 - Lorraine

So it's more like numbers that matter to get higher?

@21:37 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, exactly, exactly. at a certain point, I had over 10,000 contacts and that's when I had to upgrade to the next one, which at that point it was paying for itself.

@21:51 - Lorraine

So if you wait another month or two, it start right then, 30 days.

@21:57 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, exactly.

@21:59 - Alli Bee Yoga

Is the chat cheap? PT called the, let's see, OpenAI?

@22:08 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yes. Yeah, OpenAI is the company.

@22:11 - Alli Bee Yoga

Okay. Or there's chatgpt.com.

@22:17 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Chatgpt.com is just goes directly to chatgpt and then OpenAI is probably the parent company and they'll probably link to it.

@22:25 - Alli Bee Yoga

Okay. Okay. I'm just like gathering all these links right now in an email for myself. Awesome. Okay.

@22:32 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Thanks. Yeah. Really incredible resource. There's a lot of people who are creating full courses very quickly from just generating them via chatgpt.

In fact, in Kajabi, one of the options that you can click is for it to generate a course for you.

For some reason, it's set on by default, which I don't like. But when I guide you on how to set everything up, you can uncheck that so that it doesn't, because then it creates a bunch of things you have to delete.

for the fact. Yeah, even Kajabi's adding that AI.

@23:04 - Alli Bee Yoga

Are we going to have a whole class on setting up the Kajabi? Maybe little bit later, once everyone's ready for their course.

@23:13 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I could potentially do a live one, but there is a recorded class in the course right now that has going over and setting up everything in Kajabi.

@23:23 - Alli Bee Yoga

Oh, OK.

@23:26 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, so right now we have up to setting up Kajabi, learning about creating your offer, and then I guide you into actually creating your first course and how to input all the stuff in their audio or video or whatever your course might be.

The next steps are then getting into marketing. And just curious, where is everyone at right now? Just get a pulse on where you guys are at.

I know, I know Nikki, know you have, you're, you're steaming along right now.

@24:08 - Alli Bee Yoga

I'm really pretty as well, like, I just like, I don't really quite understand how to like, hit the videos and where to put them and like, what to do exactly how to like, put them into a course, but like, I could come up with a manifesting workshop that's my low-end ticket and then I can have like, a five yoga class course that I'm selling for people to have on demand.

Like, I could come up with something like that very easily. I would love to do that, but I'm generating money while I sleep.

@24:43 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, exactly. So what you want to do is I'm trying to, in the back end, setting everything up. So if you do them all in order, it'll just guide you to set it all up.

Just to make it as, as easeful as possible, because after that, it does get into the marketing and stuff and that also has to.

be done linearly. So I recommend going into the sole offer module and in that just starting from the very first one and just kind of rolling down from there and it will guide you step by step through the whole process.

Up to the point where at this point you could create that, can create the yoga offer, you could create your low ticket offer, whichever offers you'd like to create and then we'll get into the marketing for that.

@25:27 - Alli Bee Yoga

I guess I'm confused because I don't know where these modules are. I think I was trying to write email because I don't think I got that.

I think that's what I'm missing.

@25:37 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay, let me send that over to you.

@25:40 - Alli Bee Yoga

I'll drop in the chat right now. Okay, thank you. But yeah, no, I'm ready to rock. You can even use me as an example if you need to.

@25:49 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Sounds great. I would love to use you as an example of a very successful student. All right, there you go.

@25:59 - Alli Bee Yoga

Thank you.

@26:00 - Nikki Lang

So I kind of decided today on a whim after meditating this morning that I just wanted to start offering my course for free just to see like honestly to use it as like further lead magnet.

@26:14 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Cool.

@26:14 - Nikki Lang

So I posted today about it and I've sent it to like 25 people today who requested it which is very exciting and now I can see like who's doing it who's finishing it which is very cool.

I put an offer of zero dollars but like choose what you pay but the minimum is zero. Someone chose to pay me a hundred dollars for my course today which like felt crazy.

And at the end of the course I kind of put like this little secret message if you will or offer saying like I'm just opening up my one-on-ones I only have five spots to wear taken if you're interested let me know but I'm thinking like just because I'm doing it through LinkedIn.

Dennis is a little bit different like in terms of having a million followers is not really realistic on LinkedIn of just like offering a higher ticket, giving a lot away for free basically and then having fewer high ticket options.

Like right now I want to start with one on one, but I'm thinking of doing like a cohort, you know, like a six or eight week cohort where every week we do something together and charging like 1200 bucks or something for like a 12 week cohort something like that.

I don't know I'm still figuring out kind of like my pricing and packaging, if you will. But it feels really, really exciting you guys keep going because just like even if I'm giving it away for free right now like the fact that people are interested and want to know more and are actually engaging like feels very rewarding.

Unless you've got a hundred dollars. Oh, yeah, it's fun.

@28:01 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

That's phenomenal. That's great. Yeah, Nicky, absolutely love that. Congratulations on getting your first $100 from this course, that from this free course, one of the options of Joby when you're setting up anything, and the offers is pay what you want, or people can just enter anything in there, of like donation based.

So that's very, very cool. I mean, I've seen a lot of really good signs, you know, where someone reaches out to you, asks for the one-on-one spot, or they pay you for something that they could potentially get for free.

So that's just a lot of the universe, a lot of collective consciousness, letting you know that what you're doing, you're onto something, you're the one to do it.

And starting with free stuff is always a good idea, because free essentially creates like good karma. The more you give, the more people are, like they'll want to give you money, like this one person did.

And you certainly can generate a whole community through all of your free stuff. stuff. And once you have something to offer that is paid, like a higher ticket, the program you just mentioned sounds great, that price point sounds great.

Then you can put it out there and let them know that's limited. know, there's only available for X amount of students.

And because they've already got so much from you, they're going to want that more like tangible support.

@29:23 - Nikki Lang

Yeah, that's kind of I'm like, I found this one creator on LinkedIn that's kind of Oh wait, sorry, I accidentally pressed that.

I this one creator on LinkedIn that's inspiring me a little bit. And he gives away so much valuable information for free.

And I just find myself like wanting more and more, but he has this program. And now I'm like, I want in the program because he's giving away so much value and creating so much trust and goodwill that I want to know everything that he knows like I want all the secrets.

It's not like like, Oh, I'm going to get enough for free. don't need to know the rest.

@30:02 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It has the opposite effect.

@30:05 - Nikki Lang

Exactly. So I'm not feeling like I want to keep it close to the chest. Like I truly want as many people to engage with this stuff as possible.

@30:14 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And the free stuff that he offers, is it beyond his social media?

@30:19 - Nikki Lang

He has a podcast, which I think he's just doing on Pajabi. You know, he's just like recording these like 10 minute videos and he has like 50 of them.

You know, so I'm just like going through them all, which I think is genius. You know, it doesn't have to be like complicated and an hour long and have guests.

And you know, so I, I've been going through all of that. And then he, I mean, he's incredibly tech savvy.

We both work in tech. actually work for an AI company. So it's funny. But anyways, so he like does these videos of him like showing, just kind of going through someone's LinkedIn.

and optimizing and telling them how they can brand better because he teaches how people how to make money on LinkedIn.

And they're just like really well done and he gives away a lot of really valuable information and he always says like comment document if and I'll send you the entire 20 page document.

So of course all of his all of his posts have all of this engagement and all of this like reach because everyone wants his free thing and that makes him, his posts go more viral and so I'm just kind of like I'm inspired by that.

@31:38 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, it sounds like he might be using many chat for that as well, many chat which automates the process of sending people things if they comment a certain keyword.

Yeah, it's like if you think about the things that you have purchased, we usually watch their stuff for a while, got a bunch of free stuff like we've let

I know when I've finally signed up for things like it might have been years that I've just been following them and doing all that.

So yeah, that's phenomenal. The more the free the better, if you can put free content out there and people actually use it and want it, that's a great sign.

That simply means that you have a business there, it's just waiting to be built. And the AI company that you work for, what do they do?

@32:32 - Nikki Lang

Yeah, copy AI. We sit on top of all the big LLM, so, know, anthropic and open AI and all those.

And we are like an interface that allows businesses to build workflows into their businesses for unlike the sales and marketing side.

So I sell to enterprise companies to help them implement AI across their go-to-market organization on the sales and marketing side of things.

@32:59 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Cool. Yeah, it's wild. AI is taking over.

@33:04 - Nikki Lang

Yeah, that's very big. But the good thing to everyone on this call is there's so many good free options that you can, like even the free version of Chet Chippity is outstanding.

@33:17 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. And Claude is also a great one.

@33:19 - Nikki Lang

Claude has a nice like warmth to it, something about it. But Claude is actually, in fact, Claude is actually a more humanistic writer.

you're going to use the copy that it's generating, Claude is a better writer. Chet Chippity is a better analyzer and researcher.

So Chet Chippity, especially Turbo, is better at going out and researching. What's the difference between paid and the free version of Chet Chippity?

They're just the versions. like the free version is not like the latest and greatest version. But it's still incredible.

@33:57 - Alli Bee Yoga

I recommend the free one. I do recommend the $20 a month.

@34:02 - Nikki Lang

It's up to you.

@34:03 - Alli Bee Yoga

I think you use.

@34:05 - Nikki Lang

I use my companies. I have to all of them through through CopyAI because we sit on top of all the, all the models.

So, here's a cloth, cloth.

@34:18 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

cloth is the only shot.

@34:20 - Alli Bee Yoga

OK.

@34:22 - Nikki Lang

And please take my course.

@34:23 - Alli Bee Yoga

I put the link there.

@34:26 - Nikki Lang

Anyone can click the link and take it for free. I'd love to get your guys' feedback. honestly, you'll find that it's just, of course, on mindfulness and meditation.

It's just wrapped up in how to incorporate that in your professional life and sales.

@34:42 - Annabelle Kronik

That's great. Yeah, I also work in tech.

@34:46 - Nikki Lang

I actually do global partnerships.

@34:48 - Annabelle Kronik

So, would be great.

@34:51 - Nikki Lang

thanks. And about who do you, what company do work for?

@34:54 - Annabelle Kronik

don't want to be work in ed tech, so I work for Padlet. Cool. That's awesome.

@35:00 - Nikki Lang

You guys. It's neat AI, let me know.

@35:01 - Annabelle Kronik

We're using a couple of different AI folks.

@35:10 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So how are you doing, Annabelle? How's where do you feel? Which level do you feel at?

@35:17 - Annabelle Kronik

What's the right idea? I have not been posting videos at all for the last few weeks. And I go through these waves with posting or creating anything really.

And in the last week or so, it feels like the universe is sending me signs to go back into that world.

I guess one of my concerns is I used Kijabi before. And it was great. I have a few courses set up in it already.

I didn't really get to the funnel side of things in Kijabi. I used a different. There's a couple of things that I used.

And It's like 200 bucks a month, right? I'm not mistaken, if that's correct.

@36:06 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It's, there's 200, that's 150, and then there's 69, depending on how many contacts you have and how many projects you have and things like that.

@36:14 - Annabelle Kronik

Okay, yeah. So I think what ended up happening last time is it went great for, I've had two different cohorts and it was very helpful.

Sorry for the background noise.

@36:27 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Can't even hear it.

@36:29 - Annabelle Kronik

Okay, cool, great. And then I kind of stopped putting an effort into generating new leads and doing all the things that you do to keep your business running.

I ended up just paying for it, hoping that it would somehow magically work on its own, even though I didn't set it up too.

So I guess that's part of my hesitation to go back to it because I would have to go back into my account and immediately like...

invest myself again, which is great. And also kind of scary because last time it worked until I stopped trying and then it didn't work.

And then it was a lot of money that I spent basically for a while. So yes, I don't know, Nikki, if you're talking to me for a different minute.

@37:21 - Nikki Lang

can you just do a free trial with a different email?

@37:23 - Annabelle Kronik

know it's a little like, yeah, but like all my stuff is on the other one, like all videos and like slideshow decks and homework and exercises and yeah.

Are you paying for the option that lets you store it? No. No.

@37:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

that mean it's deleted? Potentially.

@37:52 - Annabelle Kronik

Oh, well then that's a blank slate that might help you with that thing actually.

@37:58 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I know like when you cancel they give you all these options. would you like to save your stuff, but potentially they might just save it and they might just be cool like that.

@38:07 - Annabelle Kronik

I remember it being really frustrating to cancel and I was not given any offers to save my information.

@38:18 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay, maybe it's at a point where it automatically does save it.

@38:21 - Annabelle Kronik

it's all gone, then maybe that's a sign to just start over.

@38:26 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It could be. Yeah, I recommend checking out the dream business funnel lesson that dropped this week that will give you an overview of like, well, once you have something, how do you set up all the funnel and everything?

Because yeah, that's absolutely vital when it comes to all of this is to have some sort of funnel setup where it's as easy as possible for you.

The marketing is all set up so that all you do need to do is share on social media and guide people to it.

@38:58 - Annabelle Kronik

Yeah, I think I had a fun And also on like flow desk and freebies and all that stuff, my issue was I didn't guide anyone there.

So there is no one going into the funnel.

@39:12 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. And funnels, like there's so many different kinds of funnels, some of the different ways to do it, some of the different things that everyone says you should do.

But what I'll be teaching in this is what just works really well. And I've seen it work really well for me.

I've seen it work really well for other people. So. One that I'd recommend.

@39:40 - Nikki Lang

I just want to give all of the women on this call permission to just go out and make a splash and use your voice and speak your truth and take of space.

Okay, like we are always asking for permission, you guys. We all have something super, super valuable to share. And I know it can feel really, really scary, but like the world needs us.

The world needs our voices. So just don't hold yourself back if you have something to share, which we all do.

@40:17 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yes, Nikki.

@40:18 - Lorraine

Thank you.

@40:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, thank you for that.

@40:22 - Nikki Lang

Yeah.

@40:24 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, it's very true. Yeah, especially as conscious creators, your voice is very, very important, especially right now, you know, where the world's at.

There's a lot of people who are struggling. There's lot of people who are suffering and they are in the shadows.

You know, they don't let themselves be known too much. And the internet has got to the point where it's connected all of us.

It can connect you to someone in Ohio who really doesn't like their life. And you may feel like, you know, you're still learning, you're still growing, am I there yet?

But what you have, even just your frequency, your... emotional state is enough to help ground them. And we don't know all the people we affect.

So yeah, really, I really appreciate that, Nikki. It is very, very true.

@41:12 - Nikki Lang

You all absolutely remind myself of it every day before I post, like, I'm allowed to be here to use my voice and take up space.

And no offense, Michael, but a lot of the men out there are not asking for permission. Okay, they're taking up all the space.

So we need to get our voices out there, too. And I think that genuinely is one of the reasons why I've had positive reaction because it is a different, it's a different message coming from like what they're used to, especially in the space that I'm speaking.

And I, and you'd be shocked, like 90% of the people that are responding to what I'm saying are men.

And I think, like, there's this need right now for this softer side that that isn't out there. So I think there's a real need for

what we're sharing here, but I will be quiet enough.

@42:04 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

No, I always welcome to share. Yeah, 100%. The softer side is truly needed and it's important. got that reflection even from this guy this weekend, a friend of mine who's like, you know, one of those guys who's like huge, works out all the time is like super masculine.

And he said, Michael, I feel safe in your presence because of, you know, that softness, that openness. And I think the world just kind of needs that right now.

@42:34 - Alli Bee Yoga

Also happy birthday.

@42:36 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Thank you. My birthday is officially tomorrow.

@42:39 - Alli Bee Yoga

I appreciate that. Yeah.

@42:42 - Nikki Lang

you're going to be even older, which is shocking.

@42:47 - Alli Bee Yoga

You're about to be 26.

@42:49 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

What are you talking about?

@42:50 - Nikki Lang

That's what I thought.

@42:53 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I've been duped.

@42:57 - Nikki Lang

42. Well, that's what got you here, Nikki. Here we go. I'm just so pleasantly surprised that I'm not, I don't know, I feel like Gen Z is the one that is teaching the millennials now, but if us millennials still have something to teach, that's great.

@43:13 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, we all do. mean, by the time I'm 76, I plan on having a nice white beard and I feel like I'm just on my wizarddom.

Yeah, that's totally funny still to share.

@43:25 - Nikki Lang

I loved your post about your vibe attracts your tribe and it's like these three old gnome men types.

@43:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, a little wizards. Yeah, that is absolutely my desire. So does anyone have any questions or any any places you feel stuck or if you need some more Nicky motivation?

@43:47 - Lorraine

I'm sure she's got some more.

@43:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

This is how I know that you're going to be absolutely successful. Like the things that you share, I feel an energy from and I'm not even your demographic when you talk to the women, but like you are absolutely going to be wild.

@44:00 - Nikki Lang

accessible with whatever you do. I believe that too. do. Yeah, that's why I'm so excited because I kind of know that this is it for me and I'm excited to share.

But yeah, I think everybody has that in them. just have to find our voice sometimes. And I'm happy to be a high-girl pep talker, connect with me outside of this group.

Happy guys connect and I can be a resident high-girl.

@44:34 - Lorraine

I appreciate that. Happy birthday Eve, Michael.

@44:38 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Thank you, Lorraine.

@44:40 - Lorraine

And I don't know what generation I am, but I'm in a different planet than all this techy stuff that's for sure.

@44:47 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

But being from a different planet is cool.

@44:51 - Lorraine

I resonate with that, Lorraine.

@44:54 - Nikki Lang

Can we just start talking about like past life stuff then? If we're done like with questions, I just want to ask Michael.

who's passed my questions.

@45:03 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Well, we'll stay on topic, I'm sorry. anyone have any questions?

@45:10 - Alli Bee Yoga

I guess my next question is like, I guess, in order to like set up the course, I need to get the kajabi first.

And the GPT. And so as far as kajabi goes, what subscriptions do I need to like take away? Because in that case, like there's Zoom, there's also MailChimp.

What else is kajabi doing that I don't?

@45:42 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Kajabi is the mailing list software. So like MailChimp, you won't need MailChimp anymore. Definitely you can get rid of that.

And I recorded a lesson on how to switch from MailChimp to kajabi. Zoom is like, you might still need Zoom if you do ever want to just like host stuff on Zoom.

You can host stuff within Kajabi. I personally still use Zoom just because I really like the way it's set up.

I feel like they do a great job with buffering and making sure it's all high quality, all that and everyone has it and it's easy.

Yeah. It's also a shopping cart. Zoom? No, Kajabi.

@46:19 - Alli Bee Yoga

Okay, so I can create merchandise nice to on it.

@46:26 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

You can, I mean, you can you can sell.

@46:28 - Alli Bee Yoga

Yeah, you can sell whatever you'd like on it. My horse is okay. Yeah. Okay, and then as far as the $69 version, that is fine if like I'm just growing it, right?

@46:44 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

it's just building. You're yeah, you're good.

@46:48 - Alli Bee Yoga

I didn't have it like I didn't have certain qualities or courses or abilities.

@46:56 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It's just the contacts. Yeah, it has everything. It's just like you can create. at one course, you know, and if you want more, then you can upgrade, but if you're just building right now and you just want to get everything set up, it's a great option.

@47:11 - Alli Bee Yoga

Okay, is there a way to have help if needed? Can I send you a message if I'm blocked on something?

Yeah, totally.

@47:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

definitely let me know if you feel blocked in anything, because I try to create the lessons as straightforward as possible, and if you do have any questions, definitely let me know.

I'd love to hear what they are.

@47:33 - Alli Bee Yoga

Watch the course first and then do it.

@47:35 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Got it. Yeah, yeah, and I might rerecord the one of setting up Kajabi, because it's just a lot different now than when I set it up, and I'm realizing that you can't send out emails until you're paying for it, so you can't send out emails if you have a trial.

So you can set everything up during a free trial, but you can't start using it. I think probably is because people used it to spam, know, they got like free accounts and they'd

fan of a lot of people and they made it so that you have to pay.

@48:02 - Alli Bee Yoga

But the email list can be transferred to the website from your email list can be transferred to the contact session in Kajabi.

But I guess like on my website, it has like a pop up and it's like joined the email list.

Can I make that the Kajabi list?

@48:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, with Kajabi, you can create a, like a little form, like an embeddable form. And then you can embed that form in your pop up.

Okay. Yeah, because you're using WordPress for your website.

@48:37 - Alli Bee Yoga

Yeah.

@48:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah.

@48:42 - Alli Bee Yoga

Okay. I don't know how to fix that pop up. But I guess it would just be a link to the Kajabi form.

@48:50 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. Yeah. we can chat because I was the one who set up your website back in the day.

@48:56 - Alli Bee Yoga

Thank you. I'm learning techno. I'm like getting acquainted with it. I'm like, change kind of like shakes up everything inside of me.

But I guess I just am like, do I just do go now? Or do I do go now like a once I have my courses all like figured out?

@49:18 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, just step by step, I would just start setting everything up once you have questions, you know, but set everything up.

So it's all set up and then.

@49:30 - Alli Bee Yoga

And that'll put some fire under my butt to actually get going. Yeah, when I start getting, I want to have to pay for it.

@49:39 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, yeah, exactly. Yeah, and it's it's very powerful software. It's really, really awesome what you can set up with the automations and emails and the funneling everything and just yeah, it's it's it's pretty great.

I'm I'm digging it.

@49:56 - Alli Bee Yoga

For sure. And so the marketing side of it all are you going to be teaching that?

@50:00 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

next week or yeah that's next so right now it's up to the point of just like finishing your product and then it will be okay now you've got like a mini course or some like a low ticket offer essentially when I say low ticket offer it's anywhere from like seven dollars to a hundred dollars that people generally purchase it for but what I recommend doing is like what is the value of what you're giving and you want the value to be as high as possible so you can make it like two hundred dollars and then within this funnel that we'll be creating people will have the opportunity to get it at a discounted price just for the people who are going through that funnel so when someone purchases they need certain reasons to purchase to increase the desire and one of those is urgency which is like the sales only available right here right now and for that I found about about forty seven dollars is a good price point to discount it

But yeah, we'll be going into all of that step-by-step as well in the coming weeks.

@51:06 - Alli Bee Yoga

So the load ticket offer is 27 or 47?

@51:10 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I mean, it depends what you want mine is 47, you know, does 27 get more sales than 47 maybe?

know, it's a lot of these things you don't know until you test or you feel into your audience or you feel it feels good for you.

But, you know, if you get a couple people at 27, how long is it typically? It's going to be anywhere from like a single video to five videos, maybe more if you want.

Like mine is a past life regression library, which is just audios, so it's 10 different hypnosis audios. But if you want to make a mini course, it could be like five videos long, or you can make it a single video that's like an hour-long class or two hour-long class.

Okay. Yeah. I would generally be a good low ticket.

@52:04 - Alli Bee Yoga

Got it.

@52:05 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

OK, cool.

@52:05 - Lorraine

Yeah, kind of a dumb question. But you record that from your desktop. All your videos are on the phone, but your course is not recorded from your phone, but like the best, right?

@52:20 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, that's a great question. So how to record it? Everyone has kind of a different style. Some people like I was talking with James and he's got one of the most remarkable setups.

He's got all these different cameras and equipment and like, it's pretty cool, but he also majored in film. And but what I would recommend is probably if you can film with whatever camera you have, that's the highest quality, which most likely will be your phone.

So I have the iPhone 15 Pro, which has a little Really good front-facing camera now. It's like one of the first iPhones that like the front-facing is like very nice.

I personally like to be able to see myself when I'm recording, so I like the front-facing. It's also easier to like tap record to see like where I'm at.

I don't recommend stopping and like buying a camera and figuring all of that out. I've done that before and usually that's just like not feeling sure of oneself and then like going out and procrastinating by buying the equipment.

Once I have the equipment, then I'll be professional enough to finally have people like me, but it's not true.

you could have the shittiest webcam and you could say some stuff that's absolutely remarkable and people will love it.

@53:45 - Alli Bee Yoga

It'll be absolutely successful. Do you recommend maybe recording it on Zoom and then saving it on your computer and doing it that Yeah, I mean there's business coaches.

@53:55 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

know that have a course that's over $10,000 and and they recorded it via Zoom. They just, you know, pressed record on Zoom and did it and they had little slideshow as well.

So yeah, really it's just about the content.

@54:12 - Lorraine

Yeah. So when you're recording on your phone, for a longer course, you gotta set the thing up. You're not holding it like for your short clips, right?

@54:20 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. I would recommend getting like a ring light and that is essentially a ring that's a light. And then in the center, there's a little stand to put your phone in it so it lights you up and you can have your phone sitting there.

@54:37 - Lorraine

Okay. you can set that thing in.

@54:40 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I've gotten kind of nerdy with my setup but I have this thing which this is actually a book page turner.

So like for, if you're using like a Kindle or something like that, it has a little piece right here that is conductive, kind of like a finger.

So it feels touch. And then this, when I press it, it simulates a touch. So I have my camera set up right here, and I will put this right over my phone.

Well, I can do right here, but put over my phone where the little record button would be. And then when I press this, it taps the record button.

And I just, like, as of two weeks ago, I recording all of my content in TikTok, because the TikTok app is the only recording software that I personally know of thus far, that one will let you record for 10 minutes.

I wish it was longer, but right now it helps record up to 10 minutes. It lets you pause the recording, and it has all these filters.

So I always do the smooth skin filter just so it looks nicer. And then I can pause it when I'm ready to pause it, and it makes editing really quick.

I, you know, James, he loves to just record the highest quality and bring it into his Adobe Premiere and actually physically edit it himself.

And it takes couple hours, but that's his passion. You know, so I love, I love to automate things make them as quick and efficient as possible.

You just got to do what feels good for you.

@56:21 - Nikki Lang

So I literally used the, the recorder within Pajabi and just used my webcam. The thing that I did realize I have a microphone here that's connected to my computer.

That's the only thing like if you're gonna, I think your webcam for most new computers are pretty good, but the microphone made a huge difference in sound quality.

But that made it really easy. I just, I did everything in one take. just like coped, I didn't mess up.

And if I did, I just kept going. And I just, it made it really, really, really simple because I, I like to keep things simple.

@57:00 - kathryn

I brought this and so that I could start and stop the record but it didn't it only works with my iPhone camera when I tried it with tiktok it didn't work.

@57:12 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I know yeah I've tried one of those with tiktok as well unfortunately it doesn't because what that thing does is simulate you press the volume up button which is you on most phones you press the volume up it's the shutter and tiktok it doesn't do the volume up I was I was pretty bummed about that as well which is why I ended up getting this but I can post a link to this as well in the equipment setup and then Nikki love what you said about the mic good audio is super important if the audio is bad it's like kind of feels super cheap even if the video quality it's not that good I'm currently using the Blue Yeti this one's great I bought the USB-C cord for it will you share the link here that mic

Can you just show it too? Yeah, yeah, I will.

@58:06 - kathryn

Is everyone just using their iPhone or I miss part of this because how to deal, but or people using their Mac or they're something else or webcam?

@58:20 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I use my iPhone. Yeah, so I use my the front facing camera on my iPhone and it is I've got the iPhone 15 Max Pro, so it's like really good quality.

I know the 16 is coming out soon and probably get that just because I like the latest stuff, but that's what I'm using.

@58:44 - Nikki Lang

Can I have your iPhone 15 when you get the 16? I'm still on 13.

@58:52 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

13, might be time, might be time upgrade.

@58:57 - Nikki Lang

think so.

@58:59 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I think so. Especially if someone in tech got to get that latest.

@59:05 - Alli Bee Yoga

Yeah, I get your job for it.

@59:08 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, have your job.

@59:10 - Nikki Lang

They're already paying for the chat GPT might as well.

@59:12 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And also the new iPhone 16, and I believe it goes back down to the earliest 15, which is going to be their new operating system, which has AI built into the entire thing.

It runs on the phone itself so it doesn't send your personal private stuff into any cloud. And that's going to be a game changer.

It's there's an incredible keynote on that phone. And yeah, it's really it's worth the upgrade. think it's going to be.

There'll be a difference in people who have it and people who don't, because you can do so much more and can learn from you.

@59:49 - Lorraine

Was that the 15 or the 16?

@59:53 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I have the 15 and then the one that's just coming out as the 16 and it's coming out. think in maybe like a month or so.

@1:00:00 - Lorraine

Maybe like. It's not usually when the new one comes up and you could like get a 15 or a better deal or something.

@1:00:04 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

That's true.

@1:00:06 - Nikki Lang

I like the way you think Lorraine.

@1:00:08 - Lorraine

It sounds like it's better to get whatever.

@1:00:13 - Nikki Lang

The operating system can run on 15 too. It'll feel like a huge upgrade from the 13. So I'll be happy.

@1:00:21 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. And the 15 is great. I love the 15. quick. It feels good. The camera is awesome. Yeah. And put the new AI.

@1:00:32 - Lorraine

It's going to be a lot of fun.

@1:00:35 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

And then this microphone that I'm using right now, because the 15 has USB C. I just plug the microphone into my computer and when I'm done with that, I plug it into my phone.

And then automatically it just switches to the mic there. So when I'm recording on my phone, it will have really nice audio.

@1:00:54 - kathryn

So where's your microphone plug in now?

@1:00:57 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Right now it's plugged in zoom. So I'm actually using it right now.

@1:01:00 - kathryn

But it's just plugged into the side of my laptop. So how does that work if you're using your phone to record the video?

@1:01:07 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, so when I'm using my phone to record, I just unplug it from my laptop. It's usually just always plugged in there.

And then I'll plug it into my phone. And then when I'm recording, the iPhone automatically will just switch to whatever is plugged into it.

So then when I'm recording on my phone, it gets all the audio from the mic.

@1:01:27 - Nikki Lang

So you just use the same USB-C for your phone and your computer?

@1:01:32 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah.

@1:01:33 - Nikki Lang

Yeah, see, I got the stuff of the old charger, so.

@1:01:37 - kathryn

And your mic plugs into the phone, into the bottom.

@1:01:41 - Alli Bee Yoga

It does, yeah. adapter for that, or like, what kind of?

@1:01:45 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

With USB-C, I mean, I think they started USB-C with iPhone 15. But with, because it's so universal, like USB-C, it charges things, it transfers data, it's microphone, is everything.

So yeah, since it's just USB-C. It just plugs in and works, but if you have a iPhone before this one, they make cords that it goes from USB, which is what the microphone is, and then it goes to little iPhone connector.

Or you can get some little dongle adapter. There's that Lakeview.

@1:02:23 - Alli Bee Yoga

That doesn't come with it. Right. The dongle.

@1:02:27 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It does not. It doesn't. But if you search Amazon for Blue Yeti, yeah, like there's little dongle that. Yeah.

Potentially could work.

@1:02:38 - Nikki Lang

This is for, this is a USB C. This won't work on my iPhone, but I never thought about plugging in my mic into my iPhone.

@1:02:46 - kathryn

Where do you plug it in?

@1:02:48 - Nikki Lang

My computer. So when I record on my computer, I have it here. Right now, right now it's not. should change it and see if you guys see a difference.

Yeah, I just changed it.

@1:03:08 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, definitely sounds better.

@1:03:12 - Nikki Lang

On my audience.

@1:03:14 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Going somewhere weird.

@1:03:15 - Nikki Lang

I can't hear you guys.

@1:03:25 - iPhone

Hey, it's Susan. I have a few questions whenever you guys are done with the mic talk.

@1:03:31 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, feel free to ask your questions, Susan.

@1:03:37 - iPhone

Okay, so I have a couple of questions. I'm not quite sure what it would even be called. My question.

So is it possible to make a video with a. Like an AI person, like a different. Have like a like a fake not a fake person.

What kind of a fake person doing the speaking? Yeah, how would I like I would like to do her.

Yeah, like I guess an avatar. I don't I'm not in a technical words, but Having a person that's not a real person.

Do the presentation Like how would I do that?

@1:04:22 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, we're getting Well, like he's great. We're getting very very close to that Susan very close to that right now.

It's like it's really good They they speak clearly. They look pretty good, but it's like a tiny bit off at this moment but But eventually take your hand well But eventually yeah, eventually there's going to be a lot of AI Influencers where you won't even know that they're not a real person There'll be AI people teaching courses because you can get

a whole factory of people pumping out millions of different people, teaching whatever you want, because they're teaching it based on AI as well.

So we're going to see a revolution and education on that. At this point, I would say it's probably too soon because it might feel a little bit off, but like give it one year and you potentially could.

There are some apps, it looks pretty real, but like every now and then the inflections are a little bit strange.

@1:05:28 - iPhone

Right, so I did start a TikTok thing. So as I told you since I'm not presenting myself on there, I'm, plus I'm not tech savvy, this is the first time I've ever used social media ever.

So God, I bought a cheapy little phone that I got for free by doing whatever. Otherwise my whole business would have been on there as in my learning curve.

My toes are probably on there. I don't even know but um so I I did that so I try to put out it's right now it's not really in content per se because I'm learning how to use the concept um but what I am learning from the situation is currently I seem to have a more male following more male um which I I also found that they're looking for some um I don't want to say a softer side but some light put into their world as well um so I tried to put out I guess it's I don't know if it's like like a mode a little more motivational a little more like a quote or something like that that's more uplifting or and I keep going to like at least like for example if I put

and quotes does that hash tag, for example, I might also go keep going or whoever is on that life struggle.

So I try to put it in as like, in there just so like a good deed. So if it lands in their world, at least there is, you know, hope in there.

it's, you're going to laugh at me, but I tell you this, but I'm going to tell on myself. So maybe it was the second time I ever put something out there and I popped out like throughout the day, maybe eight different things or nine different things.

And then I didn't get like one response. I wrote the letter. wrote six docs. I said, there's a problem with your system.

Can you check my account? didn't one out of millions of people or billions of people. So. it's kind of funny.

So I've learned that you can get some that, for whatever reason, I have no idea, doesn't get any, and then one right next to it gets more.

So it's very interesting. I'm not quite sure how that how that seems to work. And then do you take the zeros?

Like I just took the zeros off. If it went a couple hours or a day without anything, I just put them in that reserve spot.

Is that what you do? Or do you keep them on there?

@1:08:35 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

I don't know. What some content could take like three days to go viral. I've had content that looks like it wasn't really hitting.

And then after few days, it started to the algorithm, especially at this point, is like so much content could take a little bit time.

So I usually give it a little bit time. Like if I create something that's just an absolute dud. And yeah, I might at some point just hide it or make it private or delete it.

Usually I just make private so it's still there but only I can see it because I find that the ones that I did at the beginning it almost is like the next day it doesn't get anything really for the most part it's like whatever is put out that day get something but the day before it doesn't usually I don't see it grow from behind but does it sometimes I mean is that if it's it's up to the algorithm of wants to send it out so if it's sent it out to people and they don't watch the full thing or they flip through or don't like it it can say okay let's not send us out to anyone else and that is an option which is why you know you could have the most amazing video but if the first five seconds don't hook them in a really powerful way and they and they go buy it the algorithm is going to be like people aren't interested and it just doesn't that's why it doesn't send it out so that's why like hook is so important and I'm always studying hooks I've got a list of viral accounts that I go and

They're like different subjects than mine, but I'm like, what is it about their energy that made people watch that video?

And so I would try all different things. you do have any videos that do hit more than others, you can replicate what you did.

Same intro, same everything and be like, maybe I'll amplify my personality or amplify what I say.

@1:10:23 - iPhone

But see, that's the challenge because I haven't figured out or I haven't done anything where I put my voice on it.

And I haven't done anything where I put me on it because I'm not going to put me on it.

So that's why I'm trying to figure out how the concept works in order to figure out within my parameters as well as parameters.

@1:10:48 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So that's why you're asking about the, if you can create like an AI character. Right.

@1:10:54 - iPhone

And then, right, because sometimes I get this guy's voice, like the message I like. But the guy's voice that comes with it, because I don't know how to change the voice, I'm like, oh, you look like a little Debbie down right here, dude, but it's the message and somebody else is speaking, so I don't know how, you know what I mean?

@1:11:15 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. Yeah. I mean, if you do want to experiment with AI avatar characters who look pretty human, there's an app called Captions.

You do have to pay for it, I think maybe there's like a free trial, but you can do all different kinds of things.

You can speak yourself, you can type in, like essentially what you want them to say, and then they'll say it.

You can certainly experiment with that, but it all depends on where you want to guide people to in the end.

@1:11:46 - iPhone

So do you have an idea of what kind of potential product See, that's the whole thing. Because I wasn't in a transitional spot when I started this program, but I'm in a transitional spot somehow.

So I'm not. quite sure. I didn't want to put out in a direction. I might start to put in a direction that I might go.

But I wanted to practice with this first because I don't even understand the concept of social media. Some of the things I see, I'm like, really?

don't even really pay attention to it. Yeah, because it's my eyes were burning. I literally had, I've only been doing this maybe a week, maybe two, and my eyes for like they were like swollen and red.

I'm like, what is this? Because this phone is 5G and I'm on it more than I normally am. So is that a thing?

Like, it's basically affecting me to the social media.

@1:12:54 - Alli Bee Yoga

I would get, I would get a blue blocker to put on your, like a blue blocking screen. It helps to protect your eyes from the I have to cause I'm on my computer a lot.

And if I don't have it, I get like really back bags under my eyes too. Just have to make sure like an hour or two before you sleep.

don't look at it, try not to look at it first thing in the morning and let it be like a all day thing.

@1:13:20 - iPhone

I've never had that before and my eyes were like in pain. I was like, this social media, I can understand why people are stressed out.

Yeah.

@1:13:29 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I was going to suggest that there's also blue blocking glasses. You can use that block because that's the more like strainy kind of light that comes off the phone.

@1:13:40 - iPhone

And then I have a second question regarding the recording thing. You might have talked about it at the very beginning, but I might have forgotten it on your course.

I mean, so when you take the video, yeah, say you do your, you know, your and then you put it in bars and then you do your next thing.

put it on pause, but it seems like you go back. See if you like it and then continue, is that right?

But how do you do that?

@1:14:04 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Because maybe I missed that part.

@1:14:06 - iPhone

So it's going back and then stopping it without it ending the whole thing.

@1:14:14 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I create it in TikTok. So I create it in the TikTok app. And if you do that, when you're recording it, you can record it, you can stop it, you can record it, you can stop it.

And then if you hit the little next button on the bottom right, that goes and you can watch it.

And then you can hit the back button and go back to the recorder to continue what you were saying.

@1:14:33 - iPhone

Oh wait, okay, say that again, because I didn't know the backing goes back to the recording part.

@1:14:38 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

So in TikTok, here, let me just show you right now.

@1:14:42 - iPhone

Okay, because the first couple of times I made something and then I hit some button and it disappeared. Like the first couple of projects fell off the face of the earth.

@1:14:52 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay, so here, so you're in TikTok right now and you are. Then it's recording and then you pause it.

yeah.

@1:15:00 - iPhone

That recording, and then if you hit this little check button on the bottom right, that little red one. Okay.

@1:15:05 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. That shows it to you. So this is the video. And then if you're like, oh, that's nice. And then I want to rerecord.

You can tap this little back arrow right, right, and then that goes back to the camera where you just pick up right where you left off.

@1:15:22 - iPhone

Okay.

@1:15:23 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Thank you. Okay.

@1:15:25 - iPhone

Yeah. That's the part I was missing. all the footage is ended. Like I hit something and I was like, oh, they went, but he goes back.

So what? Okay. So you just hit it, you watch it, and then you go back to the arrow and it brings you back to it.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, thank you.

@1:15:42 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Awesome feature.

@1:15:43 - iPhone

Really, really awesome feature. Okay.

@1:15:46 - Lorraine

Thank you. I have a quick question. Like I mentioned, when I was really, I was going to read the community guideline violations and it got some, and it said not to repeat the same video again or the same.

Content, can I say about that?

@1:16:03 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, TikTok doesn't like if you just re-upload the same video, the same exact video.

@1:16:08 - Lorraine

But if you do another one and say almost the same thing, it's okay?

@1:16:11 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah. Yeah. If you use like the same exact script and it's like word for word, it might be like, huh, I'm pretty sure that's exactly the same.

But I talk about the same stuff over and over and over over.

@1:16:25 - Lorraine

Okay. Thanks.

@1:16:27 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, so yeah. Totally totally go there. Well, awesome. Nick, did you get your microphone working?

@1:16:50 - Nikki Lang

I guess I've plugged it for right now.

@1:16:54 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Well, it sounded good when you were speaking, so it worked.

@1:16:58 - Nikki Lang

Yeah, I know. I know it works. I have a podcast. My sister is totally unrelated to this, so I use it for that.

@1:17:05 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Awesome. Awesome, my friends. yeah, keep up the good work. Continue to create. Always tune into your energy. You know, never come from the place of like, I need to do this because Michael said this or that or I'm behind or whatever it is like create always from a space of space business and passion.

They're like tuning into like, what do I truly feel excited about right now? And even if you feel excited, but you don't want to do it, if you feel like that excitement's there, you can push yourself to do it and make it happen.

But this is a process that is fully attached to your reason for being here on this planet, your Dharma, your purpose, and you know, it's a path that a lot of people don't take.

So I find a path less traveled, which is why there are a few people who actually have their own businesses and most people

People just are consumers, consume content, or they purchase things from others. So just I want to congratulate all of you for being here for putting yourself out there.

I know it is not the easiest thing to do to be putting yourself out there and to creating something to start a business.

But sending you guys just a bunch of love and inspiration on this process. And be sure to post in that telegram chat if you have any questions on anything.

Even if you have any viral questions or video questions, this week I'll be looking at some of your guys profile.

Let's just see what's going on and just giving you thoughts on that as well. if you do, if you recorded something and you're like, I wanted it to go viral, it didn't feel free to post all of that in our telegram as well.

And I can go through and watch it and give you thoughts and feedback on it.

@1:18:55 - Alli Bee Yoga

I'll take talk real quick before you go, if you play hashtag. are some comments. Does that work the same as Instagram?

@1:19:04 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, hashtags basically tell the algorithm who you want it sent to.

@1:19:08 - Alli Bee Yoga

But if I do it in the comments and not the post comment, it does not work that way. Okay.

Yeah, you have to edit the caption in the post that went out before it was ready.

@1:19:22 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, now it depends on the version that you have. And also sometimes that they give different users different versions.

But the version that I have, you can tap the little three dots on your video and you can choose edit caption, or edit videos and like that.

And you can edit the caption now, which is nice. Okay.

@1:19:42 - Alli Bee Yoga

You can put your website in the caption.

@1:19:46 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

No, you could, but it's not going to be a clickable link.

@1:19:51 - Alli Bee Yoga

It's not going to be clickable, but people can see it. Yeah. it takes talk won't like take it down.

@1:19:57 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Okay.

@1:19:58 - Alli Bee Yoga

Yeah. Okay. I'm just trying to send some, like, send people to a certain spot, so I'm not necessarily trying to fill it up, but send them, like, where to go to.

Okay.

@1:20:10 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, you can include it there, and then I always guide people to the link in bio.

@1:20:15 - Alli Bee Yoga

Yeah, I said that too, but I was trying not to say Instagram on TikTok, because I remember you saying they don't like that, because I follow the link in my bio to my other page.

@1:20:28 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, I always say link in my profile. I, as for, like, not saying Instagram, I haven't been necessarily heard.

It is interesting. It is interesting the way that algorithm works. I've been practicing, just, like, kind of experimenting with saying link in bio to see if that does affect it.

And saying it doesn't seem to affect it, but typing it in the comments, blackless, won't show your comment to anyone.

So, sometimes I'll just go around there. Go to my profile, find And the link, and you'll see this or that.

So that, you know, just in case, but I did try saying Lincoln by it. It didn't seem to affect it too much.

@1:21:09 - Alli Bee Yoga

Just saying it's different than actually, especially.

@1:21:15 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

yeah, and I've seen a lot of creators put like, follow me on IG in the comments, and it shows up just fine.

@1:21:20 - Alli Bee Yoga

Their videos are going viral. OK, OK, it's no.

@1:21:25 - kathryn

Can you put things in bios in TikTok, like links to things?

@1:21:33 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Yeah, TikTok will give you a Lincoln bio once you hit 1,000, or maybe it's 500,000 followers. So you have to reach a certain point in TikTok in order to have a Lincoln bio.

Yeah, I believe with 1,000 followers once you are able to add that, you can make your account a business account.

And they ask you much a bunch questions about your business, and then you can add a link and bio whenever you want.

But if you have a business account, you can't use all the sounds that all the music that you can use as a consumer account.

What I recommend doing before you have that set up is attaching your Instagram account to your TikTok account. So within TikTok, connect it to Instagram, and then in your bio, you can say, you know, if you're, if you want to send people somewhere, some call to action, you can say, get this on IG with a little arrow pointing down.

And then in the videos, you can say, if you want it, just check the link in my bio, and that'll guide people to your Instagram where you can have that link in bio.

@1:22:40 - kathryn

That sounds complicated.

@1:22:42 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Maybe you can make a little video on how to do that. Yeah, that's, yeah, it's a great idea. I will.

Yeah, once once we get into the more call to actions to guide people into the business, I'll dive deep into that.

@1:22:52 - Lorraine

Okay. Now, a couple quick little things. you talked about that, I noticed I didn't put it there, but on my TikTok.

It said heart cards available on Instagram. didn't put that there I got that one You might have put there at one point I think I just put heart cards.

I didn't say By link the instagram, but whatever Just that's yeah Yeah, it maybe was a late night a late night change I Yeah, thank you all for I've just been tired.

So I just haven't felt the energy like you're just talking about to post or anything Like it might use you back.

@1:23:34 - kathryn

So yeah, we got it.

@1:23:36 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Lauren And happy Thank you, Lauren Thank you. my birthday is officially tomorrow. We're almost there almost there, but thank you.

@1:23:47 - Lorraine

I appreciate it I'm so glad that you were created, Michael Oh, thank you.

@1:23:52 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

That's very sweet Yeah, I felt so much love this weekend had a little party. It's like a joint part of my friend who has a similar birthday to mine and we just

all went around and shared appreciation. And it was like the most appreciate I've ever had in like my entire life.

It was really sweet.

@1:24:09 - kathryn

Who came up with that?

@1:24:13 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Um, it was actually actually asked for it. Like normally I was like giving and giving and giving, but I was like, you know, what's my birthday and I'm just going to ask like, we're all here and we were, they were going to do something or it was like sending me blessings.

But what I'd really love is just like to go around and like, I would love to hear what you guys like, appreciate about me and maybe a blessing if you have it for the year.

And so they did that and it was, it was really, really sweet. It really, um, I recorded it so I can listen to it again.

@1:24:46 - Lorraine

No, I love that. You have an amazing presence and you are a wizard.

@1:24:52 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

Thank you, Lorraine. I appreciate that. Yeah, it's, it's something that I want, I try to do for other people, like when it's their birthday and everyone's at it.

a day and everyone's just like talking, having fun. like, hey, guys, how about we go around in a circle and share it, we appreciate it about them.

And it's usually very meaningful. So I try to like, I try to create that for others as well.

@1:25:14 - Alli Bee Yoga

We, that's what I love about you. You're amazing heart and like the kindness revolution that you have inside you.

Like you're creating a lot of light warriors out there just by being you.

@1:25:25 - Michael Armstrong ([email protected])

It's great. Thank you, I appreciate that.

@1:25:31 - Lorraine
