Yeah. Also, Hawaii has no movie theater, so and I like love going to the movies, you know, it's just like a thing with modern society.

a bunch of mini courses within and that's what we're going to charge for is like here's what divine union is here's why you want it and then all the little mini courses are how to achieve it how to get it how to heal how to mindset how to do yeah how to date excellent yeah so essentially you're creating an extra spot within it what you'll need in the mini courses you could use the mini courses you could essentially promote the mini courses you just need a portion at the end of the mini course that sells where you want them to go next got it got you so it's basically the same as a masterclass a masterclass is more of a condensed mini course like a single class in a course where you start with you share about yourself and definitely check out the outline for that you can see everything needed to create a trust and build a sense of value in it but about yourself for you guys are and also relatable things like friendly things like out with your star sign or what's your you know fun fact about yourself what's
your favorite food. And then the information and then the sale at the end. So if you extend it out into a mini course, talking about yourself in the beginning, like why should people listen to you?
What do you have to offer? Three can kind of brag about yourself. And then you can have a bunch of little classes and then where they can go next with it.
And then, yeah, so you're just promoting that. So basically the same, you guys are just creating a more extended version of a bunch of different things you can you can have people reach out to, which is great.
Having a bunch of free class, free courses that people can do. And you can share about each one of all different themes of the videos you create.

Hey, I was actually about to unmute myself because I just sat down. So I feel kind of guilty. haven't done any of the actual courses that you created and I know I need to.
I haven't done that yet, but I have like built out my course. kind of did that the last session we did.
I'm like still thinking about like making it a little bit more elaborate or like how long should each video be on each topic.
I guess it's like it depends. I tried to do a video recording via zoom and record it myself and it sounded horrible.
So I ordered a mic off tick tock. We'll see. should be here this week. I'm going to try it again to where it doesn't sound like.
super cold and empty in my room, because it kind of is, but it's my office. I don't want it to be super cluttered.
So I was thinking of doing that or like some soundproof things up on the wall behind my computer. So I'm still figuring out the sound and like the visual and how I want it to look.
But I think I'm getting that pretty much nailed down. So I think my free item is just going to be like a chakra meditation and then also have like certain mantras that's really helped me as an entrepreneur to reframe my mindset on worthiness when it comes to money.
So I think that's super helpful whether you're going into retreat design or not. So it's free for like everybody to kind of I'm setting it something up like in the future to to draw people into my kajabi.
I have not started my kajabi site. don't want to necessarily start the free trial until I'm like, let's go.
And I think I'll feel more like ready if I watch your videos, especially the ones that you sent me that would really help.
So my work has just been crazy. It's the end of the month and sales and so like I've been at my computer all day.
This is the first meal of my day right in front of me. So my life is super busy. I'm trying to fit it in when I can.

Yeah, basically, it's going to be like all the helpful tips to get started if you've never hosted a retreat before.
Or even if you have hosted a retreat before, but it's going to like inform people on different ways that different venues will kind of cut discounts or ways that you can make your deposit smaller.
I'm like sharing like secret tips and tricks, but it's It's something that's promoting mezada, the resort I work for in El Salvador because we are called anti-resort, owned by the entity anti-resort, so we're different than everybody else.
So the course is going to kind of set the people I'm drawing in aside to say choose mezada in particular because we're a little bit different because we cut those kind of deals.
So, yeah, it's going to go over the scheduling and also how to design certain workshops. I've been getting requests because I will post on my social media, my stories, what do you want to learn about if you're interested in hopping on this super discounted price.
Let me know. I already have somebody who wants to pay a lower price to start out and then I have one guy that I'm actually working with as my client that's going to be like my guinea pig.
So I'm kind of like using him and working with him as a first time international just to kind of build it as we go because it's like things are coming up as it is going that I'm like, oh, I should talk about that.
Ooh. So, try to like, now that I have this framework of what I want, I just want to make sure like it goes thoroughly through like informative.
I want to people, I want to give people their money's worth, but I don't want to like completely style myself so I don't have anything else to talk about, which I have tons of to talk about, but yeah.

And then, so for you, once you do create the core, and I love how you said like, I'm gonna give you like those inside secrets, things like that, great for marketing, like when you start to share about the sale for the course, like that's where you can start to sell you.
If you can save them money, there's no reason why they wouldn't be getting it to make their life easier for to save money.
then when you create the, depending on how you sell it, because I know, you know, on your page, you talk a lot about spirituality, yoga, things like that.
So would you shift the page to talking more about retreats, or is it more something you sell through clients that you know of?

So I have a personality crisis. So I have on Instagram, like on the first line, like my new title is Retreat Designer for Visit, because it was out of, but my TikTok wild journey to the light has kind of transformed into like, my main platform talking about retreats, and like,
how to get over those fears and those I talk a lot more. So, Instagram, I don't know, I feel weird about posting pictures of me doing yoga poses.
It's just like not really me anymore. It used to be, you know, 10 years ago, but I've like evolved.
So, Ali B yoga, like I'm still a yoga teacher, but I mainly like doing retreats and all kinds of .
So, I think I'm a little confusing for my followers right now, but I'm not really looking at Instagram for, I don't know, I feel like people are watching me and seeing what I do right now because they're like, what the hell is she gonna do next?
But I think like what I've done and spent a little bit of an inspiration for other yoga teachers, so I don't want to give up on that.
But yeah, as far as like who I would be selling this course to, like for instance, I had three one on one.
uh, retreat design consultations, two out of the three were like a brand new, I was doing retreat, so I would probably recommend that they watch this course, decide if it's still something they want to do, and have that be like a little trust funnel for them to be like, hey, I want to see you succeed, watch this first, and then let's talk, because there's some people that I'm spending like an hour and a half with explaining everything over and over, so if it's just in one place, those are the people I'm mainly like gonna market this towards, so it's like talking to people marketing it.
Okay, yeah, little less. Uh, but I mean, I'm sure people are out there that aren't, but I don't even know about that, want to know what I have to offer with this.
Like fitness instructors, or travel agents, they're just people who want to leave groups and explore, like, I really have no idea.

And then if they want to go in, so if you meet anyone, can give them the free class, which is the overview.
And then that pitches the sale for that full class.

Hello. Sorry to meet Miss last week. I. I've been trying to build a course and I had like a really horrible time with it as I mentioned.
And I took a step back and decided that I have some blocks going on that are interfering with my flow, with my breed of energy.
And I don't know how much you guys are into like father wounds and mother wounds. Has anybody like gotten into that kind of thing?
Yeah. Okay. So I, in the past few days, I found this woman who leads through a whole process of dealing with these wounds and I literally designated a whole day to my mother and then a whole day to my father and both my parents are dead, they've been dead for a long time.
So I don't have any opportunity to like actually talk to them, but it has totally cleared me. I can't tell you the shift from doing that.
I just feel so different. And I, when I, before I decided to do it, they were talking about, well, you have a mother wound, then that blocks this part of your, you know, creativity or your self-esteem or your worth or your whatever.
And then your dad has a whole other set about your ability to be productive and, know, so I kept running into issues.
lost all my data one night. I couldn't sequence things. couldn't flow at all. And so I'm like, what the hell is happening?
So I spent two days literally doing working on those two wounds and I feel so different and I haven't tried to work on it again since that but then a big shift that's my big my big story my big announcement oh Katherine that is awesome really celebrating you for diving into that that is deep deep work really powerful work yeah yeah because I I like to talk therapy about my parents years ago I'm like I'm totally done with them they're dead I don't have to think about them anymore ever and then all this stuff has been coming up about how no you really got to like address it and work on it so yeah it's been cool that is cool and I feel like I'm gonna have a relationship with them now when I really never have ever in my life because at a spiritual level we can all like forgive each other
for everything and like have a spiritual connection, a loving connection.

Um, that my parents love me that I'm I'm not even going to my whole background, but I ended up in foster care, so I had a really broken relationship with them.
So, yeah, it was amazing, and I have lived in this house for six years, I did not have a single photo of my family anywhere in this house.
And I was like, I thought about that a few months ago, I'm like, that's really striking, like zero. So, I dug out photos from boxes, I now have photos of my parents up, and at an energetic spiritual level, the love is there.
They were broken for their own reasons, but they're not anymore. I don't know where they are. I don't know if they reincarnated, don't know if they're just spirit people, but they're there, they love me.
I love them. Yeah, so.

And one of them is in patience. And I'm like, yeah, I'm super impatient right now. This really intense sense of urgency about I got to get this done.

And so things come up for us to heal. And in the end. We're going to be birthing something that is to help heal other people, to help other people with this or that, or progress their purpose in life.
having our energy be clear as well is just so important.

I'm not here to say that you have to do it this way because someone could create the most incredible five minute long video that teaches and also shares their offer.
So really, one has to just tune into their intuition, but people always ask like, well, long should it be?
that's like a general idea. yeah, even a 10 minute thing is great. But so that would be the free little free masterclass.
And then that is what sells something a little bit bigger, which maybe the thing that's bigger is just a single class that's 30 minutes long that helps people dive into one of your modalities.

Happy Monday. What's going on with me? So, kind of tickle. I think we talked about it on our one-on-one, working on this instant, basically instant past lives or kind of instant, instant everything.
So kind of instant past lives, spirit guides, instant healing, basically. So the concept is taking the old methods of, you know,
A lot of guided meditations that are out there are like progressive meditations, you know, like either it's a, you know, maybe it's a bridge or maybe it's a cloud or whatever metaphor you would want and it's really kind of a long drawn out progressive meditation of relaxing your body, which can work, but my idea is something getting something fresh and it's working on being able to do this kind of inner work right away.
Like, I mean, I do it with my clients where you can go into a past life in like 10 seconds.
You just have to know how to do it. And once you learn the techniques, you want to connect with a spirit guide, boom, you want to connect with a loved one that's passed on right away.
And it's pretty cool because I'm actually doing it with my clients every day. So I'm taking all the, all the stuff that I'm learning.
And I'm really, like today, I wrote out a whole outline for everything. So everything's just outlined. I'm looking at it right now and I've kind of rewrote it, you know, I've been
Kind of changing it and beta testing it myself like going through the meditations and imagining if it was just me It's like really um, maybe like chewing on it You know like instead of just getting something out there and just go cool I got it done and we move on to the next project.
My thought is I want something's gonna last and That means for me, it's I'm not rushing it. I'm not I'm gonna I'm going through all the courses here And but for me, it's like hey get it done, right?
My goal was like can it last the test of time? Can I be something that lasts even though it's an MVP product, you know most viable product can it last 10 years, you know That's my goal something that goes man.
I want to go back to that audio and that program and listen to it So that's kind of my plan But yeah, that's kind of what I've been doing just going through the program really You know, it's like today I had a client where I went through the whole program with him and But part of it and you know
guys, he was he was balling. was great. It was a great great session. And so it's um, I really love the method and it's something that I want I would want to buy.
guess kind of my my takeaway is it's something that I would pay for that I would be looking for.
And that's what I want. It's not just kind of getting something out there. So let's go on minute went up to um a little bit slower than I wanted to.
You know, I think, um, I think Catherine mentioned like getting in a good place, you know, like working on what you need to work on.
I think once you're in a good headspace and you know, once you get the clarity of like what you're really doing versus just muddling through it and and just trying to put something out there that's like half finished.
For me, it's like quality over quantity at this point. So I don't know if it's going to be like it might be like a that most viable product that kind of intro offer, but maybe it's going to be something better than that.
I don't know. Right. It's turning into something. So but but Put an offer of like between that forty nine and ninety nine dollars, but something that's like Way higher value, right?
Did I could that I could start selling on a larger larger scale that um That you Michael would be like, ah, want to do that You know, I'm gonna say like what I want.
want the people that like like the the people that I look up to right the in my my field I would want them to buy it.

I want the person that's been doing this longer than me and goes. I want to do that So it's kind of what I'm looking at and I feel like pretty I feel pretty good about it.

Like, what is that? it sounds like you're creating something purposeful from the evolution of hypnotherapy. which is like that's groundbreaking.

That's that's incredible. Yeah, I want it to be, you know, I do a lot of like my work is like kind of a psycho spiritual model.
So I'm working with a lot of like psychology with spirituality. So it's just not like go to past life.
It's like we're dealing with emotions and childhood stuff and whatever it might come up, but it's in this psycho spiritual model.
And I think that people can really heal by learning these methods, you know, some of it's, you know, the silver method, which I learned a long time ago, and Silva stole his method from someone else.
So everyone's stealing their methods from somebody else. And it's like taking all of those people and like going, like that, I like that, I like like that.
And then I'm gonna make my own style out of it, right? So it's like borrows a little bit, right?
That's kind of what we normally do, right, borrow from history, but make something fresh. And then maybe change the field up, maybe it changes it up after that versus like pretty kind of break, basically like break the mold.

It's really easy. Like I said, I'll get you guys will get it, but it's really easy to do it.
You have to, like, stick learning a language. It's like a Rosetta Stone. Once you learn the language of it, the unconscious mind, how it works and how you know how to lower your brainwave state instantly and just all these little things that we never were taught in school that once you learn it, it's like, oh, and then it's easy.

So like going viral is just like where you like, you know, when the lottery or something like I sold so much, but like.
they're still doing it and it's still their full-time thing with lower views.

Um, it's interesting because I was getting into like more of the news, like up to like 700 some odd of video or whatever.
And then I got, you know, I don't know what the correct word is. Blocked. Blocked. it blocked or they put it in?
I don't know. They say it's not appropriate or whatever. Meanwhile, that's a quote from Mr. Trust me. It's appropriate for children.
It's appropriate for adults. it's quite interesting to see what they're blocking. So I've been doing the appealing. So it blocks and it appeals.
But what happens is it seems to drop you down numbers. So it was like, I might have had like 700 and some, then I went down to say after the blocking, maybe it went down a couple hundred, but I had a couple blocks in a row.
So now it's like, I'm starting to get it. I'm like, we got to be kidding. But I've been doing a lot of different videos just to kind of see how the system works.
So there's a little video. I guess I told you the most I had was like 700 on one. But I think I have over 14,000 views this month to remember, just by 15 websites.
Yeah, but I'm not doing a specific topic per se, because I'm trying to figure out and understand how the system works and all those different features.
For example, it might show me that I have say 19 common list and I might have received four. So I'm assuming the other comments went to the reposting the people that reposted it.
I don't know. So yeah, so it's kind of an interesting social and that's the same joke and a little like, huh, I got to start from zero again.
Like, I don't know if I like that. So we'll see. So I'm probably start going towards the topics that I'm interested in, I guess, but I'm not that I'm not interested in there.
So, I think the next I would probably do almost of them. So, the topic that I wanted to do and create the course on was interesting because like last two days of energy came in and it was almost like it was almost like looking for like what I'm doing, I don't know, like wiped it out, I was like, and I felt it, I was like, well there was that.
So, I don't know. So, almost like, so I understand what Lauren was saying all of a sudden, the went weird this week.
So, it was almost like someone was checking in but it wiped out what I was doing mentally. And so, I'm like, other than today, I think I'm maybe little too behind the beat.
I think I'm up to it. Like, I think I'm just missing two from last week. on that. So my challenge is, I want to kind of get an idea of what I'm doing before I sign on, because the minute I sign on, I don't want to be sitting like, what's my idea?
It's not wasting, but, so, I'm not searching it. But I've been doing it, keeping up with it, keeping up with the concept of it, to see how that works.
And I agree, like, if I wasn't doing something, technically, 14,000 different divide would be nice, if I was doing it on a topic that I was looking for.
So, it's just a learning experience. And then mindset, I have to do a little solo version. Yes, I'm good at it.
Yes, I can. But I don't know if I want to, in today's world, I don't know. So it's very interesting, I'm not quite sure, I'm not quite sure, it's interesting because when James is talking, I go immediately, like his energy field puts right into the space in three, like just two words out of his mouth, and I'm like, all right, I'm already there, so where we're going?
It's just the confidence that his voice is already putting someone in it, so that he takes food in five minutes, doesn't take 20 minutes, doesn't take 20 minutes, doesn't take one of the videos that I watched it has, I cleared like three huge things in my world, just because I know how to travel through past life and I know how to close down past life, so I know, was doing the work separately, but he opened the field for us, so I was like, okay, would you do too, would you do too,
So it's not as, it doesn't have to be a 45 minute thing, it can just be like, hey, here's a feeling of what it feels like to go into the meditation, boom boom boom, a few minutes to shoot at.
And then Lorraine, let's see, you're talking about three videos, two words or 700, one click in the eight version, you have maybe, I don't know, 17, 18, 100, used in three videos, that's great.
And if you look at the live things, people are reading cards on that live stream all day, they don't.

But also people passing and all that kind of like that topic, which I've had so much experience in that information that I don't want to go there anymore.
But yeah, so I don't know. It's just like lots of information with life time. It's just trying to figure out what I want to put my energy towards because what I put it towards opens the space and then I'm planning to have to live in that space a little bit.
So that's the thing. So the question I keep into my loved ones. Do I want to live in that sport?
Yeah, you know, that's where I'm trying to figure out where it can be high vibrational enough for me. Where, and then I have to be able to hold my energy, which is challenging.
So when people's energy is talking on a certain topic that I don't go there. So still working on.

There's even though some people are not where they want to be. Some people want to be a little bit further.
There's also this like opening, this direction, this lightness. that to me feels like sprinkles of soul purpose, sprinkles of soul alignments, sprinkles of like your soul like celebrating you for heading down this path of showing up more yourself and showing up and learning more about yourself.
So this is something I wanted to share on this live. This is in the course, but I just wanted to dive into it here as well because I feel it's very important and it also kind of outlines the grand scheme of what we're currently working on.
So this is the concept, the idea for the funnel we're doing, this delves into psychology, why someone would ever want to purchase something.
And let's hop here to this next slide. So you guys might have seen this if you've watched this video right now.
The sales funnel, which is basically any sales funnel that you see online stems back from a. method that was created in 1898 by like the godfather of marketing, Elias St.
Elmo Lewis, and he essentially developed this ADA method, the ADA, stands for Awareness, Interest, Desire, This is the psychology behind what customer is going to go through.
The moment they maybe get like a free sample of something, or they get a coupon, or they see a TV ad, they walk into a store up until the moment they enter their credit card, swipe their credit card, enter their PayPal, and purchase something.
So this is essentially the root of the sales funnel. So Awareness is when something simply enters your field, like when you're sharing social media enters your field.
Interest is like, ah, like you're learning about it, so there's an interest in tree there. Desire is what we've been talking about on this call, where James just instilled desire in all of us for this epic
like instant hypnosis thing, like now we all want it. And then, you know, if he had a little button we press, that's where this would take place, action.
And then someone pays you for that. So I'm just gonna hop over here to get more into like how this relates to with what we're doing.
And in this, so the awareness aspect, this is our social media. This is why in this next round it's gonna be so important.
And even in this round as well, delving back into social media after the things have been created. Because now we have this whole wealth of knowledge, wealth of information of, okay, this is what I'm sharing about, this is what I'm teaching about, this is what I'm selling.
And now I have all this information to be able to share on social media. And I've seen some very, very high ticket offer people like $10,000 for a course.
And I have done their course and I've also to seeing what they share on social media and they pretty much share it all on social media.
Like the every module of the course is like sprinkled in that video, put in that video. Like if you put it all together, listen to the podcast, listen to everything all together, they kind of give it all away for free.
It's just if you're capable of taking it all and putting it all together. Most people are not. So, you know, most people only want to do that or they don't realize they can.
So, they want to purchase the thing that puts it together for them. So, your social media is where you are going to teach.
You're going to share, you're going to express, and then towards the end, we get into automation, how you can automate the system so it sends it all out for you.
What we'll be creating, so first you're going to create this, your paid offer right here, backwards. There we go.
You're going to create your paid offer. So, we're going in reverse so that we know what to create in each step of the process.
because that's the beginning at the very top. We're creating our paid offer, which is your course. This is what people can purchase.
After that, you'll create the free offer. The free offer is going to be on the same theme of your course.
So, for example, my course was past life regressions. You can do a past life regression. My free offer was my past life master class.
It was purposefully vague. It wasn't like the history of past lives. That it was the past life master class.
So, like what they're going to get in it is little bit vague so that a more broad spectrum of people who are interested in it will desire it.

email address and they watched it immediately and then there is a smaller percent but still a pretty large percent like 30-35 percent who they want they get the email after the fact email they get sent to them as well it's like oh by the way here's the master class if you haven't watched it yet watch it here and it's gonna be a huge chunk of people who watch that master class from the email and then purchase it so that is that lead magnet and if this feels a little bit like confusing like wait how I got a krill I'll guide you guys through it after we do this one so that's what's next the next phase of it is getting into the lead magnet master class once they watch it there's going to be a button on the bottom of your master class that is like a little click me click here click the purchase button so at the end of the master class and highly recommend even if you're not really there yet I really recommend watch the material at least

We're creating this process and right now we are right about here. So from here and now we're here and then this next week we're going to be getting into here and then we're going to go back to social media now with this thing set up.
And some of the, some of the videos are like, I'm guiding you through the software, like, okay, tap this, tap this, tap this, but there's a lot of videos where I just talk about things like this, which are the concepts that we'll be going through.
I recommend watching these videos as you're going through it, even if you're not there yet, just because it's going to help you mentally think, okay, like when you're, when you're going to bed or when you're meditating, I don't know about you guys, but I'm an active meditator.

One more thing is the, this master class concept, this free offer. For me, it was, it was like, it was kind of difficult to think of like what my master is.

Because they're going to feel like, okay, well, if that's it, I think I'll just use that one and just use that one every day and not really where about the rest.
So what I learned through the whole process. class was you take what your course is, and then you take the general concept of the course.
So for example, in the example of I have a 10 meditation package, awesome meditations, guide you into the present moment.
In the master class, your free offer, that would be like, I would just call it my meditation master class.
In the meditation master class, I talk about the benefits of meditation, I talk about what has been scientifically proven if there's any studies, people love science, any scientific studies on meditation, my own transformational journey, what I've gone through.
I used to be here, I went through here, or if you already have clients, even better, I've taken this client did this, they were right here, and when I did this meditation, they opened up to this.
If you can show transformation, transformation cells, so that is key. Data information, you're cultivating data. desire. You just tap this and you go back here.
So yeah, you're cultivating that desire in your master class. And through the desires created through building knowledge, building trust, showing that you are a leader in your field, which is in the beginning, the intro of kind of bragging little about who you are and what you've done and how long you've been doing it, or whatever you can offer that you can brag about, which just generates more and more and more of that desire.
You wanted to the point that James got us today or like, just give it to us. And so then once you say like, I have this and it is, it's not only available to you where I'm going to guide you through it, but also it's normally 200 bucks.
