"This was amazing... I went back to being a Midwest teenage girl in the mid 1800’s.

My younger sister died falling off a cliff into a river. I tried so hard to save her, but I couldn’t hold on.

My parents blamed me my entire life and my father never talked to me again.

At my death bed, as an older woman, I had family around me. My breath quickened as I neared my passing.

I could still sense a tension in the afterlife though my sister was very happy to see me. She never blamed me. This was when I realized my father is the same father I have in this lifetime.

We are father and daughter again to heal that relationship. He has always blamed me for things my whole life. He has made me feel like every lost friendship or relationship is my fault. I’m also terrified of heights, especially jumping off high points into water. Now that makes sense!

"When I saw myself in my past life I was wearing a blue dress with long sleeves, my name was Claire in the past... I saw myself in boat house. I was scraping hard on the wood to get it smooth... I was doing some type of woodwork.

My son that is my son now was with me. I knew I had a husband that I love very much because I felt it with him being there.. like a soul mate.. He was a Caucasian man and I had curly red poofy hair..  I had on a long white dress with long sleeves.. lots of lace which I didn't like.. maybe in the 19 hundreds..

When I asked to show me how I passed away, I think I will drowned in the corner of the boathouse. I fell in and I could not get out and I was stuck. I drowned and my son found me. 

When I died I saw my soul return back to me. I saw it enter me. At first it didn't feel like it was me... but then it was just me... I saw a bright light in front of my face, my consciousness literally tickled me. It's went around me in my pink bubble and I looked and I felt like a fetus. All I saw was a bright white light, but didn't hurt my eyes.

"First thing I saw in the light, was myself in an expensive long dress, long sleeves, high collar, some red and gold color.

I was some sort of royalty. I had an assistant with me, I got the sense she was one of my guides. She was caring for me, looking after me, helping me to dress. She was younger than me, but I was alone otherwise. I was stuck in a feeling of emotionless nothingness, simply existing.

Next I saw a crowd of people down below, many men on horses with swords, riding, chasing around in chaos. There didn’t seem to be an organized method for what was going on. I was being protected, hidden from the crowd, but I could see them from a 2nd or 3rd story window. But they didn’t seem to know or sense I was there.

Next I saw myself as a young woman, studying laws and policies, I was going to be someone important. I was alone, satisfied being alone, but at peace, with a sense of excitement for my future.

I became a target in some way. Possibly people were trying to prevent me from becoming who I was going to be, because I was a woman maybe... I was not perceived with respect. However, I believed in myself.

I died alone of a broken heart, full of grief, no one close to me. No one mourning me.

I feel like the lesson was to let people in to my heart, my life, to not isolate myself, to love more openly, to give and more importantly, allow myself to receive love. This regression meditation was exactly what I needed.
